A saint with a secret. A titan with a heartache. Filthy rich, heartless, and hot as sin. Everyone in New York thought they knew Oliver Lewin. And I believed them the morning he stepped into my office. When he was sentenced to community service, I drew the short straw to be his supervisor. He represented everything I despised, from his bank account to his cold indifference. I was stuck with … account to his cold indifference.
I was stuck with him. A man I couldn’t stand… a man whose impossibly green eyes ignited me at a glance.
But that wasn’t my biggest problem. The more I learned about the Manhattan titan, the more hopeless I was to resist him, and it soon became clear we weren’t so different.
Oliver wasn’t who everyone thought he was. Neither was I.
That’s why I had to keep my distance. I buried the skeletons in my closet deep, but everyone knows secrets aren’t made to last.
No one could learn the truth about me.
Because if exposed, I could lose everything. Even him.

Greed is the second book in Emily Blythe’s Seven Vices series featuring Oliver Lewin, billionaire and ruthless businessman assigned to a non-profit community service sentence which focuses on natural disaster relief, and Sophia, Oliver’s supervisor for his service to the Second Chances organization who also has her own secrets. Oliver and Sophia begin their relationship with mistrust over her negative misconceptions about him. As they learn more about each other, their relationship advances to sharing past personal hurts and secrets. I recommend this well written book which slowly reveals the characters and a plot which slowly discloses secret twists which results in romance.

What a great book and story. I loved everything about it. I enjoyed all the characters and their roles in the plot and the story. The hot scenes were super hit too!
Excellent and intense
Greatromance which I loved the characters who are very intense, just like my emotions while reading this story.
I loved the confrontation of Oliver who is arrogant, extremely focused on his work and who finds himself faced with the reality of the shallows, and Sophia, the heroine devoted to her work who flees a complex situation, who hides in her profession and in this big city. Between what seem to be differences between them, their attraction that they cannot have, the secrets of Sophia which are so important that she cannot speak about them because she wiould loose everything she has built, the story is full of twists and emotions.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book
Hopefully, you aren’t like me and read this series in order. However, I started with the third book and got hooked! So this is the second book in the series. Oh lawd!! Oliver, Oliver, Oliver!! He needs a whole lot of work, but Sophia seems up to the task. It’s so easy to root for Sophia because she’s struggled in life, but she’s the perfect counterbalance to Oliver. There are times when you want to hug Oliver, but more times than not you want to strangle him. However, it does get better. Although, he still had his moments! I loved Sophia and Oliver!! I love this series!!
I look forward to more books in this series!!!

This is book two in the Seven Vices series. Oliver is the handsome, rich playboy who has gotten into trouble. This time he has community service that is be
done at a place called Second Chances. They help folks recover from natural disasters. Sophie is the woman in charge and now she has to babysit Oliver. Folks are not always as they seem and these two characters begin to learn that as they get to know one another. The chemistry between these two burns low and hot. I found the story an entertaining read and will continue on with the series. Enjoy!

Remarkable job Emily, thanks for sharing this little treasure with us.
The chemistry is sizzling almost at all times until they get together than it is purely boiling over. Love that the title is misleading with greed being the key looking for love and often misunderstood as being money hungry. Liked that both characters have misinterpreted the other from here-say, when they really get to know one another, they realize there is more to them than rumors. Wonderful book in this series, looking ready to get a hold of the next one.

From the first pages of this book you know Sophia has some deep secret that would change how everyone sees her. We also come to find that Oliver doesn’t have secrets so much as past hurt that colors his view of relationships.
What I really like about the book is how the misconceptions people had about the “playboy troublemaker” Oliver turn out to be so wrong. The author did a good job revealing the secrets about the characters little by little so I didn’t want to put the book down.
Finally, their romance is not an easy one and it follows a lot of ups and downs usually preceded by some satisfying, steamy, or poignant moments.

Loved the book it was great, the story was well written and the characters are interesting. Once I started I could not put the book down from start to finish you just could not get enough left you wanting more twists and turns with emotions that makes you want more. Sophia was stuck with Oliver not that she wanted to look after the rich playboy, probation after doing wrong.
Thank you for allowing me to review your book.

I loved this book Oliver and Sophia’s characters were a hoot. Oliver lands himself in community service and Sophia is assigned to his case and when these two meet sparks fly from the get go. The chemistry is hot between them. It’s so well written I could not put it down.
Oliver is part of the Seven Vices Series and does the series proud. Sophia and Oliver will have you in stitches with their back and forth banter. They were opposites yet alike in more ways than either wanted to admit. Chemistry that’s over the top and passion galore. Great characters and an entertaining story. Hot and sexy red that I read an a reading copy and voluntarily chose to review.
