Glass Heart Savage is a dark, bully romance set in the world of the privileged and depraved that will have you questioning everything you think you know about the boys at the top of the hill.
HAVOC. DECEIT. PRIVILEGE.
The elite come to play on the campus of Glass Heart Academy.
Palmer
My sister was their everything. I’m their nothing.
They waited three hundred and sixty-five days after her … days after her disappearance to acknowledge I’m alive.
Their wicked games should scare me.
Except they don’t know I’m not much different than her.
Marek
Palmer Weston isn’t anything like her sister.
She’s sweet and naive. There are plenty of reasons why I should keep my distance.
Except where’s the fun in that.
I’m a boy who loves his toys and I’ve kept her on the shelf long enough.
It seems someone is determined on giving Palmer the same fate as her sister.
Problem is I’ve never been good at sharing.
Warning: Glass Heart Savage is the first title in Glass Heart Academy Series. This is a series of New Adult/High School titles and recommended for mature readers due to graphic language and sexual content.

ARC REVIEW- Glass Heart Savage by Lindsey Iler
Oh Boy!! My mind is reeling with the cliffhanger ending! Actually Glass Heart Savage has me completely reeling. My emotions and mind are in a whirlwind! Glass Heart Savage is one wild ride with lots of ups and downs, secrets, revelations, heat , and emotion. I have laughed, got tearful, got mad, felt a host of other feelings. This is my first time reading a book from Lindsey Iler and it will not be my last. Lindsey has written a book with characters and a world that has lot of depth, history, damage from said history, secrets, and relatable characteristics. All of this makes Glass Heart Savage a book that you don’t want to put down or be interrupted while reading. I made the mistake of starting this book in the evening and I have stayed up all night and it is not mid morning and still has bot gone down for sleep. I completely and totally recommend Glass Heart Savage. Readers will not be disappointed. Next up is Glass Heart Broken in the Glass Heart Academy Series.
This is a dark bully M/F contemporary romance that takes place in high school. Glass Heart Academy is full of secrets and after four girls going missing, one being Palmer’s sister, she’s paranoid. The Glass Heart Boys put Palmer in their sights, and the behavior and emotions they throw at her give her whiplash.
There’s suspense and steam and so. much. plot. I love that Palmer is a badass but still vulnerable. Palmer
and her relationship with each of the guys are
filed by hate, lust, and disgust.
There’s so much hate and lust, you can’t help but be engrossed with the storyline and the characters!
BOOK REVIEW
Title: Glass Heart Savage
Series: Glass Heart Academy, book 1
Author: Lindsey Iler Lindsey Iler
Genre: Private School, Mystery/Drama, Erotic Romance
Rating: /5
Steam:
“She’s off limits.”
“Some limits are meant to be pushed.”
I love Palmer and Marek! I was hooked on this story from the very first page! I loved this new world so much. It’s so mysterious and exciting and really steamy for a younger-age-character book. But I think it works well with the environment that Lindsey creates for her characters.
The Glass House Boys are so edgey and different, yet they all mesh together so well and form this brotherly bond.
“I’m not your brother.”
“We may not share a Mommy and Daddy, but you better believe I’ll k*ll for you. If that doesn’t make us family, I don’t know what will.”
Palmer is so headstrong and determined. She’s so focused on trying to figure out what happened to her sister, and you can really feel the bond that they shared. And when Marek pulls her in, it’s like fireworks!
“Don’t ever show your weakness around us. We’ll use it against you. Even if we’re the ones that force it out of it’s hiding spot.”
Well holy crap!!! This book blew me away!!! This deserves so much more than just 5 stars! I can’t believe all the mind f*cks in this book. I am left with a bazillion questions and theories and, just what the hell just happened?!?!
I was asked to do a buddy read of this one with a few friends. They said it was good, so I didn’t even read the blurb to see what it was about. They weren’t kidding, this book is astonishing. If you like bully romances than you should just simply run right now to get this one. I’m putting this one right in the top of my list for this genre.
Glass Heart Savage will put you through the ringer. Every single emotion in you will be affected at some point. There was one particular part I wanted to throw my kindle across the room I was so angry about what was happening. Only to be happy again not long after and again raging because of the ending.
If you need me I can likely be found hiding out somewhere with book 2. WOW! Just….. WOW!!
This was my first Lindsey Iler’s book, and won’t be my last. This is the first book in the Glass Heart Academy series, a dark bully romance. Wow! The characters are complex and intriguing. Palmer is strong, smart, and determined. The Four (Marek, Byron, Dixon and Breaker) are deviously dark and intriguing. Delaney, Palmer’s best friend, is a great supporting character. Some scenes are really hot. The storyline is well written, mind-blowing, and heart-pounding, filled with danger, intrigue, mystery, and twists and turns. Impossible to put it down. The story ends with a big cliffhanger. Now, I am looking forward to read the next book in the series, Glass Heart Broken. ”Things aren’t always what they seem.”
