Marrying a stranger tops the list of things you should never do in Las Vegas, but I did it anyway. The entire night was my idea. I was the one who suggested a wake-up-with-a-tiger kind of night. Instead, I woke up with a ring on my finger and Vince Rossi in my bed.Vince, who was nothing like I thought he was and everything I never knew I needed.Suddenly I was falling head-over-heels in love with … was falling head-over-heels in love with my accidental husband and the idea of ending this union was the last thing I wanted.
I wanted forever.
So what if we barely knew each other? Statistically speaking, our odds were as good as anyone’s.
Until the annulment papers landed on my doorstep…

This book sure didn’t disappoint. I knew I was going to love Payton, I laughed so many times throughout this book, I truly loved it.
Good Time was legiterally hilarious! We met Vince and Payton in Good Girl. We knew something happened between them, but no idea how much had happened. I couldn’t wait to get my hands on their story. Payton is a 22 year old that works as an event planner at the Windsor hotel in Las Vegas. Vince is an older man that owns a strip club. She’s instantly attracted to him, but he acts like he isn’t. Watching them get to know one another was hilarious. Payton is a little different. She says the craziest things and speaks what she wants without thinking it through. I loved her. Shoot, I loved them both. I’m hoping their friend, Canon, gets a story next. He was pretty funny too. I definitely recommend this book to everyone who enjoys a great romcom.
I laughed so hard I may have peed a little.. I legiterally loved this book and the characters. The laughs, the not so inside thoughts and oh my the sex! Vince and Payton are my top Jana couple! I floved them so hard.
As the title says, this book is a Good Time. Jana Aston books are always a good time. Quirky, fun, sexy, unpredictable.
If you remember from Good Girl, the roommate who made her friend the Girl Trooper badges for accomplishing things like finally managing to lose her virginity to a great guy — this is the badge-maker’s book.
OMFG THIS WAS MY FAVOURITE ROMCOM OF THIS YEAR, ofcos anytime you read Jana Aston book you in for an amazing ride. Jana is an absolute master at giving us magnificent romcoms.
This book had me smiling and feeling good from page one.
Peyton is absolutely quirky and crazy. Yet you can’t help falling inlove with her. I Loved her word making and how she saw Vince. She is someone I can see having a drink and good laugh with.
Vince had me hook line and sinker. This man adores Peyton. He accepted her for her and was interested in changing her. He wouldn’t let anyone else either. Their chemistry, sexy time was equally capturing. These two are made for each other.
This couple, the scenes, the Dialogues and story was sweet, sexy and hot. Grab it now ladies and you will definitely fall in love with these two…
Enjoy!!!!
I invariably have the three same thoughts after finishing a romantic comedy by Jana Aston:
* This is my favorite book by Jana Aston.
* This is my favorite rom-com ever.
* I have absolutely no idea where Jana Aston comes up with the hilarious, quirky and wonderfully absurd things that she writes, but she’s a comedic genius.
I can’t adequately describe Good Girl, because it’s truly one-of-a-kind. I can just tell you that you’ll laugh so hard that your stomach will ache, you’ll have a new appreciation for Cheez-Its, you’ll start using “legiterally” like it’s a real word, you’ll blush and fan yourself, you’ll hang out at the local coffee shop in the hopes of sampling a life coach, you’ll believe in kismet, fate and luck but won’t be sure which one is at play, and you’ll smile so big that your cheeks will hurt for days afterwards.

ARC provided, but this review was voluntarily and honestly written.
This book is one of my 2018 Top Reads.
Vince Rossi is ALL. THE. THINGS. Sorry Boyd.
And Payton. Oh my God. That girl.
Fearless and joyful and recklessly vulnerable.
Blurting out whatever’s on her mind and in her heart in this insanely hilarious, stream of conscious monologue that’s a one way ticket to crazy town.
She not wearing her heart on her sleeve , she’s lobbing it like a Major Leaguer’s fastball straight at Vince’s head. But Vince just catches one handed, smiles his oh so adorable secret smile and hangs on for the ride.
Payton may have had my sides aching and my eyes rolling but damned if I didn’t find myself seeing the world through her tequila tinted glasses and finding the possibility of love in a Vegas strip club.
When Jana Aston puts pen to paper, it’s a magical, swoony, filthy, heart stopping thing to behold. It’s always the perfect balance of “ROM” and “COM”, and always totally worth the wait!!!

Where to start with this one? I didn’t think Jana Aston could top her first book, Wrong, but I was WRONG! Good Time is my new favorite rom com! The things that came out of Payton’s mouth had me in stitches throughout the story and Vince was perfect for her. 1-click now to begin this delightedly, steamily, funnily story (you will understand these words once you read the book)
The queen of romcoms has struck again. Payton and Vince’s story will ligeterally have you snorting in public. This girl is hilarious and Vince has his hands full!
