Guilty as Sin is the second book in New York Times bestselling author Meghan March’s epically romantic and addictive Sin Trilogy.Guilty until proven innocent. That’s the way the world works, right?I’m tired of being convicted without evidence, all because my last name is Gable. The Riscoffs might own this town, but I’m done following their rules. If only I could forget just how easily Lincoln … forget just how easily Lincoln Riscoff can drag me under his spell.

And, finally, it’s here, and totally worth the wait. GUILTY AS SIN, the second book in the Sin trilogy, is live, and, oh, my gosh. All of the passion, intrigue, and complex relationships of the first book, and revelations galore. Color me one happy reader.
I’m always a little bit in awe of those authors that can continue to write books that are new and fresh, that don’t sound like they’re writing the same story over and over again.Meghan March is one of these, and a go-to author for me. Seriously, I don’t even need a plot description, it’s going to be on my TBR no matter what, and this is because she kills it, every single time. Dialogue, characters, plot line, she makes it seem seamless, and her stories grab me and do exactly what they’re meant to do, which is entertain, titillate, and bring me to my happy place.
After the ‘say what, now?!’ ending of RICHER THAN SIN, I needed answers, dang it, and Meghan gave them up in spades in this second book. Each revelation here is like clicking in the next puzzle piece, bringing the full picture more into focus, and the Gables and Riscoffs absolutely make one heck of a picture. Don’t get me wrong, though, there’s still plenty to come, and the anticipation is half the fun. REVELING IN SIN, the third and final book of the trilogy, can’t get here soon enough so that I can get ALL of the answers. Until then, grab these books, because they are SO worth the read.
I wanted book 2 to get answers and now I desperately need book 3!
I can’t even begin to describe how I feel after reading Guilty as Sin. I was gripped from the beginning till the end- I read the entire story overnight. This series is one giant puzzle I’m dying to solve and I’m nowhere near of figuring out the answers. I can hear myself asking “But why?”
Meghan March’s writing is FLAWLESS, her attention to details is IMPECABLE. I’m really impressed of how the story turned out so far for Lincoln and Whitney. There are some hints and pieces in this crazy puzzle, but it’s not enough to answer all my questions. Can Love conquer it all? Will they get their HEA?
“I used to be in love with the guy, and every sign points to the universe conspiring to keep us apart. I still have a hard time believing that anything between us could possibly end well.”
Yes! This story is sooooo good! I didn’t want it to end. There’s so much going down! So much info being revealed! So much drama. So many obstacles. Lincoln and Whitney’s story is blowing my mind. What a roller-coaster. I need the final book now!
For the first time in our entire history, I feel like the balance has shifted so we’re on equal ground.
Lincoln & Whitney’s story has been tumultuous, to say the least. They have more people that want them to be apart than people who believe they are actually in love. Not to mention all the secrets floating between them, around them, and through both their families.
This installment let us in a little more on why their relationship failed, and why it keeps failing. If you’ve read Richer than Sin, then you can’t deny that there is something between these two, but it seems neither of them are strong enough to just stand for their relationship. They both allow pressure from outside sources, albeit family in some cases, to manipulate almost every aspect of their relationship. I was a little frustrated in both these stories that it seemed they were to weak to stand up for what they wanted. Getting a bit more character depth and learning a few more of the twists helped to clear up a little of that. I still wanted more.
“And I’m done letting other people manipulate our lives to keep us apart. I’m fucking done. You leave, I leave. End of story.” FINALLY.
I feel like this story was more about choice. These two finally, FINALLY made a decision to do what they needed to do for themselves. I know, I know … you’re thinking this sounds selfish, but in this case it’s really not. Both of these characters have lived the last 10 years living up to someone else’s expectations and desires, so I think it’s about time they actually live for themselves.
And of course, in true March style, this one ends with a doozy of a cliffhanger. Honestly, if these two revert back to the mindset they had before, I’m not even sure I want them together! (Okay, I really do because I want to believe in happily ever after, but … still!)
“I’m not worth it.” My voice breaks on the last word. Lincoln’s arms fall to his sides.
“Bullshit.” He strides toward me, his hands going out to cup my cheeks. “You’re worth everything. Every-fucking-thing. I have fucked up over and over again when it comes to you, and I’m not doing it again. I felt it last night. You felt it too.”
Please mean that, Lincoln. Please …
This is book 2 in the trilogy – I really enjoyed the first book. This book was just okay for me.
