This is a good cast of characters and a quality story, just like you would expect.
A good read, very interesting plot and written in a believable manner.
I am a diehard fan of Lescroart’s, and was not disappointed. This one had a pivotal point of Dismas’ professional life in it also.
Finished Feb. 2018
Lescroart has yet to let me down. Excellent legal thriller/mystery!
I have never read a bad book by LesCarot
I like Dismis Hardy, but this isn’t one of my favorite books by Lescroat.
It is the third in the series and now the books seem smoother.
Pretty good story. Introduces some characters that will be high profile in later books.
I love this author and consume everything he writes. I especially like his Dismas character
Great read.
Enjoyed this very much, a real story teller.
Great book
I love Dismis Hardy. He’s my favorite protagonist. Love the way Lescroart writes. His characters are so real to life. Stories are interesting & never obvious.
great courtroom drama
This author never fails to deliver! Time spent with well developed characters whom we have come to know and love. A joyous ramp through San Francisco and the court system with its personal stories and ambitions- a great read for a dull ordinary day.
Much longer than it needs to be.
Dismas Hardy and entourage of characters continue to be interesting in Michael Lescroart”s very capable hands.
Lescroart’s Dismas Hardy always presents an interesting character, and Hard Evidence is no exception. Lescroart creates wonderful characters who come alive on the pages amid plot twists and turns that keep the reader engaged and curious. The characters are real, with real flaws, and they make very real mistakes. No sugar coating, here. I do think the reader will do better reading these in series order, but Dismas Hardy is a keeper.
This guy is one of my very favorite authors. I have read every Dismas Hardy novel and always wait eagerly for the next one to arrive. Excellent characterization and plot. Great legal-oriented mysteries. Terrific stuff, highly recommended!!!
Lescroart’s first. Love his writing. Takes place in the San Francisco area. Good police and attorney story.
I love the Dismas Hardy books. They take a long time to read, and they are filled with a lot of detail – which adds up to a good time to me! They are lengthy and yet interesting. I’m always thinking i must be near the end, and find out happily i’m only half way through. That’s a good book!
The characters are interesting, and the plot doesn’t get too wild and crazy.
