Add unresolved feelings for someone who should be an enemy and so many internal doubts it’s suffocating, and Lyric’s life couldn’t get more stressful. Until the very battle she went to Neverland to stop appears on her doorstep. When everything she tried to save slips through her fingers, Hook seals his fate. She won’t rest until he’s defeated, even if it means leaving Skyla behind. Again.

Epic amazing conclusion to an amazing story. This one had so much going on I had no idea how it was going to be wrapped up in such a short book but boy did this deliver! Exciting, emotionally laden read you won’t want to put down. I like how the themes introduced in earlier installments were carried though this book and even though the ending was incredibly bittersweet (no spoilers!) it worked.
This is the final book in the Peter Pan arc, read these 4 books in order. They can be read independently form the other books in the Kingdom of Fairytales. As with the other arcs, this ends with a happy for now. Have to read the final books to see it the evil foe is finally defeated!
After learning some truths about her past and having to face her own demons Lyric is back on Skyla to defeat Hook and his Pirates once and for all. Can she and her friends face their own nightmares to win. what a final book i cant wait for the last 4 books of this fairytale saga to read
This final book in the Peter Pan arc was an emotional rollercoaster!!! Too much happens, sacrifices are made, and once again the true hero of the story arc has to leave behind everything they love for the final battle to save the Kingdom of Fairytales. I can’t wait for the final story arc that takes place in Urbis! And as soon as that’s finished… well I’ll binge read the whole series!!!
Out of all miniseries in the Kingdom of Fairytales collection, this one has the most tragic and bittersweet ending of all. Bay’s betrayal and lies stung a lot, and the war with it’s unavoidable consequences escalated the need of urgent solution, to defy the evil magic and stop the madness that is spreading across the kingdoms.
Lyric grew up in this short time into strong and confident woman who is not afraid to also show her vulnerabilities, has her heart soft enough to forgive and accept, is loyal to no end to her friends, and is determined to do what it takes to stop the threat to her home. Although the relationships among Bay, Lyric, Whisper, Skye, and even Adam are complicated, there is effort to find the was to restore the damaged and build up the new connections, to right all wrongs and defend what they care about. Skyla has lost a lot, but without Lyric and her siblings, it can lose even more… let’s see then if their joined forces will stop the evil magic and restore peace again.
I keep saying this and I absolutely loved all these princesses in these retellings. But, I loved Lyric’s story and the characters and the exciting and enchanted world created for her. We have old favorites and villains returned from her fathers past, her own past needs answers. Lyric will fight for her answers and possibly leave her home to seek what she is ultimately looking for. Lyric has a part play, as well all the others in the upcoming finale. I’m so excited to read how it will all come together.
Goddess of Air is the last book of the Peter Pan arc by J.A. Armitage and Anne Stryker.
Lyric and her friends are back to Skyla and the pirates lead by Hook are not far behind. A battle will follow and Lyric won’t stop until this one is defeated. And that will surely mean to leave Skyla and to find the others with the same golden ring eyes like she have.
I have really love this book and I’m more than ready to read the last of the four books of the Kingdom of Fairy tales serie. I have received an arc of this book from the authors.
