Wow, what an amazing story! Heather is trying to escape an abusive ex when she is saved by Rave. Is he a figment of her imagination or her devoted protector? This is the best of wholesome romance – an original story with likable characters, told in alternating POV, with mystery, danger, and a growing connection between two souls. There are elements of domestic abuse and the paranormal. I love the way they helped each other. This is a story that stayed with me long after the last page. I will be re-reading it! 5 stars.

Love This Spirited Series
While I have not read every book in the Romancing the Spirit series, I’ve absolutely adored every one I’ve read. They are certainly unique in both the romance genre and the paranormal romance subgenre. This story pulls you right in with a terrible car crash; our spectral hero saves our heroine’s life by demanding she gets out of her car before it bursts into flames. Her evil ex has found her, but she has a new protector… in a fireman ghost! Both the hero and the heroine have strengths, but they’re also vulnerable. The hero is all about wanting to protect the heroine, but he doesn’t even know his name and seems a little lost himself. The heroine has incredible strength despite her past and what is currently happening, yet despite that strength, she is emotionally and physically vulnerable. I love the interaction between the hero and the heroine, especially at first when they’re both trying to figure out precisely what is going on. It was sweetly humorous. The author writes in a style that seems so natural and realistic; I could imagine the scenes and the dialogue. I’m sure it’s not as easy as she makes it look. I really have come to love these stories by this author, and I eagerly await as they come out.
I received a free copy of this book, but that did not affect my review.
Once gain C B Samet has written a wonderful sweet romance that has a touch of the supernatural in it as do all of these books
Heather is trying to redo her life after she finally escapes from her abusive ex but he soon tracks her down meanwhile she has connected with Rave and he will do whatever he needs to in an effort to keep her safe You will have to read to see what happens.
I’ve read a lot of books written by CB Samet; she has done a great job at writing another good book; she is one of my favorite authors. I can’t wait to read more of books her books.
The story line caught my attention at the very beginning and kept me interested throughout the entire book.

This didn’t go where I expected it to go but in a good way. I love Heather and Rave. There’s danger and some twists here that you will not see coming.

Book eleven in the Romancing the Spirit series a well written story with a very good storyline. Once I started reading this book I was not putting it down. There is suspense, drama, danger, a spirit, and romance in its own way. I want to read more in this series. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Finding the one for him.
This is a sweet story of Heather who has her life fall apart but refuses to be a victim, Rafe meets her and is sweet as he wants to be there for her but especially her protector. This storyline has them learning about each other and how well they get along. Will they find themselves having a HEA? I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
Another light hearted fun story in this series that is entertaining and sweet at the same time. It is the story of Heather and what she goes through when her life goes sideways. Rafe was a fun hero of the story and was so cute when it came to Heather and his interactions. I was totally rooting for something bad to happen to the ex-husband and had to keep reading just to see how Heather and Rafe would win. Just so much fun to read.
This story made my heart happy…
Heather must have the fates on her side. The character of Heather is well formed and draws your empathy but she refuses to be a victim. Rave is a protector but also sort of lost. The story line is sweet, encompasses so many “ feels”, and even has a couple of twists. I couldn’t put it down, loved this uplifting tale.
Both fighting for their lives in very different ways, Heather and her spectral firefighter Rave somehow connect when she is in imminent danger.
Can they fight their way past all the threats to their survival?
