Happily. Ever After?: An Italian Relationship. (The Italian Saga Book 6)
By: Gaia B. Amman
5 out of 5 stars
The story Happily. Ever After?: An Italian Relationship. (The Italian Saga Book 6) by Gaia B. Amman is a book that I truly enjoyed reading. It is a story that brings out powerful emotions from the characters and had me not wanting to put the book down until I had finished the last page. It is a book that had my emotions going up and down the entire time that I was reading it. I loved reading about the character of Leda. She is a young woman who is beautiful and smart. She has plans for her future. She also has an undeniable attraction to Sergio. Sergio is a man that is determined that Leda will be his and only his. Like a magnet, these two are drawn towards each other. Read this book to find out their story. This book has parts to it that I found sad and some that had me angry with how characters were treated. There are times when I could feel affection and love, while other times there was conflict. I grew to care about Leda and was always rooting for her to succeed in all that she does. There are other additional characters that you read about. I enjoyed reading about many of them and their interactions with Leda. This is a wonderful story to read and one that I would highly recommend.
Happily. Ever After? An Italian Relationship (The Italian Saga Book 6) by Gaia B. Amman
Four Stars
Dang! I can’t believe what I just read. I’ve never been in a relationship like Leda and Sergio’s. The minute a man starts acting like Sergio did I was out. But I’ve also only been in love one time. I married my best friend and he broke my heart. It’s been almost three years and no relationship. So I’m more like Leda’s mom in this story. I can understand and feel her grief and depression. I’ve not met a lot of women who have been in abusive relationships. But I have learned from reading their stories that it’s the fear and the brainwashing that makes them stay. Maybe not all cases but some. For years you have some telling you what you can and can’t do. It starts to sound right. The story was so emotional and selfish. By nature we are selfish creatures. But there is something in us that compels us to be kind to others. Sergio was selfish and destructive. His need to fix himself through Leda was damaging them both. I also thought that Leda was selfish when she refused to make more time. You goals and dreams are important but you can’t claim to love someone if your consistently putting them last. They both need to grow and work on who they are and who they want to be. Overall the story was crazy. The highs and lows just had me overwhelmed.
Happily. Ever After?: An Italian Relationship. (The Italian Saga Book 6)
By Gaia B Amman
This was such a wonderfully emotional read. This book is very realistic and had me completely invested in the relationship between Leda and Sergio, and also Leda’s life as a whole. These two are completely opposite but that doesn’t dim the chemistry, it also doesn’t mean they are right for each other either. This story very connectable because it makes you feel all the emotions the characters are going through. There are real life problems that most of us have been through and for me that makes this book more enjoyable. This author does an exceptional job letting the emotions jump off the pages and I highly recommend this book.
Happily. Ever After?: An Italian Relationship. (The Italian Saga Book 6) by Gaia B Amman was an pulling read that will get you in all the feels.
Not my first read from this author or this series, though I met Leda when she was a child, so seeing her all grown up was hell of a time jump for me. Yes, Yes, I did it again, I skipped books in the series.. but hey, if you follow me at all you know that’s my thing. But in all seriousness, this book was not only emotional, it did things to my poor heart, that was weird, confusing, and amazing. Gaia B Amma truly has and remarkable gift when it comes to writing, and getting the reader to not only connect, but feel what her characters are feeling. That alone is enough for me to tell you, to gets this book, this serie, and anything by Gaia B Amma.
As I have said this book is stuff to the gills with raw emotions. Romantic centered, we see the makings, and the ups and downs of a realistic relationship, and the trials that couples go through to try and make it work. Especially when you have two people that are as opposite as you can get… but, the heart wants what it wants.. there’s no rhyme or reason, and this book displays that well. This book is a must read, and I can’t stress enough without spoilers, that you need this book in your life.
So please take my super high recommendation and my golden stamp of approval. that this book, as it did with me, will do things to not only your heart, but your soul.
Happy Reading

Gaia Amman wrote The Italian Saga books and Happily. Ever After? Is the sixth book and it can be a stand-alone book. Gaia Amman writes about a relationship where two opposites attract one another. This book has funny, serious, life lessons, and tough relationships. I know I was on a roller coaster ride full of emotions. I can relate to Leda and I really went through this story thinking yep that happened to me too. Sergio is the opposite of Leda. He is more fun loving flying with the seat of his pants type of guy. When Sergio and Leda get together there is a whole lot of fun and seriousness at stake. I hope you see the humorous as well as the serious sides of Leda and Sergio and fall in love with them as much as I have.

