The third novel in New York Times bestselling author Kelly Elliott’s Meet Me in Montana series shows how family and true love can heal a broken past.
After her mother died in a car accident when she was only five, and her father was determined not to show any emotions toward his only daughter, Timberlynn longs for a normal family. What she hadn’t planned on was finding that family in Hamilton, … Hamilton, Montana—thousands of miles away from everything she’s ever known in Atlanta, Georgia. She certainly didn’t plan on falling for Tanner Shaw. A handsome, charming, cowboy who swept her off her feet the moment he looked at her with eyes the color of the Montana sky.
Tanner Shaw was lost and confused…living a life without purpose, traveling between one city to the next. With a longing desire for something he could not quite pinpoint, he heads back to his hometown in Montana to spend Christmas with his family and clear his clouded head. One look at Timberlynn standing in his family’s kitchen, and his entire world is turned upside down. Or was it?
For once in his life, Tanner knew exactly what he wanted and was determined to prove to the only woman he had ever loved that what they shared was worth the risk. But winning Timberlynn Holden’s heart wasn’t going to be as easy as he thought. Can Tanner finally rope in the woman he loves, or will he be unable to help her mend her broken heart?
Good Enough is a stand alone novel in the Meet Me in Montana series.

5 STAR READ!
Of course, leave it to Kelly to start a book off with tears in my eyes, but it was so worth it!
Tanner and Timberlynn set the pages on fire with their instant connection.
Both so deserving of love and finally receiving it, not without hiccups of course.
I recommend ANY Kelly Elliot book to any one. Good Enough was definitely my favourite in this series.
Can’t wait for more!
Simply put… an amazing book! Kelly Elliot takes readers in this beautiful journey of love and family!! Tanner and Timberlynn are enough!
Timberlynn has had a challenging family life and decides to move to Montana. Tanner is back home in Montana and they are together again. I love their story, watching them both grow. Tanner is amazing.
The family connections, the supporting characters, I loved it all. The beautiful Montana scenery described makes me want to go there!
“Everything inside me screamed that this woman was the missing piece of my soul. That she was the one thing I had been longing for, and that I would gladly walk away from everything and anything simply to share the same air as her.”
“Doll, let me tell you something about the Shaw men. When they fall, they fall hard and they fall fast. And trust me when I say that the one who just walked out of here has fallen so freaking hard for you, that I think he might have gotten the breath knocked out of him. You didn’t mess anything up. He’ll come back around.”
Good Enough is the third book in the Meet Me in Montana Series and follows the story of Timberlynn and Tanner. This story starts off with one heck of a bang. Timberlynn has been living the life that was mapped out for her, but feels like something is missing. An ache has been in her heart ever since she returned from Montana for her cousin’s wedding. As fate would have it, Timberlynn is about to embark on a life-changing journey. Montana might have all of the answers she’s been looking for, including a potential romance…..
Good Enough had me hooked from the very first page. Timberlynn’s story is heartbreaking and is filled with lots of pain and rejection. No matter what she does in her life, she never feels like it’s good enough. She’s trying to live up to the dream that was put before her, but for once, Timberlynn has to do something for herself. Going to Montana might be just what she was looking for; a fresh start and a chance to live her dreams. What she didn’t plan on was Tanner. Tanner was the whole package and completely dangerous to her heart. If you believe the rumors, then you’d believe that Tanner is nothing but a playboy. However, there is more to this cowboy than meets the eyes. Tanner loves his job, but loves his family more. His heart yearns for a life in Montana and meeting Timberlynn knocks his world off its axis. For the first time in his life, Tanner sees his future so clearly and what he wants is Timberlynn….
The road to happily ever after for Tanner and Timberlynn wasn’t an easy one. Timberlynn’s past has shaped her and made her afraid to fall in love. But, if anyone can make Timberlynn take a chance, it’s Tanner. Tanner is a man who knows what he wants and isn’t afraid to go after it. He’s patient and has a huge heart. He puts the swoon in swoon-worthy. Together, these two could be a force to reckon with, they just have to be willing to take a chance and put their hearts on the line.
Once again, author Kelly Elliott has given us a romance that just steals your heart. I have fallen head over heels for the Shaw family and just love how devoted each and every one are to one another. Good Enough is filled with romance and steam and a little drama to boot. It’s filled with heartache and taking chances. Tanner and Timberlynn stole my heart and in the end, their story left me with a smile on my face. Good Enough was everything I was hoping it would be and I loved getting swept up in Timberlynn and Tanner’s story!
Once again Kelly Elliott delivers another book in the Meet Me in Montana Series that has swept me off my feet! Good Enough is the epitome of romance. I’m talking sexy, sweet cowboys, sassy women, loyal friends, close-knit families, hilarious and adorable children, heartwarming emotion, and romance that will have you swooning all set in a beautiful place. What more could you possibly need?
