*** Cheekiest Response to a Teacher ***
I’m re-listening to the Harry Potter audiobooks and snorted on the train this morning at this quote that I’d forgotten.
“Do you remember me telling you we are practicing non-verbal spells, Potter?”
“Yes,” said Harry stiffly.
“Yes, sir.”
“There’s no need to call me “sir” Professor.”
– Harry Potter and …
I enjoyed and devoured all of the Harry Potter books, but this one had me awake until the wee small hours of the morning, crying because of the loss of a beloved character. I couldn’t go to bed until I finished the book and then woke up to discuss it with a friend who had done the same thing. I love it when an author develops characters that are …
Out of the entire Harry Potter series, this one was by far my favorite. I love digging deeper into the history of Voldemort and I felt that this book flowed so amazingly. 5/5 stars!
All people who love an adventure would love this book.
sexy
This is in many ways just as fabulous as the last two, but I think I did like “Order of the Phoenix” a bit better. Mostly this is because 1) this one wasn’t nearly as funny, as the plot is decidedly dark and serious by this point, and 2) the ending is just devastating. Unavoidable, I get that — it had to happen. But devastating nonetheless.
It’s …
4 out of 5 stars to Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, the 6th book in the Young Adult Fantasy series written in 2005 by J.K. Rowling. Although I could go on and on about this book, there are so many other reviews and reviewers who are likely to have a better one simply because they wrote it write after reading the book or watching the movie. …
Was my favorite book out of the series.
I loved it so much! I wish the series were even longer!
My favorite book of the whole series
The whole HARRY POTTER series has given me a knack for reading books…
When I first started reading/listening to the Harry Potter books my Mamma warned me that the further you get into the series the more things differ from the movies and the darker they become. Now, me being the positive person I am told myself I was prepared because I knew how this was going to end. It didn’t matter about the details because the …
Love everything about Harry Potter!!!
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince by J.K. Rowling – If you have been paying attention to all the details and foreshadowing, you spend most of this book going OMG I KNEW IT!!! If you didn’t pay attention, you will be going HOLY PICKLES WHATTTTTTT????? Still has some of the loveliest twists and character shifts in any series! Ms. Rowling had a …
A must read for teens
LOVED IT! What more can I say that hasn’t already been said
I read this so long ago I don’t remember details, but I know I enjoyed the book!
This book had me at Chapter one and kept me reading. Rowling’s tactful use of descriptive words were the only reason I put the book down to eat. I loved the scene Molly whips up some dinner for Harry.
The development of the main Characters like Harry, Ron, Hermione and Ginny made me feel like I was visiting old friends. I liked that as the story …

Each book gets better. If I could live in these books I would be there in a heartbeat.