This is the second book that I have read by this author now and I love that I always feel like I am transported to the country or place where her stories are based. I have always wanted to visit Italy and through Ms Amman’s beautifully vivid descriptions I almost feel like I have been. It was a really unique story that definitely made me stop and think a few times. I enjoyed reading about the complexities in human relationships sometimes and how many times opposites definitely attract!
The pace of the story was slow and it did take a while to get going but I didn’t really mind that. I felt like I got to know the characters well and it meant I could really enjoy the authors beautiful writing. I read the first book in this series and this one is the sixth but is easily read as a standalone.
I will definitely be looking forward to reading more from her again in the future!
Happily. Ever After?: An Italian Relationship. (The Italian Saga Book 6) by Gaia B. Amman is
about loving so much that you are prepared to put up with anything and one story I have
very mixed emotions about because I would never, ever put up with what our main female
character did. Having said that though, it is also an adventure of sorts as Gaia vividly gives a
look at Italy and fun banter amongst friends. This is a very emotional read and at times I
found the story to be a little slow but picked up closer to the ending. I was often so angry at
the main male character and wanted to throw the book and give up but perseverance won
out and I finished it and I am glad I did.
Happily. Ever after? By Gaia B Amman a four-star read that may leave you happy? This is the sixth novel in the Italian saga series and I would advise you read them all, I have read them that way and enjoyed them so much more as they set the scene and paint the picture making you grow with the characters and see them as much more than a two dimensional character on a page. I have had a love hate thing with Leda through the series, in some parts I have adored her creativity and adventure and in others I have wanted to shake her. But there are so many other characters that you will adore. This novel is one that not everyone will enjoy as the author does push boundaries and gives is a great many views and creates a world that hopefully you will adore.
Happily Ever After? : An Italian Relationship (The Italian Saga Book 6) By Gaia B Amman
5stars
Happily Ever After? by Gaia B Amman is the 6th book in this series. It continues to follow Leda in her stroll through life. She is an adult in this novel and, just like in previous books in this series, she continues to be my favorite character. She changes so much as the story progresses and I love the affect she has on Sergio. I also love how he affects her. He is her love interest and the dialogue between the two becomes addictive. I really enjoyed this wonderful novel. It was full of love, adventure, and growth.
This is the second book I have read by this author and it was another entertaining tale. Gaia creates characters that are easy to identify with and that makes the reader want to follow their journey.
Happily Ever After finds lead character Leda at University following her dream of becoming a scientist. She finds herself attracted to Sergio, a self-confessed pothead and a free spirit who is her complete opposite. The story follows the ups and downs of what she initially calls her “relationshit”. Loved this description, I’m sure we have all been in at least one of them in our time. I found myself both liking and loathing Sergio at different times of the book. I think that’s the sign of a good writer, you go on a journey with the characters and never know exactly where you stand with them.
I’d recommend this book to those who like family sagas and coming of age stories. A good read.
“Happily. Ever After?” is the sixth book in the Italian Saga by GB Amman. Leda is an intelligent young woman with high academic aspirations. She tries so hard to juggle her interests in life, volleyball, friends, her band, schoolwork and Sergio. As with any driven student, school is her priority and Sergio just doesn’t understand. They love each other, but is it enough? Leda seems to question her relationship with Sergio every step of the way, and my heart ached for the poor girl. She goes through so much in this book, with so many changes and issues that pop up, it’s a wonder how she keeps it all together! I don’t want to give away details, but this book was beautiful in its description of the places Leda goes, but hard to read with what she goes through. However, Leda is resilient and tougher than she seems to some and she proves it in this book! Relationships are messy and “Happily. Ever After?” shows that. Fingers crossed for Leda as I wait for the seventh book! I give “Happily. Ever After?” four stars!
Happily. Ever After?: An Italian Relationship. (The Italian Saga Book 6) By Gaia B. Amman. This story can be read as a stand-alone without and confusion. While the story can be slow it parts it makes up for that in adventure and a emotional journey of the characters. From page one you are drawn into the journey of Leda and Sergio. They are well thought out characters you can connect with. The story is a wonderful adventure of what a relationship can take. It’s well written and the attention to details is fantastic. I’m giving this story a four star review and recommend it.
Happily Ever After?: An Italian Relationship is book six in the Italian Saga series by Gaia B. Amman. I read the first book in this series, but have skipped to the sixth one. Oh well, it states that it is a self standing book, so here goes. Slowly paced, this story was a great read, and ticked all the boxes for a quality, easy to read story.
