The heat is on…Raised among women who taught him to cook at his family’s Buenos Aires restaurant, master chef Paolo Santos deftly works his culinary wiles–and his Latin charm–on post Flamingo Island’s female clientele. The most tempting on the island, though, is cool, elegant spa chef Michaela Willoughby. The redhead’s slender curves are as enticing as her rabbit-food menus are maddening. And … maddening. And she’s his main competition for the chance of a lifetime – top chef in a new TV cooking show.
When the stage lights ignite, so does the sexual chemistry no one–least of all Paolo and Michaela–saw coming. Suddenly, separating business from pleasure is as impossible as separating a scrambled egg. And the big question isn’t whose knife cuts fastest…it’s whose heart can take the most heat.

Lovely romantic read, that incorporates both male and female leads family very nicely. Things are hot in the kitchen for these two chefs trying to be a local TV celebrity .
Enjoyed this book. Great read
Cute story, enjoyed book
I loved this story, how hard he works to keep help his family, and her mom and dad who finally get it right at the end! Was a fun read made better by what happens during her pilot filming! Something I did once in anger about cooking like his mom! Great happy ending too!
Good read
Cute book!
Great summer read… enjoyable characters…
I like it set to a reality tv series. The plot was okay, I felt it probably was a bit too predictable for me.
A little beyond the everyday of life but quite entertaining with delightful characters I would like to have in my own life.
A standalone read with a HEA. This story is about two chefs battling it out to become the next big thing on a TV show. Each one has reasons for needing to win the position. Money is the mostly driving force because each needs it to solve some of their current problems.
The hero is a handsome, charming Argentine. He is a great chef and he has …
Loved the characters!
I absolutely LOVED Paolo! He is such a doll and so romantic! He’s pretty straight up right from the beginning. Great guy! The h was frustrating at times. While she is a mature woman, she came off very immature at times. She was strong and secure in her cooking but very immature in how she dealt with Paolo. Thank goodness for her sister and …
I loved the fact that through all the trials, true love still found a way. Without being raunchy. Family is still Very Important.
Good read with very strong characters. The writer lives up to her reviews.
This is a sweet easy read that is uplifting.
