DREAMY’S REVIEW
Greed is the last book in the Elite Seven Series and it ends with a BANG! The Queens, K Webster and Ker Dukey blew my ever loving MIND!!
“There is no rest for sinners.”
Micah was the rich boy next door, privileged, and knowledge of the Elite. There was something about him that intrigued me. Fairly enough, he wasn’t as prominent as the other sinners, but I was still needing and wanting his story to come to life, to be told. I felt like his character was a bit different from the rest, he had this ability to easily care for everyone and fight for what HE wanted.
He wanted a lot of things: his best friend at his side, his best friend’s sister to be at peace, and this beautiful and compelling stranger to feel wanted and whole, especially after everything that has happened!
Sabella was damaged beyond belief, and yet, when it came to Micah, there was an openness and calmness about him that made her crave him.
I loved the slow development of their relationship, even as forbidden as it felt. I loved how she embraced who he was, while simultaneously, he was helping her heal and became the new person she wanted to be.
Greed held more of the romantic elements than the actual ‘Elite plot,’ but I thought it was completely fine since most of that plot was played out heavily in the other books. I didn’t expect this story to turn out the way it did because as always, KK always surprises us readers! They really know how to wrap up a story and tie up some loose ends!
Although I do wish that those who deserved their day had it worse, I’m so glad with how it all ended nicely.
All in all, in truly enjoyed this series! It was one hell of a ride! The twists and turns, suspense, mystery, unexpected deaths, secrets, and the villains of all villains… this is a series worth reading! All of the writers who are part of this series, bravo to you!
I truly hope we can get a spin off or maybe even books on The Holy Virtues! I would love to see more of it and see these authors work together again! They truly know how to make you itch for the next book in anticipation with the cliffhangers they gave!
Overall dreamy rating:
Four and a half stars for Greed!
Four a half stars for the series as a whole!
Great job, ladies!
It took me a while but I finally was able to finish it. I was equally in love and disappointed with Greed because I definitely expected more after Gluttony and Sloth.
I had a hard time in the beginning with Mikah and the story but as we got to the second pov I started to enjoy it more! I loved this couple together even though I wanted and expected something different I actually liked who everyone ended up with (or was hinted to end up with). Loved all the Greed and Mayhem moments, and they were so incredibly hot together! The heroine was what made the story enjoyable for me to be honest.
Now Malcom, I have no words for. He’s the worst of them all and he pissed me off the entire time!! The things that happened to Sab and Evie were the worst and it broke my heart and made me rage for them.
Finally, the ending! It was so rushed, in my opinion. Maybe this type of series wasn’t for me but I do think that one of the biggest issues was how the books didn’t flow well together and that might be an editing problem because the authors’ different voices shouldn’t be a problem since they write from different character POVs. And, maybe they needed more time to be able to give the characters and story justice. All I know is that I’m sad to say I’m glad the series is over, but I am. I don’t regret giving it a chance though because I absolutely loved two books in this series and they’ll definitely stay with me for a while!
Great ending!
This was the perfect ending to a very addicting series. I was kinda worried that we wouldn’t get the closure that we wanted but for me it was perfect. These ladies did an awesome job, I was on the edge of my seat and the writing was wonderful! I absolutely loved this series and now I wanna go bad and read them all again. Loved it!
The Elite is a secret society with power unimaginable. To be a member, is one of highest honor. Follow their rules and you will have endless: WEALTH, POWER, and FAME. Once you are selected, you must pass initiation. And meet the brotherhood. Your brothers in arms. A bond so lethal it is unbendable and unbreakable. The Seven Sins.
LUST, PRIDE, WRATH, ENVY, GREED, GLUTTONY, SLOTH
In this book we have Greed, Micah Dixon he has grown up almost as wealthy as GOD has. His parents are very Christian. Usually he is being dragged to church with them. He has a rebellious streak in him.
Sabella was saved by Four, and brought to Greed’s family. His mom was a Doctor, and now even though she is retired, she helped Sabella. Sabella & Greed form a friendship within his old childhood home. Sabella is very fragile after what happened to her. Greed is very patient and kind with her. He knows he can’t push her. He has been spending way to much time at his parents house and is worried his brothers will find out, so, he tries to limit his time with Sabella. However, they kiss, and he can’t stay away from her.
This book #7 does wrap up some loose ends for us. We are able to see what happens to those who think they are the almighty.
I did receive a free ARC copy. I am freely leaving an honest review.
