I have fallen in love with the fictional town of Green, LA and its inhabitants in this inspirational series. It is clean, warm, almost a cozy collection with some intrique, some mystery, some romance.

Although the story was a bit whimsical in how everything turned out for the best, time after time, I enjoyed the read all the way through. I found myself rooting for the star character and even telling her what to do once or twice. A fun read. *S*

One of those where I forget I’m reading a book. It seemed I was visiting Green, watching it all happen. I didn’t want it to end, because I enjoyed the main character and her friends so much.
This was a great book. Wonderful characters and a plot that was interesting yet easy to follow. I felt like I was really in a small town in Louisiana.
It was set in an area that I recognized, Northwest Louisiana.
