Raina wakes up one night with a terrible upset stomach. Her mom has one, too, so it’s probably just a bug. Raina eventually returns to school, where she’s dealing with the usual highs and lows: friends, not-friends, and classmates who think the school year is just one long gross-out session. It soon becomes clear that Raina’s tummy trouble isn’t going away… and it coincides with her worries … about food, school, and changing friendships. What’s going on?
Raina Telgemeier once again brings us a thoughtful, charming, and funny true story about growing up and gathering the courage to face — and conquer — her fears.

I love it so much it is an awesome it is the greatest book ever
I love this author she writes the best books
The book was such a wonderful piece
This book is very good for children 10 and older. Not that the younger ones can’t read, but the understanding of this book might be extremely hard for little ones. This book has wonderful characters, each filled with its own characteristics. In my opinion, this book doesn’t have so much words that kids don’t understand, but this is only my opinion. This book is also fantastic for adults, who likes to read stories, and knowing these unbelievably extraordinary stories! The story is fascinating, so get ready to read!!!
😀
the best book ever from a kind auother
This is an amazing book for young teenagers like myself.
I feel like this is my fave book by Raina Telgimer that ive read so far
Nice book
Raina Telgemeier, in my opinion, is the undisputed queen of the middle grade graphic memoir. Her fan base crosses gender, race, socioeconomic, and so many other lines. Her writing is true to her experience, and her fans respond in droves. I work in a library, and we can barely keep Smile, Sisters, and now Guts, on the shelf. Having read these books myself, I can honestly say that Raina’s work brings legitimate value to the middle grade graphic memoir genre unlike any I’ve seen since Roller Girl or El Deafo.