A dramatically explosive ending to a truly fantastic series. Greed hit all my hot buttons for a finale. There were twists and turns I totally did not expect. This book kept me on my toes until the very last. Absorbed as I was with Micah’s story, I was obsessed. Micah aka GREED, Arrogant. Confident. Sexy as Sin (and he knows it). Underneath it all he is a little lost without his partner in crime Mason aka PRIDE. He thought he was doing the right thing. He had no idea of the sinister goings on behind the scenes to keep him separated from Mason as well as Evie, Mason’s younger sister.
This book describes the lengths Micah will go to, to protect those that he loves. There is no task to big or scary. He would give his own freedom in exchange for his loved ones. His loyalty does not waver. When he is backed into a corner, Micah comes out fighting. His grit and determination to get justice for what his close friends have suffered is commendable. I would love to have Micha in my corner fighting alongside me.
Micah’s introduction into the Elite was different than his brothers. Because of his age, the Elder Elite members do not take him seriously. But Micah is crafty, and is very good and pulling people in and manipulating a situation to his benefit, so watch out.
Thanks to Ker Dukey for coming up with this super exciting series and I couldn’t think of a more fitting way to round out this series. YAY!!!
7 Books
7 Deadly Sins
7 stories of Love & retribution
I loved every minute of this series.
After reading all the books in this series, I highly anticipated the last one, Greed. And boy did these authors deliver! Micah aka Greed, is the last of the sins and he had to keep so many secrets it was mind blowing! He was protecting one person and trying to save another. While he comes off all alpha, I just knew that he did have a heart under all that anger. As you read, all the Sins tie together and end in a heart stopping way. You definitely need to read these Sins in order to understand each one. All the characters are unique and will ingrain themselves into your very heart and soul. I’m sad the series is ending, but is it really?!
Greed by Ker Dukey and K Webster is the epic conclusion to the Elite Seven series and if you haven’t started it you are missing out!! We following Greed, or Micah, as the pieces that we’ve been missing start to fall into place. I don’t want to give too much away so I’ll just say: read it!!
Answers!!! All the answers you have been waiting for are finally here!!
Greed is somewhat elusive in the other 6 books. He’s mentioned but you don’t really have a clue as to what his real deal is, and where the heck is he always off hiding? I was half expecting to hate Greed just because I had come up with some ideas as to what he’s been up to. I was pleasantly surprised and I really like him now. He’s actually very protective and that’s one thing that I’m a sucker for when it comes to male characters.
This book still kept me in suspense. I was not disappointed in the revealing of the answers nor the answers themselves. What a great way to wrap up a series that kept us guessing and wanting more!
“When they chose us, they chose poorly, because they thought we could be pulled by strings.
How fucking wrong they were.
We are the storm, and we’ve made land—no time left to flee. No surrendering.”
I truly can’t imagine a better conclusion to this amazing series! As always, this dynamic duo blew my mind! First of all, I loved Micah!! In my opinion, Micah is the most realistic & altruistic character in this series. He’s alert, astute & concerned about many of the women who were victimized. Unlike his brothers, more than once, he decides not to pursue getting laid, saying that he has more important things to focus on. See, not 100% of all men are led by their di
Greed by Ker Dukey and K Webster is the much anticipated seventh and final book in The Elite Series. I need to tell you upfront that you MUST read this series in order from the beginning and is not for the faint of heart. If it were made into a movie then Quentin Tarantino would definitely need to be the director (Ker Dukey if your reading this, consider this a suggestion to reach out to QT.) Don’t get me wrong, the series is one of those guilty pleasures like watching the Pulp Fiction, Natural Born Killers, or any of the Kill Bills. They also took me back to the days of watching The Godfather, Scarface, or The Sopranos. I’m pretty sure that I showed my age with that list but they are classic guilty pleasure movies or TV series. You secretly love the twisted plot lines, violence, and sex scenes that make you need to take a cold shower but you may not admit it in all life circles. While this series is not about “the mafia”, The Elite are definitely unscrupulous businessman and community leaders whose children have had enough and are out to destroy the older generation of The Elite.
I am not going to go into great depth summarizing Greed because I don’t want to be that person. You know the one who needs to begin the blog/review with “SPOILER ALERT”. Greed wraps up all of the missing pieces of the story…and ties up the cliffhangers that I HATED so much but made me wait on the edge of my seat for the next book. Greed is the story of Micah Dixon, a vital character who was always in the background of the other books. I even had to go back to review the others to see where he fell in the plot. He is, perhaps, the most loyal of all of the Elite brothers as he was given task after task but could fulfill them because the idea of hurting those that he loved cut him to the core. I give Greed by Ker Dukey and K Webster 5 out of 5 propellers. The series as a whole gets 4.5 out of 5 propellers!

