Krysten, Travis and gran always have interesting dialogue and interactions. I enjoyed this background snippet about Kristen and Travis as they take the next step forward. Loved it! I received an ARC in exchange for my honest review.
I received a free book and the views and opinions are my own. This is a very short read right after the seven go into the Stygian. Krystan doesn’t feel like celebrating thanksgiving after losing her best friend. However Gran wants to celebrate as they now have Phillip and Gregory. We also meet Grans high school sweetheart and Krystan and Travis decide to go into business together.
A fun fast read. I would recommend this book.

While Emma and Calan try to save the world, their friends are left behind, thinking they are dead. Thanksgiving is coming and the grandmother of Krystan wants to organize a dinner. When her grandmother receives a letter from her first love, Krystan makes every effort to invite this man. And while she looks at her grandmother from a distance, she and Travis come closer together.
Nice to read this sidetrack in the series of The five Orders. I always wondered when they would dare to express their feelings for each other when I read the books in this series