Starts off right where book 1 left at. Lots of drama, suspense, and always a plot twist when MM is involved.
I look forward to see what book 3, the end of the trilogy brings.
4.5 Stars
We pick up Guilty as Sin right where Meghan left us at the end of Richer than Sin with our heads spinning and anxious for more of the Riscoff and Gable’s feud.
Being told in both POV’s the story seamlessly flows between past and present unraveling the very important history between these characters and the web of deceit they find themselves stuck in.
Desire continues to fan the flames between Lincoln and Whitney giving us some super sexy scenes between these two. I truly love these strong willed, determined characters that Meghan has delivered in this series. Their love for one another is not only forbidden and turbulent but the force that drives their souls.
It seems as yet there are still some missing pieces to this puzzle and I am eager to see how Meghan will deliver the conclusion to this amazing love story. Can this feud finally be put to rest and will Lincoln get the girl that he’s always loved in the end? I am anxiously awaiting Reveling in Sin.
“Fuck, Blue . I want to see it all. Want to feel you. Touch you. Fill you up until you don’t remember what it’s like not to be full of my cock.”
What is Meghan March trying to do to me? I know, she is trying to kill me. She is trying to squeeze everything out of me and into this delicious and nail-biting romance. Guilty as Sin is everything I have hoped for. Everything I have been waiting for. The romance. The twist and turns. The drama. The emotions. Guilty as Sin is a jaw dropping, seductive and brilliant romance from start to finish. It is a romance that will tug your heart. It is a romance that will burn your soul. It is a romance that leave you at the edge of your seat reeling and breathless. Meghan March is a powerhouse. Her level of brilliance to come with an instalment like this is beyond magnificent. I am in awe of her.
Guilty as Sin is the second book in the Sin Trilogy and continues on where we left things in Book 1. I waited for this book. I was still shaking with the ending of Book 1. I needed my answers. I got my answers but I was back with more questions. I feel like Meghan March is somewhere laughing with her evil laugh as I suffer because of Guilty as Sin. She wants to torture me. She wants to make me crave and get even more high on this series. I am thirsty for more. I am drunk for more. More sexiness. More suspense. More thrills. More heart pumping scenes. I adore Lincoln and Whitney captivated me in Richer than Sin. In Guilty as Sin, Lincoln and Whitney haunt me. You will get to understand their pain. You will get to understand their pasts. You delve deep into their thoughts and feelings of their love. So intoxicating. So irresistible. I cannot get enough of Lincoln and Whitney.
I will just be here, sitting in my corner waiting patiently for Reveling in Sin. You need the Sin Trilogy in your TBR. It is just impeccable.
We are back in the turbulent, intense, emotional and hot world of Whitney and Lincoln while we continue to follow their steamy and drama fulled lives. Guilty as Sin picks up from the ending of ‘Richer Than Sin’ and we are immediately dragged back in and hooked onto their story. I couldn’t wait to devour this book and Meghan certainly didn’t disappoint.
I loved the first book and I knew this one wasn’t going to disappoint. One of the things I enjoyed about this one in particular was that was got more information on their pasts and the history involved which filled in a few missing gaps from the first story. We really get an in-depth look into the families and the past drama that has led to this point. I loved delving deeper into Whitney and Lincoln’s relationship as well- they are so explosive together: a car crash and a firework all rolled into one.
“No woman has ever affected me like Whitney Gable. Not before. Not since.”
As always with one of Meghan’s read, the plot was one big twisty, intense, fiery read that constantly had me on the edge of my seat…biting my nails and shouting at my kindle…desperate to know what was going to happen next. We might get some answers but we are also left with many questions.
“I’m fucking done. You leave, I leave.
End of story. ”
Lincoln is willing to fight for he wants and Whitney is cautious of allowing her heart to open to him with so much opposition and potential heart break. Will these two be able to overcome their families pasts and all the obstacles stacked against them? Or will old wounds resurface once again in this modern Romeo and Juliet style romance? Left with one hell of a cliffhanger it looks as though we are going to have to wait (not so patiently) for the next instalment to get all the answers we are so desperately waiting for.

My head is spinning and I need book 3 ASAP!!!! Guilty as Sin is the 2nd book in the trilogy. Taking you deeper into the lives of the Gables & the Riscoffs, giving more bits and pieces as to why there is a such a great divide among the families. So much history between the two, making this story an epic read!
