What a neat way to have a variety of women come together to live their senior life. Good planning went into the plot.
Nothing bad about the book, wasn’t in my interest . Really would like to get back to western books. And get out of romance.
A warm, reassuring read for older readers. Loved it.
Six women’s idea on how to age in the company of good friends. Supporting each other in times of need.
Great book! Loved the characters and a great idea for single women who don’t want to live in loneliness.
This was an interesting and fun read. I really enjoyed getting to know the characters and their interactions.
Great book
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book.
Being an older reader. I was interested in the premse of this book. Enjoyed the interaction of the main characters.
Love the premise, just wish I could found like minded women in real life!
I may want to read the next book. It seemed drawn out to get these ladies actually moving into Harmony House. Think more details about their new lives and past problems will probably be a more interesting to read book.
I really enjoyed this book, loved the characters, an entertaining read. I am now on the second book in the series.
A “Coming Together” to help each other. Good read.
If you enjoy books about people, especially women, creating places and spaces to fit their needs, you will enjoy this book.
I appreciated the ideas put forth for people coming together, making allowances for each other and working out problems. This is so important for elders especially as well as single people!
Good story. Imteresting pot.
Harmony House was a fun, easy read but also contained a lot of good information about how to manage your life as you age. The women in the story chose an unconventional approach but one that worked for them. It also showed that a family can be chosen.
I didn’t realize there was another book after it so I was disappointed when it ended where it did.
The concept of cohabiting is an interesting way to survive the senior years. There are some ladies actually doing this in the Cambidge area! Bought all the rest of the series.
InspirationL!
Being a widow does not have to be a state of lonely living. These bright women
realize that there is more to life than being locked in the past. They realize the past is gone and now it is up to them to create new ways of living to be productive in the golden, (or supposed to be), years of life, that is the future. I liked this book very much. A fun, informative read.