From a hero that has Kelly Elliott’s signature, “no one does a cowboy quite as beautifully”, mark written all over him to all of the emotion that hits you right in the feels while making you fall in love with Tanner and Timberlynn, Good Enough is a book that will truly steal your breath!
Oh my… are you ready for another swoon worthy cowboy from Ms Elliott? These Shaw boys make you wish for your own cowboy to swoop you off your feet. Book three in the Meet Me In Montana Series and just as good at the others. I do feel you could start with this book and be able to understand the story.
Timberlynn is ready to move on with her life. Take charge and do what she has always dreamed of and now that she has turned 24 and has access to her trust fund that is exactly what she is going to do. After a quick visit to see her cousin. After the tragic loss of her mom when she was young, she has slowly watched her dad fade further and further into his work and out of her life. Her walls are built pretty high as she is determined not to love again as they always leave her.
Tanner has noticed over the past months that something his missing in his life. Sure he appears to have it all. Roping champion with his best friend at his side. But when he thinks of home and the family there, working the ranch, loving their other halves. Could it be this cowboy is finally ready to settle down? Could it be the beauty he can’t get from his mind that is drawing him home?
This book is full of push and pull with these characters, the chemistry of sizzling but the fear that is holding Timber back is strong and tall. Can Tanner break down those walls and teach her he will be there for her? Could she find a new love that makes her willing to try?
Loving this series and excited for more.

I received a free ARC copy of this book from the author prior to release and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This is book 3 in the series and easily stands alone. Though I have read all the books in the series. This is the story of the younger Shaw brother, Tanner. It pairs him with a character from the previous book, Timberlynn who is the cousin of Kaylee.
This book takes place in Hamilton, Montana and Timberlynn is living in Atlanta at the start of this book but she has just turned 25, hates her job as a nurse and has just inherited her trust fund. So she decides to follow her dream of opening up a horse farm. She decides to head back to Montana and spend time in Montana and decide if thats where she wants her dream to take place.
This is a Christmas romance around the holidays. Timberlynn goes to Montana to spend time with her cousin.
She has a crush on Tanner who she met at her cousins wedding and he with her, but he is a rodeo performer so she is not sure he will be around.
Tanner has decided to quit rodeoing and wants to spend more time with his family Wen he gets home he finds out that they will both be living at his parents home and so starts this wonderfully romantic story.
I really loved the first two books in the series but the first two books in the series, featured heroes that were a bit broken by their pasts. But Tanner has had a wonderful life. He has a great family and great friends and now he is ready to settle down and grow up.
Timberlynn on the other hand is the more broken one. Not by love but by her father. Her father is very cold and distant to her. She is looking for a family and a place to belong and wants to follow her heart and dreams. I absolutely adored this story. It was my absolute favorite in the series and I am looking forward to the next book.
Another amazing book by Kelly Elliott! I loved this one so much! I got sucked in right away! I didn’t even notice the time passing by until I finished this book! I loved Tanner and Timberlynn together!!! This book gave me all the feels. If you love small town, family driven series this book is a must! These books are all standalones but I personally think reading them in order would be best! I love how you get so much of the rest of the family, but not have it take away from Tanner and Timberlynn’s story! I hope someday we get a book for A grownup Blayze. I would absolutely recommend this book!
Received an arc for a honest review.
I have said it many times and I will continue to say it NOBODY does cowboys like Kelly. From the start I knew that Timberlynn was going to be the girl I would go to bat for, my heart literally left my heart on the floor broken. Years later both Tanner and Timber decide to make big changes which finds them both at his famiy ranch where sparks fly. I loved the imagery Kelly used in the story the land on the ranch really came to life and I could picture it so well in my mind. Tanner knew she was the woman for him, I adored his patience with her he had me swooning. One of my favourite parts of this series has been the close family connections that you feel with every book. The story was emotional sexy and romantic.

Holy Cow!!! I didn’t think I would ever say this but I think Gunner has lost his 1st place spot in my heart….Tanner Shaw is AMAZING!!
What a swoony Hero and a cowboy with manners to boot. This man melted my heart and is my favorite of the Shaw men.
I will be honest Timberlynn kind of worked my last nerve in the beginning of this story and it took some time for me to warm up to her, but in the end I fell for her as well and I think she was the perfect fit Tanner.
If you love a small town romance with an amazing Hero, then this is the story to read. This is the third book in this series and can be read as a stand-alone but because this is a family saga type series…my suggestion would be to read this series in order. I think the reading experience will be enhanced if read in order.