I love a good rom-com romance to break up the serious reads. Add Jana Aston as the author, and Vegas as the setting? Pure gold!
Fun and realistic heroine – Payton is not perfect, and will be the first to admit it!
Tall, dark and handsome hero – Vince shows that he can hold his own at home, as well as at work – recycle much?!
Please read this book! You will not be sorry!!!
LMAO!!!!
If you are looking for a RomCom with a sexy, Wild and random girl, a hot as sin, dirty alpha male, this is for you.
Payton is just hilarious, she is so random and crazy and I love her, I wish she was my friend, there would never be dull moments with her.
Vince, oh Vince!!! I fell head over hills. They are two opposites, but you know what they say, opposites attract and the chemistry between this two is hot and oh soo fun.
Jana Aston always delivers the best characters with the good time plots.
This can be read as a standalone but if you read Good Girl you meet Payton there, and omg Payton does not disappoint. If you wanna have a good time,m and laugh out loud, this is your book!!!
5 lol Stars!!!!
***i read an advance copy and this is my honest opinion **
I absolutely love Payton & Vince. If you are looking for a book with amazing characters that will have you cracking up and a sexy AF guy that will make you swoon hard, then look no further. Payton is crazy, quirky and extremely hilarious and Vince will definitely become your next book boyfriend. Every time Jana comes out with a book it’s a no brainer that once I one click that I will absolutely love the characters and love the story and never be disappointed. Truly an amazing story that everyone must read.
Oh my! Good Time was…well, a good time. 😉 Aston’s brilliant at developing quirky and lovable heroines as well as the swoony men who fall for them. With Payton and Vince, she took it up a notch!
Payton is a whirlwind with no filter and an overly-active imagination. She sees Vince from afar and decides she could have his babies and when they serendipitously run into each other again, she decides it’s kismet.
Vince doesn’t know what hit him when Payton blows into his life. He does know that she’s fun and funny and quirky and smart and he wants to know more. A marriage after knowing her for less than 24 hours seems a perfectly reasonable way to accomplish that. Right?
Side-splitting laughter, swoon-worthy moments of sweetness, smoking sexy scenes, and Monopoly. Yep. All that led to a good time. Aston keeps getting better and better and I’m eager to see how she tops Vince and Payton.
Jana Aston-Good Time
When I saw that Jana was going to release a book titled Good Time, I thought that was perfectly fitting because I can always count on her to give me a good time when reading one of her outrageously funny rom-coms with a quirky fun heroine and a super delicious hero!
I always love Jana’s heroines. They are fun, quirky and have qualities that makes me wish they were real. Payton is exactly what I expected her to be!
When going into this book, I honestly didn’t know what to think of Vince, I wasn’t sure about him. But OH EM GEE! Let me tell you Vince is everything I love in a hero. He’s sexy, sweet, thoughtful (especially what he does near the end of the book) and did I say sexy?
I legiterally LOVED everything about this book and can’t wait to see more of Cannon!
5+ stars
MY TOP 2018 ROMCOM.
HANDS DOWN THE FUNNIEST BOOK I’VE READ ALL YEAR.
I picked up this book knowing it would be a Good Time (I know you see what I did there). I just knew because Jana Aston always makes me laugh. ALWAYS. And she did not disappoint. Seriously. There wasn’t a single thing wrong with this book. In fact, everything that could go right, went right.
Payton is the friend of our Good Girl, Lydia. You remember her, right? She found love with our favorite Rhys. Payton was the crazy friend. Is the crazy friend. The kind of friend you wish you had. Especially when you get inside her head.
Which is what you get here. Payton is the funniest heroine I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. And I’ve met some crazy ladies in my time. But Payton is just so much fun and endearing and there’s a small part of me that is just as crazy so I can totally relate to her brand of nuts.
And don’t even get me started on Vince. Vince in Good Girl was a bit mysterious and had that whole “I run a strip club” thing about him.
But Vince in Good Time is just all the things. He’s my number two Aston man. And I think that’s because I’m stubborn and I’ll never let Sawyer go. But let’s talk about Vince….
Just, yes please! I’ll take one sexy, broody, intense, intelligent man. I’ll take him to-go. I’ll take him for now. And I’ll take him forever. Till death do us part.
You will too. You’ll want a Vince all for yourself. But unfortunately I’ve already claimed him so you’ll just have to bow out now.
If you’ve made it this far, please help me in my plea for a book about Canon. I’ve been wanting him to have a book for quite some time now.
Payton never imagines she’ll end up married to the hot guy she spied in the lobby, but somehow, in some crazy way of hers, she manages to snag the guy she’d lusted after since she first saw him. The guy who is “every inappropriate fantasy I’ve never had wrapped up into one package.”
