This is the third book in this wonderful series all set around the hard working men and women of the coast guard who in the USA are treated as military.

Soon they are deeply attracted to one another but military rules say that they cannot be together but will they be able to resist the temptation. You will have to read to see if they get a HEA
I found this book to be full of characters that are well written and engaging. The storyline has a smooth flow to it. I will definitely read more by this author.

Sarah and Aiden are training a class of Coast Guard recruits. He’s a higher rank, but she’s the lead company commander with this class. He disobeys her orders and is just generally a pain in the butt. And she doesn’t want to like him. But she does. And he likes her. They’re on a really slow burn. Just one problem… they’re in the same chain of command, and fraternization could end one or both of their careers. This is such a nice story – clean and sweet. Sarah is frustrated with Aiden, even as she realizes that he’s becoming a good friend, and she figures out how to be a friend back to him. I love Aiden – so understanding about her family situation, and willing to step in and help with her father. It was beautiful to watch this animosity turn into friendship, and then love, and the sacrifices they are willing to make for each other. I did not read the first book in this series (Hard to Love), but I picked up at the second (Hard to Forget), and I think that this book is even better than the second.

The third book in the Hard Corps Romance series, a well written story that kept me turning pages. Sara Wells is a dedicated drill instructor for the Coast Guard’s boot camp, she meets Petty Officer Aidan Quinn. They are not suppose to date or they lose their jobs, and Sara needs to stay in the area to look after her dad who has Alzheimers. I enjoyed reading their story. I was given an ARC from the author for an honest review.
Sara Wells and Aidan Quinn are both good at their jobs as Company Commanders for the Coast Guard’s boot camp. Aidan is ready to lead his own company but instead lower ranking Sara is made lead and he’s assigned to be her assistant. He makes leading even harder for Sara by undermining her authority and trying to run things his way. Sara drives him crazy, in more ways than one. She feels the same way about Aidan; he constantly gives her hell at work. But when he comes to her rescue in her personal life, she sees a different side of him. And this side of him is one that she could actually see herself falling for. When Aidan learns of the situation in her personal life, he gains a better understanding of her. He sees the amazing woman that she is, one that he could fall for.
They begin to find it harder and harder to resist each other. But military rules clearly state they can’t be together. Can they continue to follow the rules of a career they’re both dedicated to or will they find it too hard to resist each other and give in to their love?
Dawn has done it again with the final book in her Coast Guard Romance series! From the beginning, you fall in love with the characters. I empathized with Sara, and I got a little mad with Aidan’s behavior. As the story progresses, you really come to respect and admire both Sara and Aidan. Dawn does a wonderful job creating relatable characters and developing their relationship. It was hard to resist the romance between them! She’s also able to give us a glimpse into Coast Guard life and the balance between it and personal life. Dawn has written another beautiful story that you won’t regret reading!
