I’m a good girl—until I got drunk in Vegas and married a panties-flaming-hot Irishman.Oops.I’ve always lived my life by the rules. Unlike my two sisters, I’m the good one. The responsible one. Going outside my comfort zone is when I wear red lipstick before five PM.That comfort zone of mine? It’s smashed to smithereens on a wild night in Las Vegas when I met—and married—Liam Gallagher. After one … met—and married—Liam Gallagher.
After one shot of tequila, then two, then too many to count, a good girl’s rules tend to disappear. And so do her panties, and her bra, and various other articles of clothing when she’s with an Irishman who knows his way around a woman’s body.
Now my husband wants us to stay married. For six months. He says it’ll be worth my while. Considering our chemistry underneath the sheets, I can’t say that he’s wrong.
Liam isn’t safe, though. Liam definitely isn’t comfortable. He’s like the male equivalent of wearing red lipstick in the daytime all wrapped up in an irresistible, dangerous package.
Yet this stubborn Irishman isn’t about to let me go, drunken Princess Bride-themed Vegas wedding or no.
Now I have to decide if I’m brave enough to break the rules for love.

It was OK, nothing to really make me want to read the rest of the series, but it was OK. There were a few good lines that made me chuckle, but for the most part, it was pretty ordinary. I never really connected with the characters, they were too static. It was just OK.
4.5 Stars****HE LOVES ME, HE LOVES ME NOT is a fun romance filled with charming characters and an engaging storyline. Mari and Liam quickly learn that what happens in Vegas doesn’t necessarily stay in Vegas. But it’s a tasty lesson that comes with a touch of angst, a pinch of heartache, a soupçon of meddling family, a large dose of romance, and a healthy bite of steamy passion. This is a delightful read that will keep you pleasantly entertained from start to finish.
Loved the Gaelic speak and would have loved a little more Irish slang (but then I love that lots). Marigold and Liam are the cutest couple and the things they do for their siblings is pure love.
Starts rough. She’s. A tool. He’s a pig. But they mellow out, balance each other out, and have steamy bedroom time. So in the end you root for their happy ending.
Lust not love
First time reading this author. I didn’t care for the MC’s. Especially the heroine. Super annoying. “Hero” was basically a nomad who slept around and didn’t do relationships or commitment. Shocker!
I liked the side characters though. Otherwise I would have dnf’d it.
I laughed so much I woke my husband up twice. It is hilarious, written really well, and a super quick read.
So good I already got the next in the series
A fun entertaining afternoon read.
Decent story but…
This was a decent story however I wished it wasn’t so lusty then perhaps their love would me more believable. Don’t get me wrong you felt it but I wished there was more time spent together getting to know each other rather building off the lust as their source of love.
Fun easy read
There is nothing better than a book about a hot Irishman
I usually like her books, but this was too much.
Mari and Liam provide a delightful drunk night in Vegas/fake marriage story. Both the heroine and the hero are likable and relatable. The challenges to their relationship are plausible and handled in realistic ways without ruining the fantasy element romance readers expect. The story has humor, heart, and heat. The side characters add to the story without distracting from the main characters. The pace was steady with nothing feeling rushed and nothing dragging. At well under 300 pages, this is a story that is easily devoured in a day or even one sitting for those who binge read, like I do. Often, shorter romances fall victim to insta-love and/or flat characters who that lack development and a sense that the whole story was rushed. That is not the case here. He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not provides a full story with a very satisfying ending that managed to pull a tear or two from this hard to please reader.
Bonus points for the sexy Irish accent (present in the audible narration). More bonus points for the use of adult language in adult content scenes. Lots of bonus points for the hero NOT being a billionaire. All the bonus points for the characters showing emotion in proportion to the conflict. Nothing ruins a story like overblown drama llama antics.
HE LOVES ME, HE LOVES ME NOT is a standalone read with a happy ever after. Always the good girl our heroine wakes up after a night of drinking with the wedding party and she is in bed with a naked man. Turns out he is the Irishman that is the best man. And she has a ring on her left hand. WHAT HAPPENED. She wasn’t sure what to do but it seems they got married.
This story has a LOT of sex in it. This Irishman is one hot hunk. He is adorable. I loved him. He was a bit rude, crude and socially unacceptable but you can’t help but love him. This is a funny story. Very entertaining and not to be missed. However, if the sex and the language is an issue for you, better skip this one. I loved it and highly recommend it.
I was not paid for this review. I am not an author nor do I know one. I am not kin to this writer. I am a reader and this is my opinion, nothing more, nothing less. 7/17/2020
Wow oh my gosh. Whew. Awesome book
Very good enjoyed
It was a great read kept me entertained
Enjoyed it
Really enjoyed this one. There was a bit of unfounded angst but all in all it was well written and kept me turning pages. A few typos.
I loved “He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not” (nook). It is a heartwrenching, and at times funny, love story where almost-strangers marry. The HEA was sigh-worthy.
I can do with a bit less explicit sex.