Book seven in the Elite Seven is Greed by Ker Dukey and K. Webster and what an ending to the series!!!!! Holy Smokes I am at a loss for words and needed time to process everything once I finished!!
Some one-word thoughts on this series are brilliant, amazing, thrilling, heartbreaking, emotional, HEAs and banter. Those are the ones I can think of while typing this.
I absolutely love what Ms. Dukey and Ms. Webster have done to wrap this story up. I didn’t see everything that was coming, but it is brilliantly written. It tied up all the loose ends from the previous six stories and finished off with a perfect ending. What loved about this story is how it was laid out. The past–present–weeks–days and so forth. Little pieces of that and turned it into this!! (trying not to give anything away).
II absolutely love this:
They say the three gates of Hell are Lust, Wrath, and Greed.
Well, Open up mother———- Daddy’s home.
I am Micah Dixon
He is a TOTAL ALPHA TO THE CORE and my favorite Elite of them all.
We all know that all good books have to come to an end but I feel like I still need one more!!!! Maybe a bonus of sorts!! A sort novella on someone? Please???
I want them all… and I don’t want let them go !!!!
I’m sad….. my journey with Elite Seven ened. I knew this day will come, but I haven’t been ready to say goodbye.
Elite Seven was amazing – since first paige in first book till the last one.
.
Greed is absolutetly masterpiece and authors couldn’t say goodbye in better way for Seven Elite fans.
This story makes me feel seriously greedy… I wanted to have Micah for only for myself. Can’t lie… #Still I’m not sure if I can share him with anyone. It wasn’t easy book, just like the previous ones.
He steal my heart from the first sight and left me breathless… maybe his character could be overwhelming sometimes but still I don’t want leave him alone.
Twists, ups and downs in his life makes him perfect hero for me, specially when very unexpected things happen.
If You’re ready for conclusion of Elite Seven, Greeed is like seriously sinfully good ending.
This is the final instalment in the Elite Seven series and the two K’s definitely did the series justice.
Micha aka Greed, his story is slightly different from all of the other sin’s story.nwith all of the previous books tasks are give and completed but as an extra for Greed’s story we are taken behind the scenes aspect. Of course all of my questions were answered for the whole series.
I loved Micha and Sabella. Their story was great to read and I loved how strong and resilient she became after enduring so much.
I’m just sad that this series has finished. Well done to all of the authors who participated.
Who could have been better than the dynamic duo of Ker Dukey and K.Webster to write the final story in the epic Elite Seven series? I expected these two insanely talented authors to deliver the well deserved , explosive and mindblowing ending. And they, as usual, did not disappoint me at all. Greed was tragic, twisted, dark, intense, sensual and something I won’t forget for a long time.
I have been following the journey of the seven sinners religiously and my mind was full of complicated questions while going in this story. Ker Dukey and K Webster made the puzzle pieces fit together perfectly. This story is not about Greed and his love only. This is the story of brothers bound by twisted fate and claiming justice for themselves and their queens. This is the culmination of all the sacrifices, betrayals, tragedies , mind games , power plays and deceits. This is about fall of the corrupt and dirty old Elite. This is about coronation of new kings who are just, loyal, fearless, passionate and protector of everything they believe in including their brotherhood and love.
Micah carried a lot of weight on his shoulders. If you think, he has been the driving force of many crucial actions in the journey of the Elite. He is the epitome of faithful friend, savior brother and intense lover. The woman who will bring him to his knees is someone I didn’t guess at all. But they are actually the match made in hell. The broken, destroyed, vulnerable girl will rise from the ashes of her traumatic past and come out stronger than ever. Their bond is deeply rooted in the experiences they had together. And what can I say about the writing? The storyline kept on delivering blows to my heart and punches to my heart. These authors don’t only write a story, they own it. They let the characters take over the flow completely and do their own things even if it is not right. They are honest to the story and the persons in them. And that is why the story touched my heart. They own the darkness, the forbidden, the raw energy and transform it into a masterpiece.
Ker Dukey and K Webster has written a deeply dark and insanely intriguing story as the grand finale. I have connected with the sinners and queens through the honest, real and heartbreaking stories. I have been waiting for the ending but now I am feeling devastated and sad to let them go. Such is the impact of the story. Hands down the must read dark story of the year!
