This book had me hooked!
Jack & Mollie are from completely different backgrounds but find themselves drawn to each other. They have good chemistry & I enjoyed their interactions. They don’t actually get together in this book apart from a few kisses, & normally this would annoy me & i’d be thinking come on let’s get to the hot stuff, but I actually still really enjoyed it. Jack’s a good guy really, he looks after the local kids & his drunk ass mum. I liked how he stands up to her though & knows that she’s crap. Lots of drama too, can’t wait to read the next one!

The book is a good storyline that is intriguing and entertaining. The characters are engaging and nicely developed. I did like reading this book.
I liked the development of Jake’s character – the sexy bad boy street racer a la Fast and Furious but I got annoyed with Mollie who seemed too juvenile especially with her relationship with her father. I felt it also needed tighter editing since it seemed like there were unnecessary scenes, although it is part 1 of a trilogy. Maybe they would have more significance if I read the next two books.