That he ends up being the owner of the strip club where Lydia is planning on auctioning herself off to Lydia’s (and Payton’s) boss, Rhys, is kismet, because Payton thought he was gorgeous as he walked through the lobby of the hotel where she and Lydia work. From the start she knew she needed to find out who he was “because I might marry him and have his babies.”
After a whirlwind night with Vince, Lawson and Canon, where Payton proceeds to charm all of them with her no filter mouth, her crazy antics and her quirky but adorable self, somehow Vince and Payton end up married because Vince wanted to prevent Payton from getting a tattoo on her butt. Yep, a legiterally valid reason to get married, I think. And they think so too, and proceed to somehow get to know each other, fall in love, and find out that an elopement while drunk is really the best idea either of them has ever had. So why not stay married? After all, the odds are pretty even of their sustainability. According to Payton,
“Fifty percent of marriages end in divorce, it’s not like people who get married on purpose know what they’re doing either.”
Of course, things aren’t that easy, but the trip these two take to their super sweet HEA is probably the most fun I’ve had reading in ages. I love Vince, sexy, sweet, staid Vince, but Payton is my girl. She’s the one that made Good Time as far as I’m concerned. How could I not love a woman whose every thought is random and nutty, who makes Girl Trooper achievement badges for her best friend, decides her new coworker is going to be her new work husband and proceeds to tell him this, and eats Cheez-Its like they’re going out of style? And that she’s the opposite of Vince, who doesn’t “do crazy. Ever. I do order and logic and reason and you are none of those things.” is just icing on this awesome rom-com cake because Good Time is perfect. It’s the perfect rom-com, with laugh out loud moments, (I legiterally laughed out loud several times while reading), it’s beyond sexy, and Payton’s inner and outer thoughts are just classic. She’s like that adorkable chick on New Girl, but a million times better, and when paired with her opposite guy, sigh…swoony, so freaking swoony. The only thing that could make me happier right now is if I knew Jana Aston was planning on writing a story for Canon cuz Canon is as awesome as Payton!! Hint, Hint!!
“They say that love conquers all, but that’s a lie. Love fucks up all the time. I’ve seen firsthand how much love cannot conquer. Love is an asshole.”
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…Jana Aston is a freaking ROM-COM GENIUS! I’m not even playing here, folks. Her mind petrifies, excites, and captivates me one word at a time. The last time that I laughed out loud this hard was probably when she released her last book. I’m going to make this short and sweet because the more I talk about Good Time by Jana Aston, the more I want to just drop everything that’s going on in my life and immerse myself in Payton and Vince’s story ALL OVER AGAIN!
Payton is OUT OF THIS WORLD hilarious! I want to be her best friend forever. Vince is this gorgeous alpha male who is so intrigued by this quirky woman, but he lets her turn his life upside down. Together, these two are absolute comedic magic! I loved every word. I loved every scene. You can’t get much better than this book right here when it comes to original, genuine, and first-rate romantic comedy. Jana Aston, NEVER CHANGE! You are why I love this genre so damn much!
Payton is who I want to be!!! She is so funny, and out going. She know how to get what she wants!!! I loved this book so much!!! It is a funny and light read. The perfect weekend read!!!
Gawdddd Vince and Payton are the effing cutest!
Payton is amazing…like for real…that girl is just…I mean…she is everything. I don’t even think I have words to say how amazing she is. She is funny, bright, snappy, and did I say funny. She is opposite of Vince in every way. Vince has zero idea what he just has got himself into, but he is either gonna miss out on a great gal or he isn’t going to let her go. You will have to read to find out. What I can tell you is that Payton is LIFE! Vince is sexy as hell, he may be older, but man oh man does he have what Payton is looking for. He is soooooo serious all the time so to see him please Payton is great. I might love Payton the best out of all Jana’s girls. This story is the epitome of what a RomCom should be. It’s funny and sexy and it just works. It legiterally works.
I am so looking forward to Canon’s story…like that boy has done stole my heart. I have a feeling he is going to be my fav out of all Jana’s men.

4.5 stars
I can’t even with Jana Aston and her crazy characters. They take on a life of their own. And it was no different in Good Time with Payton and Vince. Payton was quirky, smart, sassy, spontaneous and won’t take no for an answer. Vince is broody, demanding, sexy, and kind of a mystery. And when it comes to Payton he has no idea what he’s getting into. And that his world is just about to turn upside down.
This book had be laughing out loud. And questioning if I really did just read that. LOL!! Payton and Vince were perfect for each other. Vince accepted Payton for her crazy and Payton helped Vince learn to live a little more.
This book will definitely have you flipping the pages and bring a smile to your face. I would have given it a 5 star. I kept wanting to hear Vince’s POV. Wanting to know what he was thinking of all the crazy that was going on. LOL!!
