Ghost has been living his life under one rule…never fall in love, never get too close, never get tied down to just one woman. Focusing solely on his club, he is able to remain unattached and free…. until a girl from his past is dropped in his lap. She was a line he swore he’d never cross. And now, in order to obtain an alliance his club needs, he’s forced to use her in ways he’d never imagined.
… imagined.
She needs his protection, and she’s the one woman he can’t refuse.
When Ghost finds himself unable to keep his distance from her, will he be able to push his feelings aside and use her as a pawn for the attainment of his club’s goals? Or will he put the club and their lives at risk to follow his heart?
When lies and secrets come between them, can they overcome everything to find their own piece of heaven?

You know the saying “When life gives you lemon, make lemonade” well I guess you can say thats what happened with these two. One in trouble, one have to use the other to gain more info, it’s kind of sad when both are pushing their feelings away but what can you do when the heart wants what it wants? Nothing, just go with the flow and enjoy the ride…this is a 5 star read indeed
Ghost has secrets from his past that involve the girl (step sister) and her brother Tommy. Ghost went to the MC and Tommy in the military. She got into trouble hearing something she shouldn’t have and ran for her life and looking for Ghost. The violence got heavy and she’s in the middle. Can they come out on top?
I think I have read Ghost at 3 times and I never get tired of it.
ARC given in exchange for an honest review. Yep, the boys are back in town alright! In this installment, the Evil Dead MC charters are heading back home after their yearly pilgrimage to Sturgis, Harley Mecca, has come to an end. Ghost, as I’m sure most of you remember, is from the Birmingham, Alabama chapter. You know, the home of Shades and company? Sigh … This time, Ghost is bringing home a souvenir; a souvenir named Jessie who’s also got a bullet with her name on it. So, we have another member of the MC with his damsel in distress. The two of them have a past together and some of it technically could tear them apart; that’s the least of their problems as Jessie brings a boatload of trouble with her along for the ride. Sometimes, going back home isn’t as easy as it seems. I love Ghost, his alpha protectiveness and his ability (for the most part) to keep Jessie calm. Wolf, in my opinion, had much more of an intense storyline (which I loved!) where as Ghost left me pleasantly satisfied knowing that everything was gonna be just fine because it was definitely a lighter read. And, that s ok ~ I love how Nicole gives us the perfect storyline to fit each one of her characters. Again, what makes this series an immediate one-click for me, are Nicole’s smoking hot bikers that only take so much lip from their women, before putting them in their place, especially when their safety and welfare are at stake. The sex isn’t frequent but the scenes are scorching hot ~ maybe it’s because her guys are so damn badass. The banter and jokes between the brothers are hysterical. I love how the different chapters have each other’s backs because as always, there is nothing stronger than the bond of the Evil Dead MC. Every time I finish another book in this series I fall more in love with her boys. Soooo looking forward to Blood’s story who gives a whole new meaning to the word “badass”. Another amazing read by one of the best MC authors out there!
