The Inferno has Evolved… Lana Harvey is a reaper, and a lousy one at that. She resides in Limbo City, the modern capital of the collective afterlives, where she likes to stick it to the man (the legendary Grim Reaper himself) by harvesting the bare minimum of souls required of her. She’d much rather be hanging out with Gabriel, her favorite archangel, at Purgatory Lounge. But when a shocking … promotion falls in her lap, Lana learns something that could unravel the very fabric of Eternity. If the job isn’t completed, there could be some real hell to pay.

Very entertaining, easy to read having finished this one I went and got the second one. The action is good enough to keep me engaged, just wish there were more character development.
Took a while to get into this and, then story ends without really resolving things. Not my favorite.
Just not my cup of tea.
This book was so ridiculous I could not even finish it.
The book was easy reading and funny, The character are one sided.
The good are very good. The bad are really really bad.
I made it through it, and it has some funny bits, but I don’t think II’m interested in any more. No real ending to #1, for one thing.
Easy reading and original content.
It was a good read to pass the time
Was hard to get into at first
The story and characters are fair. I suggested this book to others just to read the chapter headings. They are wonderful.
Just couldn’t get into it.
LOVED THIS BOOK! So original.
Who would have thought that being dead was such a hard job?
Fun way to look at the afterlife. I loved it.
Graveyard Shift was very imaginative and interesting. However, as there are 7 so far, I read the second in the series. Into the second book, I became monotonous and rather boring. I don’t think I’ll read the entire series. At least anytime soon anyway.
Liked it, read it straight thru.
Full of humor. Fans of “Dead Like Me” will love this series! I finished the first book and went immediately to purchase the rest.
Quite different from my usual selections and I enjoyed it thoroughly. I would definitely recommend it. Thanks.
This was alright but I’m passing on the rest of the series.
This book was a lot of fun. If there are other books in the series I will for sure be picking them up. The world and characters are nicely developed and the wacky adventures are a great time