Received ARC for Honest Review
Having been on this journey since Lust, I’ve been anxious for this ending. However, who am I kidding, with this amazing duo writing together, I knew it was going to end with a BANG, and boy did it EVER!
Each chapter is a carefully woven tale, adding more intrigue while answering those linger questions that have been sitting since the beginning. After meeting Micah in Pride, I knew he was gonna be a force to be reckoned with, akin to his brethren in The Elite. One who is willing to put it all on the line for his “family” regardless of the consequences, but also trying to keep his, and everyone else’s soul, in tact. Without giving away too much of the Heroine, while she has been beaten down by the monsters of The Elite, with the help of Micah, she comes back like a phoenix from a flame. Rising into a new woman, ready to burn the world down to keep from letting others feel the pain she has. Even with the monsters and the darkness of their world, their love is deep and empowering. I couldn’t get enough.
Ker Dukey and K Webster always deliver a read that will have you begging for more. If you are ready for a vengeful and intense ending to a great series, you can’t miss Greed. This is a series I will re-read again and again.
This was a great conclusion to the series!
I hate giving spoilers, so I’ll just say the story was great and worth reading.
Dukey and Webster writing together was a great thing.
What an explosive end to an explosive story! The Elite Series has been a crazy rollercoaster ride from the beginning but I have enjoyed every minute of it! I am really happy that the authors when telling this story started from the beginning. Then as the story went on they touched on important elements that happened throughout the entire story. It made for a good refresher on what happened. All my lingering questions were answered or at least satisfied me. These two authors did a great job with their writing and storytelling. Now that the final book is out and if you haven’t started…start binge reading because it’s an incredible story!
5 Cranky Stars
Miss Mayhem and Greed!! Like a Mick and Mallory but maybe a little less psychotic and murdery. This will be a hard review to write and not give anything away but here goes nothing. I absolutely love Micah Dixon AKA Greed. He wants it all and gets everything he wants he is in his essence a greedy person. He knows the ones who pull the strings for The Elite must be cut off. They are ruining lives and now it has hit too close to home for Micah. He finally has Mason and Evie back in his life and he will keep them there except Evie now seems different and untouchable. What Greed wasn’t expecting to be dropped in his lap is Miss Mayhem. He has never wanted anything or wanted to settle down until her. Micah is now juggling taking down the elite, conspiring with his brothers, helping Evie and helping Miss Mayhem. His life is leading to a big pivotal moment and he is ready to start his life anew.
Whoa!!! They covered a lot of story from Micah’s beginning to the conception of Greed and everything in between. He really is a force to be reckoned with and I’m glad he found someone to love. This book has a little bit of everything from suspense to love. If you are easily triggered, then maybe this series isn’t for you but I absolutely adore it. I’m sad to see it end. I’d love to see The Elite boys down the road again, but I know all good things must come to an end. I’m so happy I got to read this series and even with it’s ups and downs it’s still one the best.
– a secret society originated in 1942. The Elite is for life. Where sacrifices must be made to show your dedication to the organization. A brotherhood forged with initiations where your sin is a reflection or version of your abilities and personality. Seven brothers, Seven sins: , , , , , , and .
: My name is Micah Dixon and greed is my sin. Greed is the insatiable desire for more and I want it all; answers, justice, vengeance, and most of all – the girl. Reunited with his best friend and his sister, Micah is stunned to realize just how deep of a hold The Elite has on them. And then there is the hidden princess in the tower that he has fallen for and wants to save. The Elite has to be disassembled and those who have pulled the strings must pay. And I’m the motherf**cker to do it!
Given the rush to put it together, I feel Greed was written well and I applaud the authors for stepping in and bringing the closure that the readers as well as the story deserved. The two K’s were able to conclude everything and bring it together. I don’t feel that the character truly represented his sin, but given everything that factored into putting this final book together especially the time constraint and the sequence change, it is of little consequence in the bigger picture.
Overall this series was an enjoyable one. I loved the concept and the characterizations and I congratulate Dukey in putting together such a big undertaking with 7 books and 7 (6) authors.
Out with the old in with the new! The Elite has pulled the strings of the lives of many for too long! now the boys, and girls who have been pawns in the sick game of power have to do what they must to end the rule of the tyrant. Too many innocent lives lost too many sins unchecked! It’s time for the devil to pay!
Greed and sabella have lost too much and it’s time for them to fix what’s broken starting with each other! Together they are stronger then they ever were alone! This series took us on a wild roller coaster and now it’s time for them to take back their lives! I have enjoyed this series and Greeds story rounds it all out and finishes with a bang!