Wow! What the heck did I just read? This book was so dark and twisted. My head is spinning from trying to keep up with all the secrets. I’m usually pretty good at figuring out how a book is going to go and Lindsey Iler completely knocked me on my butt because I couldn’t figure anything out. And the heat in this book was insane. The kind where you keep checking to make sure no one is looking over your shoulder at what you’re reading. I can’t wait for the rest of this twisted tale.
Glass Heart Savage:A Dark High School Bully Romance ( Glass Heart Academy Book 1) by Lindsey Iler. Her sister Reed is just one a a few girls who have mysteriously disappeared from Glass Heart Academy a prestigious school. Palmer is left to go on without her best friend and sister. It has been a year since she went to her dorm room and discovered all that blood but no body. After a year of her sister’s disappearance she is now trying to function when she finds herself on the radar of the four guys who not only run the school but had a romantic relationship with her sister. One of the guys Marek seems to have a special interest in Palmer. He seems to run hot and cold with her. Palmer has admired him from a far and knows all the guys secrets. When she ends up being part of their plan her ride begins. It is a rollercoaster ride that I enjoyed being on. The mystery of what happened to Reed and the other girls is a puzzle everyone is trying to solve. I am so looking forward to the next book. The guys are extremely interesting and I want to know more about their back story. There is something about Palmer and Marek’s relationships that is not only love/ hate, hot and cold but is boarder line psychotic. Made for a good sexy reading. The ending was a show stopper and I am really looking forward to the next book. 4.5 stars for me.
This was a tough read for me to read to be honest. It started off good but then the back and forth between Palmer and Marek became childish. The hot and cold attitude with Marek and Palmer falling so easy to the people who bully her. I will say this with me being in my thirties maybe I expected a little more maturity. So I’ll take them being in high school into consideration. I decided to give this book 4 stars instead of 3.5 because Palmer finally gets a backbone towards the end of the book and make Marek work for it. I didn’t expect the cliffhanger at the end but it has me intrigued enough to want to read the next book.
“Don’t ever show your weakness around us. We’ll use it against you. Even if we’re the oner that force it out of its hiding spot…”
Intense!!! This is my first book by Lindsey Iller. This is a mix between mystery, thriller, and bully romance, the story itself starts with the disappearance of Reed Weston, Palmer’s sister. One night she disappeared leaving only a trace of blood, now Palmer wants answers but at the same she’s landing on their radar.
Marek, Byron, Breaker and Dixon. Four boys trying to find the truth, they become so lost that the only way they can find peace is questioning everything they don’t understand…Palmer. She lost her sister and weird things are happening in campus but there are so many secrets, threats, and blood spilling everywhere that there’s is no right path to start the search of the truth.
Games start to play, but Marek is feeling a stronger pull towards Palmer, but maybe its too late for what he and his friend have already planned for her.
The only warning, I can give you is that the games this characters play are intense, cruel and borderline evil. The suffer you’ll endure yourself is so worth it though.
I. Need. Book. Two. Now.
That ending!
I was on edge the entire time. This book consumed me. I couldn’t get enough. I finished in one sitting and I’m desperate for the next one.
Marek and Palmer… Omg. Breaker, Dixon and oh yeah Byron . This, whatever it is between them is so extremely toxic. I mean goodness, you’d think she’d stay away after everything that has happened.
So many secrets, lies, unanswered questions. These guys are not good men but somehow they draw you in anyway.
Palmer is so strong, sharp, doesn’t take any bs. I love her character…. She is savage. Those guys may live in a glass house, but it’s starting to crack. After that ending, I’m sure it’s close to shattering.
In love and totally addicted to the read.
Well well well.
Best book of March was the last book of March. And it wasn’t even out yet.
I read this in about 24 hours. I only put it down to sleep, eat and finish another book.
It hooked me from the start. On the surface it’s just another New Adult aged bully romance story.
BUT IT’S NOT.
There’s intrigue. There’s suspicion. There’s secrets. THERE’S ACTUAL BAD GUYS.
But do we know who those bad guys are? Do we think they go by the names of the Glass Heart Boys? MAYBE.
Palmer is a kick ass heroine who wants answers
Marek is a mess who wants revenge and maybe a little taste of Palmer
Breaker is a joker who just wants…nah, he wants answers
Dixon…I’m not going to talk about Dixon Decatur
Byron wants answers.
Do we get those answers? Read Glass Heart Savage.
Do we get taken on a hell of a ride? Read Glass Heart Savage.
Do we end of the most wicked of cliffhangers with any answers at all? Read Glass Heart Savage.
**An ARC was provided to me by the author and their team and I volunteered to review this**
TL;DR. THIS IS BULLY ROMANCE DONE FANTASTIC. READ. GLASS. HEART. SAVAGE
4-1/2 stars!
