Nötchka Uumian, solo-scavenger and pilot, only came to Bandalier for business. But when her first ever heat cycle hits, she has two choices: get off the planet or find somewhere safe to ride out the heatburns. Determined to never end up mated and trapped in a kitchen, she heads into the Droid district. You can’t mate if the other person isn’t an organic right?Low on funds and preparing for weeks … for weeks of sexual stupor, Nötchka finds herself in the Nuts in Bolts, a nearly deserted Cozy House with a handful of older models, two of which aren’t even servicing. But the owner, Proto model Avan-8, is willing to trade sex for repairs and Nötchka is desperate. Everything will stay simple with droids… or it would if she didn’t end up liking them all so much. If she can just make it through her heat without too many feelings, avoid the pack of Dendärys males that seem determined to catch her, and figure out why women are going missing, it will all work out.
It’s definitely not vekking working out.
Good Deeds is a full length, insta-burn, standalone, reverse harem romance novel, starring a fiesty heroine and five fritzing hot android heroes.

I never thought androids could be sexy… Until Kathryn Moon wrote this hilariously good book. Steamy romance, a new and unique world, fabulous humour – basically, go and read it, you’ll be amazed.
An amazing and fun one-day read! I really couldn’t put this book down once I started to read it! I am new to this author, starting with Baby and the Midnight Howlers and then Lola and the Millionaires. She writes the most detailed and raunchily addictive love scenes, but even more importantly, her stories are all intricately detailed and full of diverse characters that are fun to read even without all the fun sexy time scenes. I’m probably going to OD on some more of her books now, but you can’t go wrong reading this one!
I love Nötchka Uumian. She’s a no nonsense, kick butt female that knows what she wants. And the guys, oh my sexiness, definite additions to my harem.
This book was panty burning scorching hot. Add in some action and boom. I really loved thos story and wished it wasn’t a stand-alone.
One of the best SFR novels I’ve read in a long time. I loved every second of it. Its not a series, everything is taken care of in this one book, and I can’t get enough of it. 5 stars.
Oh man, what did I expect? Of course, another entertaining, funny and steamy story from the author.
Who knew I’d fall in love with AI operated droids? I didn’t see that coming. I love each of the guy’s characters and I might have a soft spot for Avan-8 regardless of his coldness in attitude sometimes. Romeo is adorable. Can I keep him? LOL. The story brought me back a memory of the movie, AI on which there is a pleasure robot named Gigolo Joe.
All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed reading and I highly recommend to everyone.
I received an ARC and I’m choosing to leave an honest review.
If I wrote another review on why I love this book so much, I wouldn’t have time to write my own. Read this, seriously.
I loved this book! It felt like a guilty pleasure. Before this I never considered android love as being super appealing. Boy was I wrong! Kathryn Moon changed my world.
LOVE this book! The heroine is a rockstar! She’s strong, independent, and a mechanical genius. Talk about STEM paying off for women – WOW! . Seriously enjoyed this book, so much. It is at once funny, sweet, and steamy. I fell for all the guys in the story and really hope there will be more from this intriguing world the author has created! Highly recommend!
OMG Kathryn Moon gets me. My robot loving, sexy kinky heart is aflutter after reading Good Deeds. Notchka in heat is me on Tuesdays and Thursdays I swear.
I can’t give much more away without SPOILERS but seriously. Its a standalone novel that you NEED to read. It’s premise is so original I bet there will be copycats pounding away at their keyboards tomorrow!
This is an adorable and fun read.
The men, who happen to be AIs are adorably glitchy, and have so much personality that they become humanized.
The hint of suspense keeps the book moving and adds some unseen twists.
I received an advanced copy and am voluntarily leaving an unbiased, honest review.
I love the interactions between Notchka and her Androids, both the steamy & not steamy moments. The Android’s have great personalities and Notchka is awesome. I found this book to be a fun and awesome read!
She has gone and done it again! Kathryn Moon has created another masterpiece and set it loose on the world. This book puts the pedal to the floor from page 1. Like a little sci-fi with your sexy? Like danger and adventure? Sink your teeth in and hold on tight. (You might need service before you make it to the last page )
Very good read. Loved the build of the characters and the story. I fell in love I guess you could say. The book was entertaining and I couldn’t put it down. Now I want more!
Good Deeds is another masterpiece by Kathryn Moon. This book delves into an entirely new universe – one where some planets exist solely for individuals to find pleasures of all sorts, be it with other organics or with various types of highly interactive androids.
When Notchka finds herself in a precarious situation with her heatburn unexpectedly igniting in her veins, the only hope she has to relieve it – and not gain an unwanted mate – is to find continued release within the sector of Cozy Houses with supremely manufactured androids.
Character & world development are amazing, with notes about cultures, android models, protocols for cozy houses, details about different ships, and steamy descriptions of all kinds of things a flexible Denarys woman and some pleasure droids can do together.
***The rest of this review doesn’t have specific spoilers though does discuss some particular character traits of the protagonist as well as some motifs and themes in the book.***
Some of my favorite things about this novel are (and there are a lot):
-Notchka’s fierce attitude and determination to follow her own path in life regardless of her culture’s (and Denarys men’s) expectations of her;
-the bonds Notchka forms with her droids – she appreciates them as droids but also sees them as she does organics, with unique traits and quirks;
-the reminders throughout the novel that what some may view as flaws other will see as unique;
-the super hot steamy scenes;
-the subplots;
-the reiteration that sex can be fun and completely accepted as a norm between consenting adults and not something that needs to be viewed as illicit or shameful by society;
-the change in POV at times for various chapters;
-reminders that we should be looking out, and sticking up for, others when we are in a position to do so.
This was a pretty fast-paced, page-turner read for me, and it kept me consistently engaged throughout the entire plot. I highly recommend it!
