Marrying a stranger tops the list of things you should never do in Las Vegas, but I did it anyway. The entire night was my idea. I was the one who suggested a wake-up-with-a-tiger kind of night. Instead, I woke up with a ring on my finger and Vince Rossi in my bed.Vince, who was nothing like I thought he was and everything I never knew I needed.Suddenly I was falling head-over-heels in love with … was falling head-over-heels in love with my accidental husband and the idea of ending this union was the last thing I wanted.
I wanted forever.
So what if we barely knew each other? Statistically speaking, our odds were as good as anyone’s.
Until the annulment papers landed on my doorstep…

I legiterally could not have loved it more or laughed harder. And everyone knows I don’t laugh.
As always Jana Aston delivers side splitting humor with hot steamy scenes and swoony romance!
I am really enjoying this! The title does not lie. Good Time is a Good Time. The heroine is hilarious. She is imperfect in all the best ways, and so very entertaining!
This is my favorite Jana Aston book, granted she’s fairly new to me, but Payton and Vince will forever be a favorite couple to me.
Payton is young, quirky and crazy. Vince is older than Payton and owns a gentleman’s club. After a night of A or B choices, they end up married. Throw the addition of Cannon into the mix and it’s pure entertainment. Vince is incredibly sweet and loving toward Payton. Payton, with her quirks, drives Vince a bit crazy. These two are the perfect couple. They say opposites attract, and that’s certainly the case here.
If you like romantic comedies, I highly recommend Good Time. Now, I think Cannon needs a book of his own.
Oh M Geee!!
I was feeling pretty down when I started reading Good Time, but I have to say, several side-splitting hours later, I am feeling buzzed from the simple joy of a well written story.
This book was flipping awesome in all ways. It dished up a very healthy serving of a Good Time. I absolutely adored Payton and Vince. She’s all spontaneity and devil-may-care ideas. There’s a ton of laughter, so much laughter and fun and sexy times. The sexual chemistry mixed with one-liners and come-ons was the best pick-me-up.
Vince was sex on a stick, so lockable good. Payton, young and fresh out of college, but she knew the real deal when she saw it.
I loved everything about this book, there is legiterally (yeah, I know that’s the wrong spelling, thanks Payton, lol) literally nothing to hate here. The characters are amazing, the story simple and seductively good and the writing, witty and fun. Just an all around~ Good Time.
After Good Girl, I was excited to read this. Payton is quite a character. She’s funny and quirky and the things she says cracked me up. Vince is gorgeous and sexy, but a kind and generous man too, which we find out as the story progresses. Payton is clearly not like any other woman he’s known and yet he’s obviously fascinated by her and attracted to her. After a night out that involved alcohol and some might say bad decisions, they wind up married. It doesn’t take Payton long to realise she wants to stay that way, but will Vince want her as much as she wants him? Thoroughly enjoyable read. Loved it.
Laughed from page 1 to the Epilogue! Absolutely hilarious! We all need that spunky friend!
When Payton sets eyes on Vince for the first time, she knows he’s her future husband! After all, he’s just her type, tall, dark and handsome! After a crazy night in Vegas, she finds herself married to him. Can she persuade him that they’re made for each other? A hilarious and entertaining love story by the amazing Jana Aston! Payton is a witty and spontaneous heroine, determined to win Vince! Vince doesn’t know how to react at first, but soon realises that Payton is his match and sets out to seduce her! What follows will make you laugh out loud!
“You know what they say about Vegas, right? Don’t ask, don’t tell? Just kidding. I’m going to tell you everything. Just give me a moment. And an aspirin.”
OMG, GOOD TIME is fabulously fun, flirty, and freaky hilarious! Hands down one of the BEST books I have read this year.
Payton and Vince are perfection. Payton is a bit crazy like Everly from Jana’s book RIGHT but magnified 100x. I love her outrageous ideas, love of Cheez-Its (she’s my spirit animal), and penchant for thinking out loud.
And Vince, he is not at all what I expected. But damn did I ever swoon over him.
Throw in Canon (I need his story!), Mark, Lawson, Rhys and Lydia, and you have one of the craziest and most lovable casts of characters that I’ve ever read.
If you’re looking for a good time (pun intended), this book is definitely a great read.
