Guilty as Sin is the second book in New York Times bestselling author Meghan March’s epically romantic and addictive Sin Trilogy.Guilty until proven innocent. That’s the way the world works, right?I’m tired of being convicted without evidence, all because my last name is Gable. The Riscoffs might own this town, but I’m done following their rules. If only I could forget just how easily Lincoln … forget just how easily Lincoln Riscoff can drag me under his spell.

4.5 stars for – Guilty As Sin – book two in the Sin trilogy by Meghan March. This book picks up right after the ending in book one and in the ways only Meghan March can, she leaves you hanging on the edge of your seat from beginning to end. This is NOT a stand-alone and must be read after book one – Richer Than Sin. Just a heads up for those who need it, Guilty As Sin has one of the best cliffhangers the author has ever written so prepare yourself for an epic read ahead!
The Gable and Riscoff families still can’t stand each other and secrets and lies that everyone else know about lurk around every corner. Lincoln and Whitney will both have to conquer a metric ton of crap before they could ever get to the bottom of things and have any chance at a future. For every secret revealed two more popped up in it’s place and left you wondering what was really going on in the town of Gable nowadays AND all those years ago!
Ms. March really stepped it up in part two of this trilogy – both the sexy times she’s known for and the twisty plots she loves to throw at us were ramped way up and it’s nothing short of spectacular. With everything so twisted I have no idea what she’s got coming in the conclusion but I am dying to see where she takes it.
After reading the first in this series, I was really looking forward to this story. This series is pretty refreshing coming from Meghan March because she has been dabbling in the dark and gritty, but this is more fun and sexy. I dig it.
I’m really enjoying the overall setting and plot. I love the Romeo & Juliet feel and how the story is coming together. The hero is totally swoon worthy, the perfect dude that fights for the chick beyond measure and at any cost- and those are the ones I love reading about. Not to mention, Meghan March has built up the side characters so much throughout the book that I almost love reading about them just as much as the main characters.
With this being a trilogy, I really enjoy all the twists and turns and I’m super excited to see where she takes us on this final book, but with that being said, I can’t help but wonder if this could have been cut down to one or two books- there are a few parts that I feel have been dragged out and mentioned over and over just to make it to the next book and not have it resolved it. Although, it does leave me amped for the last installment and gitty with anticipation.
Be prepared to read this in one sitting! I couldn’t put it down.
Lincoln & Whitney’s story just gets deeper and deeper. There so much in this book, secrets revealed & questions answered, yet I was left with my jaw on the floor and a million more questions.
Meghan always gives us an amazing story and this journey with Whitney & Lincoln is no exception! It’s been a crazy ride so far and I can’t wait to see what’s next.
5 Stars
Guilty as Sin by the incredibly talented Meghan March is finally here!!! You guys…it was un-freaking-believable. It is the second book in the Sin Trilogy and cannot be read as a stand-alone. You’ll need to read Richer Than Sin first. This story is hot as hell, emotional, and full of twists and turns, lies and secrets.
Guilty as Sin picks up where Richer Than Sin ended. We get more of Whitney’s and Lincoln’s backstory and finally start to see all the pieces coming together-even though there are still more questions that we need answers to. Whitney really becomes so much stronger in this installment which I absolutely LOVED witnessing. And poor Lincoln…between his mother and all of his family’s lies, I don’t know how that man is still standing. He is still trying to prove his love and loyalty to Whitney but as secrets are exposed, it becomes harder and harder. It is evident how special their bond is but sometimes the past and even the present makes it seem impossible to overcome. Will Whitney and Lincoln get their HEA?!?! I am dying to find out!
Meghan March continues to blow me away with her writing. I don’t know how after so many books written, she continues to bring fresh and intriguing stories that hook you and leave you wanting more. Guilty as Sin was written flawlessly and I am so excited for the third and final book Reveling in Sin!! October can’t come soon enough!!
The second release in the Sin trilogy, we are starting to make some progress in all that ails the relationship between Whitney Gable and Lincoln Riscoff. Our girl Whitney is finding her backbone, which is a refreshing change from book one. I’m hoping to see her spine get even more steely in book three.
Guilty as Sin has given us more insight into the past between Lincoln and Whitney, providing additional information on the long-standing feud, and helping us begin to understand where their relationship went wrong. There is still plenty more to be uncovered, both past and present.
This installment ended with another cliffhanger (which is becoming MM’s signature move), and I look forward to getting the conclusion to Whitney and Lincoln’s story. I think things are going to get waaaaaay worse before they get better!
Guilty as Sin is just as good as Richer than Sin, as the story develops more questions are answered but leaves you wanting that third book right now. The characters evolve with more of their past and backstory. Lincoln and Whitney’s story continues with growing feelings as well as how both the Gable and Riscoff families have influenced the relationship. I love all the twist and turns the plot has taken. I enjoy Meghan March’s writing style, while not a fan of cliffhangers she draws me in with her series every time. Another FIVE stars.
Guilty as Sin picks up right where the previous installment, Richer Than Sin, left off. Like the previous book, it is told from both past and the present and in dual POV. With this we get to learn why the Riscoff’s hate the Gable’s. I was very eager to read this book as the last ended in a cliffy. Meghan didn’t disappoint with this book, it had twist after twist. In my opinion each book she writes is better than the last. Just be warned, she ends this one on a cliffy as well!
The need to know more would not let me put the book down, I was hooked. The past and present duel POV is flawless. The angst off the charts. It shouldn’t surprise me that the story keeps getting better and better but seriously it just gets better!!! There were times when I just wanted to reach inside the pages and slap and scream at some of the family members on both sides. Can we just all stay out of it I NEED Lincoln and Whitney’s HEA!!!