This story is told in Dual POV and will completely sweep you off your feet. This whole series has brought me back to Kelly’s Wanted series days and I absolutely love that!! This is truly Kelly Elliott at her best!!
Add this book to your TBR list and 1-click once it releases.
Good Enough is a sweet small town, cowboy romance with a heartwarming storyline and characters that were easy to fall in love with.
Tanner is the hot cowboy with the big heart who is trying to figure out what changes he wants to make regarding the direction of his future and who better to help him find his way but the kind hearted, Timberlynn.
Timberlynn has been following her mother’s dream for her for years but it is not what her heart sees for her future. When she decides to change the direction of her life and move to Montana she meets up with Tanner again and there is just something about this cowboy that draws her in.
They may have had chemistry to start but it was their ease of conversation and the healing of their hearts that has given them a chance to find peace, comfort and a future together.
This this story is one that will warm your heart and leave you with a smile on your face.
Oh I knew when Kelly started this book with a prologue like that I was going to need alcohol and tissues to get through this one and oh my she really brought out the emotions with this gripping story.
These Shaw boys are seriously swoon-worthy. When they meet the right woman these men fall hard and true! Soon as the youngest brother Tanner meets Timberlynn she embeds herself in his heart, makes him think about his future, reconsider his Roping career.
Timberlynn has been through so much, I honestly wanted to just hug her. Her whole life she has never had anyone make her feel like she was enough, that she was worthy of love, that is until she meets Tanner. I loved how he was patient with her, how he stayed steadfast in his love for her, showed her that he was serious.
Kelly Elliott has done what she does best give us a sweet, heartfelt romance mixed with humour and plenty of steam. I have loved this series and can’t wait to see what she is going to bring us with the last book in this series in 2021
Good Enough is a fabulous read that will grab you from the very start. You have meet the Shaw family and started to fall in love with them all. This is Tanner’s story. His years of roping are coming to the end and going home is where the heart wants to be. Timberlynn has never felt like she is where she needs to be until she visits her cousin in Montana. As she chooses to make changes in her life she never expected Tanner. There is such chemistry and pull between Timberlynn and Tanner that you will love. There is a lot of growing and healing in this one as Timberlynn finally finds her home and repairs her relationship with her father. I couldn’t get enough of Timberlynn and Tanner. I can’t wait for another Shaw man to fall next.
I LOVE THIS SERIES! Kelly Elliott knows exactly what heartstrings to pull! Small town romances are one of my favorite troupes and Good Enough was amazing! Tanner and Timberlynn’s story is so beautiful! My heart broke for Timberlynn! She went through so much! I have been waiting for Tanner’s story for so long – and it was well worth the wait! LOVED! This book will hit you in all the feels! Another FIVE STAR read from Kelly Elliott!!
This book blew my mind .It is much more than five stars …
I have never been to Montana but the description Kelly Elliott has given it sounds picture perfect , what a setting for a story ..
Naturally I googled Montana , the views are amazing .
This is the wonderful story of Timberlynn a girl who now wants to decide her own life .
She has not had an easy beginning but she now knows what she wants but can she will try her best for herself and her future.
Tanner is the youngest of the Shaw Brothers, as brothers they are such fun.
The whole Shaw family are something special anyone who has a family like that are very lucky indeed.
Timberlynn and Tanner have such a connection you see it grow into more , with a few hiccups along the way..
The patience Tanner has with Timberlynn is written beautifully .
This was such an awesome book with characters who have such a substance that you remember all of them , never forget Blayze , he had me in fits of giggles all through the book.
Everything is right in this book , every single word and action is imprinted onto my heart.
I cried , I laughed , I cried happy tears … the whole book is perfect …
,
Kelly Elliott is the queen of cowboy romances with this charming story! I was a huge fan of her Cowboys and Angels Series so I was super excited to jump into this series.
Good Enough is the 3rd book in the series and can be read as a standalone. I prefer to read a series in order but started with this book. Elliott did a fantastic job of giving you all the necessary backstory so you can easily follow along without feeling like you were missing information.
Timberlynn struggles with trust and abandonment issues. She is also taking the steps to find her independence and follow her own path.
Tanner is coming to the end of his competitive roping career and is feeling like something is missing in his life.
Tanner and Timberlynn have a love at first sight moment and at the beginning of their relationship resist because neither are sure of what this feeling means. They each make mistakes in their relationship but always find ways to come back to each other. Once Tanner gets set straight, he continually shows Timberlynn that she is important, loved, and worthy.
Their love scenes make you swoon. They show their desire for each other and how deeply they love each other. These scenes are the embodiment of ‘making love.’
Elliott writes family connections like a champion. With Cowboys and Angels and now Meet Me in Montana series, I want to marry into these families.
