Griffins, Werewolves, Succubi…Oh-my! Norse and Greek mythology collide in this action-packed young adult urban fantasy where shifters and romance abound.
I have no idea what I am, but I know I’m not human.
Megan’s temper lands her in Girderon Academy, an exclusive school founded in a town of misfit supernatural creatures. It’s the one place she should be able to fit in, but she can’t. Instead, … she should be able to fit in, but she can’t. Instead, she itches to punch the smug sheriff in his face, pull the hair from a pack of territorial blondes, and kiss the smile off the shy boy’s face. Unfortunately, she can’t do any of that, either, because humans are dying and all clues point to her.
With Megan’s temper flaring, time to find the real killer and clear her name is running out. As much as she wants to return to her own life, she needs to embrace who and what she is. It’s the only way to find and punish the creature responsible.

I loved it. Immediately had to get the second and I’m anxious for the third.
I loved it!
The title confused me for a long time. It gets thoroughly explained. I loved the names of the characters. I loved the creatures. I loved Megan, who had such a regular name. I’m 63 & I loved the teens.
Its was very good and Ill tell my friends its great .
OMG. Loved this story. The main characters are so fun. Really enjoyed the bonds that is formed between main characters. Loved the history it gave us. Really wanna read more.
What do you call a teenage girl with severe anger management issues who only wants to hit bad people a Fury. while at first I didn’t hold out much hope this turned into a good easy to read book that held my interest to the end.
This is a YA/teen coming of age paranormal book. In one sense it was very traditional. Teenage girl 17 having problems don’t know why, needs to find herself. But that is where the normal ends. This is the firs novel in this “learning yourself” book, and the author builds a magical world that she is a part of, without knowning she is a part of it. If you like to mix your gods together you would enjoy this novel.
WOW! I GENUINELY ENJOYED THIS! Great story line that was PG and it was totally unique. Any mythological creature you could name and probably some you don’t even know of. Since I have been into mythology for quite a while, I found it awesome. Trust me…You’ll LOVE it.
I have become invested in the main character story and her struggles and sadness. And her friends, too!
An interesting premise, was not sure if I would like but the characters were very well developed and I felt what they were going through. Good book for young adults.
I like the world the author has created. It’s interesting to the point I couldn’t put it down. The characters are relatable, which is a plus. I can’t wait to continue with the next book!
Very good characters, you quickly feel a connection to the characters. Well, written story. You really wii want to read this.
nice and inspiring
I could tell from page one that this was going to be an action-paced and amazing new series! I love a strong female heroine, and Megan is exactly that. She’s dumped off, like so many others in this hideaway town, by her mother and left to fend for herself. She doesn’t know what she’s supposed to do or who she really is. But as she comes into contact with more characters, such as the sexy Oanen and Fenris, she starts to see where this is going, and the mystery begins to unfold.
I have come to the conclusion that the mind of this author is one of the most exciting places to live. The ideas she comes out with are beyond imagining, and I am thrilled every time she shares a new idea with us. This first book in the series is packed with characters who could fill several volumes, and I don’t see it ending soon. I am looking forward with great anticipation to where they take us next.
I loved it. Brought new characters to life and brought lore to life that you don’t normally hear about.