Full of twists and turns from the first page to the last, this series is absolutely remarkable! We are left with another crazy cliff hanger and I now cannot wait to get my hands the next book! An addictive read that just keeps getting better and better! Totally obsessed with this extraordinary series!
I love Whitney and Lincoln!! I just can’t with these cliffhangers. I have to know how it ends!!
2nd book in the Sin trilogy. Overall an enjoyable read, I wouldn’t expect anything else from MM! However some things I did find a bit annoying – the back and forth with the past and present was just too much. A few less (many) would have made the story flow easier for me. Lots of suspense and teasing family secrets that I hope we get answers to in book 3… otherwise will be disappointed. As always (unfortunately for me) MM leaves us with an epic cliffy. I’m in a love/hate relationship with this authors fave style of writing! Will be happy to get book 3 to finish the story.
If you love Soap Operas you are gonna love this series! When reading Guilty as Sin, I could see it playing out as a daytime drama and was completely pulled in! Meghan March has definitely taken her writing in a different direction with the Sin Trilogy and it’s fun! The formatting and telling of the story is done well and keeps you on your toes!
I truly love this second book of Whitney and Lincoln. The obstacles they faced would break a lot of people. This is truly a wonderful story and make sure you read this beautiful book.
Excellent read by Meghan March. Lincoln and Whitney has so many twists and turns that continues to amazes me. With all the drama and the characters that are involved. Lincoln and Whitney chemistry still is strong as ever and never a dull moment. Can’t wait to read Reveling in Sin.
Oh, what a tangled web Meghan March does weave.
The second installment of this trio does not disappoint!!
I need to come up with better words to truly explain how good Meghan’s stories are!!! Guilty As Sin was fantastic!! It picks up where Richer Than Sin left off, and takes you for a roller coaster ride that’s so exciting and full of drama, I could not get enough!!! I’m dying for part 3!! Lincoln and Whitney are so intriguing, their family history pulling them apart but their chemistry forcing them back together, I can’t wait to find out more about why these families hate each other so strongly, and to see what comes of this crazy ride!!!!
After reading back 2 I need the last book in this trilogy like now. There was a lot of things answered but now I have so many more questions. Will Whitney and Lincoln be able to over come everything thats in there way to have a happy ever after or will the family feud win and keep them apart.
Just when you think Meghan March can’t mess with your emotions any more, she goes and writes a story so engrossing that it has you practically drooling to find out what will happen next. If you thought Richer than Sin was addicting, Guilty as Sin will leave you begging more more! The chemistry and magnetic pull between Lincoln and Whitney is stronger than ever, and the family rivalry just adds so much more to this story! Can I just say…these two families have more skeletons in their closet than a haunted house! And that ending? Holy. Cow. Not at all what I thought was going to happen, but it was so so worth it! I can’t wait to read the conclusion to Whitney and Lincoln’s story. Will they get their happily ever after?
WOW!!! Just WOW!!! I simply don’t have words to describe this incredible masterpiece. I love Meghan March, so expected to love the book. And to be honest my expectations were pretty high after reading Richer Than Sin. But with that said, they were still thrown out of the window.
Once the book hit my kindle, I couldn’t open it fast enough. And once I did that, I couldn’t put it down. I finished it in one sitting for a record time and I was just left craving more and more of Whitney and Lincoln. As I said in my review of Richer Than Sin, this story is Dallas meets Dynasty with a Romeo and Juliet twist. But it is so much more than that. It is a beautiful story of second chances, fighting for the one you love and standing by their side, no matter of the price. And let me tell you, it can cost a lot as you will find out at the end of Guilty as Sin. That was seriously one cliffie that made me pull my hair out. So be prepared 😀
And if you want my opinion in short, here it is:
Guilty as Sin is a masterpiece that will leave you reeling long after you finish the book and craving the next one. It is simply a Guilty pleasure for all you SINners out there. So #1click it NOW!!!
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Guilty as Sin continues to build on the drama that started in the first book. As Whitney and Lincoln get closer, more of the past unfolds. The story between past and present events is masterfully told and as some of the truth is revealed, new questions pop up. I can’t wait to get answers in the third book. Not only will I anticipate the return of Whitney and Lincoln, but I feel the need to know what new drama will unfold from Lincoln’s brother or Whitney’s cousin Karma. If you like a story with two people who seems to have the odds against them, then this is a great read for you.