This book was a complete and utter mind fuck. I feel like I need to go read through it again to make sure I understand everything that happened. There is so much going on & I feel like just more & more questions came up without answers. I think that’s what makes this book so great in my opinion because it literally has you turning page after page without realizing how much has passed because you just want answers. Or was that just me? Also first time I’ve read any of Lindsey’s books before & now I feel like I have to go stalk her & check out her other books.
It’s now 2am & my mind is racing with all these theories. I had a pretty good inkling about that last words spoken in the book so that didn’t come as a huge surprise to me. But everything else was a lot. Like a lot.
Palmer is awesome, I mean yes she’s this strong chick who doesn’t take any shit. But at the same time she does give in quicker then I would have thought. She gained my respect in the last few chapters for sure.
Byron what a psychopath. I do not like him. Don’t plan to ever like him. Breacher, he’s my favourite I think. Dixon is a mystery to me, I thought he’d be a bigger psycho than Byron but not a chance. Marek is… at first I really liked him, he was my favourite for sure. But I lost all respect for him in the end & he’s gonna have to hustle hard in the next book to get it back.
There’s so much going on throughout this entire book, it’s hard to keep it all straight. I just want answers. Basically you have to read it to get what I’m saying. You won’t regret it but I’m warning you it’ll leave you spinning at the end. All the best books do!
I received an arc of this book in return for an honest review.
I am new to this author, but not this genre, and given that I knew little about her, I wasn’t sure there would be something new brought to the table. But man, was I surprised. I BLEW through this book in one night (screw you, job), and immediately fell in love with this complicate motley crew of characters.
We have all the tropes we love in this genre- bullies with secrets, a dead relative that was clearly hiding something, a preppy rich kid school, secrets galore, unclear intention, and tons of romantic chemistry.
Our story centers around our heroine, Palmer, coping with the brutal murder of her sister, and trying to make sense of a slew of missing girls from her preppy academy. Her sister’s exes (friends and lovers) have stayed clear of her, but she finds herself in her senior year the unwanted center of their attention- after trying to steer clear of them and trying to stay invisible at her school. Enter our 4 brooding, charming, deviously mischievous and handsome anti-heroes- Marek, Dixon, Breaker, and Byron, the latter of which is older and no longer her classmate but her teacher.
We get some answers, and we are left with even more. These boys are driven by some purpose and mysterious, and even at the end I’m still not 100% sure why they did what they did (be warned, this is one of the more damaging/violent takes on “bullying”)- and we know no more about what was going on with her sister, who is harming the girls, and what our main character’s future will be with these men who have deeply hurt her but also protected and cared for her. I WANT TO KNOW MORE!
Solid 4.5 stars (minus .5 because I feel like the climatic scene still confuses me a bit- but I think we’re supposed to not have all the answers)
Savagely love this book! 5 stars
Wow, what did I just read?! Whatever it is, I am savagely in love with it! As the blurb states, Palmer’s sister Reed has disappeared and a year after her disappearance the Glass House Boys (Marek, Breaker, Byron and Dixon) finally start to play with Palmer (shall we say). This author wove mystery, cruelty and the beginnings of love into a story that had me riveted to the pages from the very beginning. The chemistry between Marek and Palmer sparked off the page, and I enjoyed every electrical charge they experienced! The boys did cruel things to her, and I loved that Palmer stood up to them even if she was secretly afraid. Marek was a cruel bad boy, but one that neither Palmer nor I wanted to stay away from! The twists and turns this book took me on felt like a captivating whirlwind with my emotions in a tailspin, and then that cliffhanger was a doozy! No questions about Reed’s disappearance were answered, but I look forward with baited breath to find out what happens next! As I said, I savagely loved this book and highly recommend it!
OMG – this was seriously one of the best books that I have read this year!!
This book sucked me in right from the beginning and I couldn’t put it down until the end when I didn’t want to put it down as I needed the next book right away!! I don’t want to wait to find out what happens!
I love Palmer and my heart broke for her living in her sister’s shadow and how she was treated by others. I loved her friendship with Delaney and I am so glad that she had her to turn to at certain times during this book. Palmer was naive to a certain extent but still had a side to her that nobody else had seen that was stronger than anyone could have realized and yet fragile at the same time. She took so much abuse during this book and I hated how she was treated by her parents, especially after one particular scene.
I loved the bond at the end between Breaker and Palmer and how she slowly began to heal. I loved how she expressed herself at the end of the book and I definitely was not expecting the stuff with Marek!!
I can’t wait for the next book as this book was just so absolutely incredible!!!

Lindsey Iler delivers a twisted and dark bully romance in Glass Heart Savage! Get ready for an intense and intriguing new world, packed with heat! What started as a new adult/coming of age feel soon exploded into an intricate and complex plot, complete with mystery and suspense.
I’m so excited to see this side of this author’s writing! Lindsey Iler excels at new adult/coming of age, and just proved that she also can go dark! I loved the suspense, I loved the mystery, and loved the boys! They’re cruel and twisted, yet captivating.
