When Tucker Branch, playboy heir to Branch Bolt and Screw, screws and bolts a week before their wedding, Mia Devine wants nothing more than to crawl under her newly monogrammed sheets and plan a funeral for her dignity. But her friends convince her that bitter tastes better when it’s drowned in Bordeaux, so Mia grits her teeth and packs her bags, determined to make the best of her luxurious Paris … Paris honeymoon — alone.
She never planned on meeting Lucas Fournier.
The easygoing bartender’s scruffy good looks and less-than-sympathetic ear annoy her at first, but when she takes him up on his offer to show her around the city, she discovers that the romance of Paris isn’t just a myth.
Nor is the simultaneous O.
The last thing Mia needs is another doomed love affair, but since she only has a week, she figures she might as well enjoy la vie en O with Lucas while she can. But each day — and night — with Lucas is better than the last, and suddenly her heart is telling her this is more than a rebound fling.
Is it just the seduction of Paris… or could this be the real thing?

I love this book. It was my first Melanie Harlow book and I still remember how I felt reading it. You will laugh and smile as you devour her words.
Steamy chemistry that’s off the charts plus Paris. What more do you need.
A tour of Paris and Provence. Want to read a travel book? Yeah neither did I. The characters are barely written, Mia is an uptight list maker. Lucas is a vagabond music professor who shows her how to relax. That’s it totality of their personalities. The sex scenes are good. But their relationship is flat and one dimensional. The first in a great series!
Loved it
Just to gaze at the lovely bra on the cover was enough for me. I want it and have been googling Aubade bras so I can have my very own.
Mia is dumped a week before her huge, well planned wedding. She is persuaded to go on the honeymoon trip to Paris alone.
Things Mia and I have in common:
1. We are not spontaneous
2. We enjoy organising …

One cancelled wedding.
One solo trip to Paris.
The experience of a lifetime.
Mia Devine had no idea her wedding would be cancelled a week before the big day.
She had no idea her friends would have the power to convince her to go on her honeymoon alone.
But they did. And she went.
Lucas is everything you want in your dreamy book boyfriend. …
While his is an insta love story it was written in a way that didn’t make it feel insta love and that’s why I loved it. Well that and Mia and LUCAS oh Lucas you are why girls have a fantasy of “the perfect” guy. Le’sigh.
Great read! This book consumed me and left me wanting more.
I LOVE Lucas…I need to find me one! He is the perfect book boyfriend.
This was such a good book…t was fun, it was flirty, it was romantic and silly, it left me wanting more! Mia did frustrate me there at the end, but I think it was necessary and not unrealistic. I’m just a big fan and will have to find more of Melanie Harlow’s books, if there …