First of all Vince is my new favorite. He is this serious alpha but has a heart of gold that completely steals your heart. Payton, man her mind is a new level of crazy but hilarious. Reading the things that go through her head was at times a little overwhelming because it was all over the place but she was funny and I laughed so hard throughout the book just over her antics. Together they shouldn’t make sense because they are two completely opposite people but I think that’s why it worked so perfectly because Payton was the chaos and spontaneity in their relationship where Vince was the serious grown up in their relationship. Overall this is a very funny read and I recommend it to anyone looking for a light read that will keep you entertained.
I love everything she writes
This book is hilarious. Payton is one of my favorite heroine, she’s smart, independent, funny and doesn’t let anything or anyone get in the way of what she wants. Vince is so dreamy, I wonder where I can find a Vince for myself. I laughed so hard reading this book, I had to stop a few times to catch my breath. One of the most fun books I’ve read in a while, I definitely had a good time
This book is laugh out loud funny, and sweet and all the things a good romance book should be. I really enjoyed it!
This book had pure Aston humor in it. I knew I was going to enjoy this book because I loved Payton from the first book and her whimsical self. And it was such a sweet book. I loved the romantic side of it that often made me swoon, but also had me chuckling.
The majority of the book overlaps with the same time line as the first book, so we see what Payton was up to the entire time that Lydia was off doing her thing with Rhys. Then it continued on after the gala scene we saw in Good Girl and we had the full back story of why he calls her Mrs. Rossi.
Overall, Payton is a lot to take in to someone just meeting her. Her internal dialogue I felt was a little bit much because then I’d have to go back and see what her actual dialogue was before she went off on her inner mind tangent.
There was also a lot of repetition – between the overlap of a timeline with exact dialogue from the first book (thank goodness it wasn’t off) and the recap of basically the whole story in the epilogue from Vince’s point of view to Payton just repeating things is what made me deduct a star overall. While I enjoyed the final paragraphs, I felt we could’ve had more of a better epilogue. Unless we will maybe get a story from Canon or Lawson that could wrap it up?
I had a good time reading Good Time and to some these things may not be a big deal and you’ll love the story. I enjoyed the story enough I still want my book friends to read it.
Absolutely loved this book. The heroine is hilarious and Vince is just everything you want in a man. Laughed out loud, swooned and finished with a smile on my face.
4.5 stars
Payton is incredibly funny and her mind is a fabulous place to be. I loved her story. She is so joyful and spontaneous! She manages to get herself into some very interesting situations, and I laughed and giggled so much while reading this book. My husband was amused that I was having such a good time.
Vince is so much more than we think he is. This story is told entirely from Payton’s POV until the epilogue. As a result we only get to know what Payton knows about Vince. This is the only thing I wish was different about this book. I really wanted to know Vince better and I would have loved to hear his thoughts on some of the things that came out of Payton’s mouth. This is why the rating is 4.5 instead of 5 stars.

It was so entertaining. I loved everything about it – the story, the narration, and of course the humor. And bonus, the epilogue is from our hero’s POV, and the male narrator was great telling it.
Author Jana Aston never disappoints me. Bravo!
Performance by Erin Mallon (and male narrator – epilogue only) – 5 glowing stars!
Overall – 5 “I’d definitely listen to this one again” stars!
Omg I want Payton as my best friend. She is hilarious and the things that come out of her mouth are usually borderline ridiculous but funny. Life would not be dull with her in it. I’m so glad after Good Girl we got Payton and Vince’s story. I really liked both characters. Vince was an awesome genuine guy. Loved this book and pretty much all of Jana’s books. They are funny but have heart too.
The title says it all. Payton is a Good Time. Our Heroine is young funny and totally aloof. She has no idea where she is going. But she’s going to have a great time doing it. This was an easy fun REALLY sexy read. Did I say SEXY. I love a good inner dialogue , and trust me Payton gives inner really well. She see Vince and its full steam ahead. You need to just sit back be ready to laugh and let your self go. Enjoy the Crazy that is Payton because she’s harmelss yet erratic while Vince is calm but together they are perfect.
Noted : . I read as well as grabbing the Audible so if you’re an audio person Erin Mallon her delivery and narration as Payton is great.
Entertaining! Spontaneity and “crazy” reign with Payton. Amusement and whiplash are a becoming a way of life in Vince’s otherwise orderly life.
Good Time had me smiling and laughing. Vince and Payton are “legiterally” entertaining!!