Let’s not forget the precocious 6-year-old, Blayze, who will call dibs and steal your heart.

Okay seriously if this town was real please book me a trip now to Hamilton, Montana. Something about the snow, the horses and hello the Shaw men tells me it will be a trip worth taking. Kelly Elliott once again brings this little town to life and seeing it through Timberlynn’s eyes when she permanently moves there was eye opening. We see the snow come to life, the Shaw family and hello Tanner is a hot, sexy added bonus. Right away you can see how far Tanner has fallen for Timberlynn it is something even his family is surprised about him. He is known to well have different women but something about him being with Timberlynn feels right. I loved how Kelly Elliott not only shows us how in love he is with her but showing her that she is not just good enough for him but is stronger than she thinks. We see an obedient daughter and a somewhat scared Timberlynn venturing out on her own away from well her father’s expectations. Tanner is perfect for her to make her see that is worhty of someone and there is so much more ready for her. Not only do we see these two but we see her best friends and the other Shaw men coming full circle and once again Blayze putting dibs on an older woman loved it. This is one series by Kelly Elliott you don’t want to miss and cannot wait for Dirks story to come soon keep it up Kelly love all these cowboys come to life.
“I received an eBook copy from the publisher for the purpose of an honest review. I was not compensated for this review: all conclusions are my own.”
I have already fell in love with the entire Shaw family, but Tanner Shaw completely stole my heart.
Tanner and his roping partner, Chance, needed a break from the rodeo circuit and decided to take an extended break home. Tanner is feeling a little lost when it comes to his life. His brothers have both found love and settled down, he missed the Shaw Ranch and just being near his family. This extended time gave him time to think about what he wanted to do with his future. Timberlynn is ready to get out of Atlanta and spend the holidays in Montana with her cousin and decide if it is the place she wants to start her business.
Tanner and Timberlynn first met at his brother and her cousin’s wedding. There was a connection and neither of them forgot about the other, even months later. When they find out they are going to be spending the holiday’s together at Shaw Ranch, they form a friendship and begin to spend more time together, however, the chemistry between them continues to brew and grow stronger.
I LOVE Tanner and Timber so much. Their chemistry is amazing. Their relationship has so many sweet moments and some steamy moments. Tanner is a sweet heart and you can see how caring he is. He is scared to put himself out there, but when it comes to Timber it just feels right. Timber also has some walls put up, she doesn’t let people in easily and given her history and past it makes sense why.
Blayze Shaw continues to steal some scenes throughout this story and gives his Uncle Tanner a run for his money, along with their family friend Dirk.
Good Enough is emotional, beautiful, full of many great family moments and full of love. A MUST READ!!!
Good Enough by Kelly Elliott is the third book in the Meet Me in Montana series, and so far this one is my favorite, dont get me wrong the previous 2 are soo good, but i think i love a tiny bit more this story! Tanner and Timberlynn are perfect for each other!
Timberlynn has a different past, because she lost her mom and it affect her emotionally so much, that she doesnt believe someone could love her. Then we have Tanner who start feeling like something is missing after seeing his 2 brothers getting their HEA, so he decide to go back home and see what’s next in his life.
Since the first moment Tanner met Timberlynn he felt something special for her and he wants to know her more, and thats perfect because she decide to go to Montana and maybe stay there to live… So Tanner has to show her that Montana is perfect for her and her new life plans, and also he will show her that she deserves all the love that he can give her and that together they are perfect for each other!!
Good enough is the perfect romance about a small town couple who doesnt know what is next in their lifes, until they find each other and find the perfect way they want to spend their time together.
As usual Kelly writes an amazing romantic story and that will make you feel of the feeling and fall in love with this couple and know more about the characters from the previous books!!
The Shaw brothers will make you want to love on your own cowboy.
Timberlynn’s story is so heartbreaking, I can’t imagine loosing a parent so horrifically, and the other parent just can’t be what you need. Tanner and Timberlynn have an immediate spark the first time they met, now months later with her living Montana, will they still feel that spark? Kelly Elliott’s writing is so descriptive, how she describes the scenery and the chemistry she writes for all her characters. Tanner and Timberlynn are no exception, she is the reason I fell in love with small town romances.
If you want entertaining, heartfelt, and amazing story pick up the next installment in The Meet Me in Montana series.
This is the third book in the “Meet Me in Montana” series. What a fantastic job Kelly Elliott did with Tanner and Timberlynn’s story. This was definitely a slow-burn, friends-to-lovers story with all the feels. I can’t get enough of these Shaw Brother’s. With each story Kelly weaves, you feel like you are actually part of these families. This is a must read. It’s a story of finding oneself and finding true love. I cannot wait to see what is in store for us with Dirk’s story.