Leda and Sergio like each other. Leda and sergio kissed. Leda and Sergio gives readers an entertaining, honest and full of ups and downs. A very realistic look at young love and all the problems young couples face and how they deal with the drama. These characters were easy to like, easy to relate to, easy to enjoy. Laughter, attraction, love is all set out, pretty and sweet, in the beautiful Italy, where romance is plentiful, and drama is endless. 4 stars.
This relatable tale about relationships and life and love held my interest from page one. Overall I found this installment in the series to be well developed, relatable, witty, and emotional. Amman builds a beautiful world with characters I related to and became deeply invested in. It stands on its own easily and remains a valuable addition to the series. Really enjoyed it.
Happily. Ever After? is the sixth book in Gaia B Amman’s Italian Saga. Leda, the independent and adventurous heroine we’ve watched growing up over the past five books, is now in her early twenties. She’s had her heart broken and broken hearts. She’s struggled with mental illness. And coming through it all, she’s now focused on her course and her hobbies. But she can’t ignore her feelings for Sergio, and his demands on her attention.
Leda is great! The books are written from her perspective and Amman does a great job of getting inside her head. She is both mature and naïve, the paradox of young adulthood, and this comes across in her interpretation of situations. She’s clever, and I found myself learning a thing or two about biomedical sciences (Amman’s background really comes through here – I enjoyed the level of detail!).
I like the varied LGBT+ representation, particularly with bisexual and polyamorous characters. There’s generally a great cast of characters, building up throughout the books, and it’s good to have some diversity there!
The pace sometimes felt a bit odd – chunks of time would fly past and yet we get incredible amounts of detail about things which aren’t necessarily central to the plot – but it sort of feels like we’re focusing on the things that are important to Leda. We have to appreciate what her priorities and occupations are!
This is a five star book. A great insight into Italian life (as a teacher, I particularly enjoyed learning about the education system…) and wonderful to see Leda maturing. If you like coming of age stories spread out over a number of years, such as the Adrian Mole books, you’ll enjoy this series!
Happily. Ever After?: An Italian Relationship by Gaia B Amman is the sixth book in The Italian Saga series. Leda’s story continues in this book. This time she is in a relationship with Sergio. The two are opposites. He wants Leda to himself and she is smart and sees a great future for herself. This is a great story about relationships and finding confidence and strength in your voice. I have read one other book in the series and at times I was missing information but overall can be read as a standalone book. The read is quick and very descriptive. I really enjoyed and look forward to catching more by Gaia Amman.

Happily. Ever After? Is the sixth book in The Italian Saga Series by Gaia B. Amman.
The story, although slow and lagging in some parts, turned out to be quite a good read. At the core is a look at what it takes to make a relationship work- it’s about human nature, attraction, how sometimes in the pursuit of love we may overlook things, and complexities- but there is also a fun adventure side to the story with vivid images of Italy, riding a scooter, banter between friends, research/scientific studies, humorous exchanges and scenes…. and much more. The whole book, from storyline, scene setting, and well-rounded characters was entirely believable and relatable.
A great addition to the rest of the series!
Thank you, Ms. Amman!
This is the second book I have read by this author, I enjoyed it just as much as the first. This book will show you that opposites attract could be a true statement. Leda is a woman who has plans for the future and Sergio will do what he has to make sure she is his, all his. Their story is an emotional roller coaster with lots of ups and downs but it kept me engaged until the end. Their relationship is love but also conflict. Great chemistry! I highly recommend reading their story.

Happily Ever After? : An Italian Relationship ( The Italian Saga Book 6) By Gaia B Amman is a wonderfully written Book that once I started reading I couldn’t put it down. I felt like I was on a emotional rollercoaster ride with my emotions they were all over the place. Sergio is a man who is determined to make Leda his and only his. These two have serious attraction to one another Leda is a young woman who is smart ,she has plans for her future and she has it bad for Sergio.I found myself angry at both of them but Sergio more find out what happens with these two.i highly recommend reading this book. It grabs you up from the beginning and its hard to put down.
Happily. Ever After?: An Italian Relationship ( The Italian Saga Book 6) by Gaia B Amman. This is the continuation of the story of Leda and her crazy life. We have been thru several adventures with her over the past 5 books including romances, schooling and crazy parents. She’s had issues with mental illness and her new boyfriend Sergio does as well. Its almost a toxic relationship. Leda is studying Biomedical sciences and has a few quirky friends in that setting. She’s in a band and has those odd friends. Her life is like in 4 parts, Home, school, band and Sergio and Sergio wants her all to himself. Its the classic tale of coming of age problems and being madly in love with someone and thinking you won’t live if they leave you. Will Leda be able to make all facets of her life come together or will she lose Sergio in the process. These books are so fun and adults and young adults alike will enjoy them!