The queen of cliffhangers does not disappoint with this one. I’ll be over here impatiently waiting for the conclusion of this trilogy. Seriously how is Meghan going to top Guilty as Sin!! I have my theories but I guess I will have to wait and see.
Guilty as Sin is the second installment in the Sin trilogy. It starts with the aftermath of the revelation at the end of Richer Than Sin. I couldn’t wait to start this book and I devoured it. I’m loving Lincoln and Whitney’s love story. It isn’t not an easy journey, but I’m so sure that the HEA will all be worth it. There is mystery, drama, passion, beautiful moments and sexy times. I can’t wait for the next part!
Whitney and Lincoln are amazing characters! I got to know them a little better in this book, just like the characters gets to each other better. Whitney and Lincoln don’t trust each other completely at the beginning, but I understood that. Also, the love between them and their desire to be together is bigger. I love them together! Their relationship keeps growing.
Addictively sinful!!! Meghan March once again entices readers to be bewitched her writing as we are reunited with Lincoln and Whitney. With the biggest revelation revealed, Whitney and Lincoln must navigate what their relationship brings forth. In Guilty as Sin, March provides us a better understanding of their past and what led them to be apart all those years ago. With more secrets to unmasked, March devilishly has us on edge with what will become of these two in the last installment.
The rollercoaster of the Riscoffs and Gables continues! Twists and turns and heat!! Whitney is getting stronger and man I can’t wait to see her come into her own. Lincoln is not to be forgotten. He wants what he wants and DAYUM!
Meghan is the queen at leaving you guessing and biting your nails with each book. This couple and their story is one for the movies or a TV series for sure. The emotions that get brought out in you just make it so much better. I was flying through these pages eager to see what would happen next or what secrets were revealed. So many people against these two people being together and so many secrets just make it seem as if a happy ending will never be a possibility but you are rooting for them throughout.
I can’t wait to see what Meghan has in store for us in the final book of this series. I am sitting here with high expectations and really anticipating it!
This is the second book in the Sin trilogy, and cannot be read as a stand-alone. Just when I think I can’t love Whitney and Lincoln more, I’m hit with Guilty As Sin. We get to know more about their pasts, and see how they’ve grown into who they are now. As far as trilogies go, this one definitely keeps getting better as the pages turn. There is more drama, but it’s the kind that has you anxiously turning the pages to find out what happens. I hope in due time, Karma gets what’s coming to her. There’s another cliffhanger, but it’s more than worth it to read it! I can’t wait for the conclusion of Lincoln and Whitney’s story, and I just know it’s going to be a good one.
It’s amazing how Meghan March continues to keep me hanging onto every word she writes until the last page flip. This book was awesome. A thrill ride of ups and downs from page one.
Past, present, it doesn’t matter. It’s all tumultuous and the barriers preventing these two from getting to any sort of HEA are never ending. Which is what kept me glued to every page. This book has buckets full of angst. The transitions between past and present are seamless. ITS ALL GOOD AND I WANT MORE.
For now, I sit here and think WTF just happened, and wait for the finale! I loved it. You’ll love it, too.
In true Meghan March fashion, this book was PHENOMENAL!! There were twists and turns throughout, and the characters had me sucked in! Whitney and Lincoln faced so many challenges in this story, and I can only imagine what Meghan has in store for them next!! And that ending??? OMG! This is definitely a must read!
5 Stars isn’t enough for this book!!!! Can I give it a million stars? Because it was so freakin yummy that it deserves more!!
I was so happy to get the second book and pick up with Lincoln and Whitney’s story. And boy did it ever!!! Exactly where it stopped in the first one. And I love when a book does that. And lord I thought the first book was exiting and had some twist but this one kept me up on the edge of my seat just waiting for another surprise to pop up!! I was so wrapped up in this book I couldn’t put it down so make sure you have plenty of time to read all of it at once. Meghan is just brilliant with her writing and I am on pins and needles waiting on the next book!!! Because that cliffhanger…. WHAT??!!!!! Yes it ends in a cliffhanger but oh so worth the read!!!! – By Tina
The second installment of this trilogy is the bomb.com. Without giving any spoilers, the end will leave you shocked. Can’t wait for book 3!! Meghan continues to wow me with her storylines and characters.
4 ‘Frustrating’ stars
Guilt as Sin is book 2 in the ‘Sin’ Series. We get more of the back story of Lincoln & Whitney as well as their families dynamic and hatred. The story takes us back and forth from the present to the past. IMO, it enriches the story and makes the reader understand the intense love that is between Lincoln & Whitney. As much as they want to be together, there is still so many obstacles and so much history in their way. Book 2 is a roller coaster of emotions – it takes you from being in love with them to wanting to slap the hell out of them. I’m really looking forward to seeing how their story plays out in the final book, which I need to now!!!!
I’m guilty as sin for reading this incredible series. Meghan March continues to amaze me with her refreshing spin on this never ending feuding family. As an avid March reader, she continues to keep me on the edge of my seat with her element of surprise. She nailed each item on my list that I come to expect from her. Turmoil, chemistry and secrets… this trilogy has it all!
I look forward to the stunning conclusion in the Sin Trilogy.
AMAZING!!! Could this series get any better? I bet it could, this second installment of the trio had me crawling up the walls to hurry and find out what was going to happen. Seriously, it is like bringing you right to the edge and then pulling it all away! Meghan March kills it again! I just want to know what happens. Totally emotional, in a great way, laughs, tears, lump caught in the throat, and a cousin that is a total B*tch.
100 Guilty Stars!!
