Tracy and Aunt Rose are asked to partner in the Presidential Dog Show. At first Aunt Rose isn’t sure she wants to do it and then they decide they will. The team works hard preparing outstanding floral arrangements and getting mentioned on the show for the world to see. Unfortunately, the organizer refuses to pay her and the other business owners for their services. Then the organizer is found dead, so Tracy starts to investigate what is going on. The word on the street is that the organizer had a partner. Lots of twists and turns and is one hard book to put down. Really looking forward to the next one. Disclosure: I received a free copy of this book in return for an honest review.
I enjoyed this cozy mystery with Tracy, Tiffany and Aunt Rose at the Presidential Dog Show. Kept me guessing as to who the killer was and why. A really nice read to entertain you and leave you waiting eagerly for the next book in the series.
The author has returned with some of our favorite characters. Tracy, Tiffany and Aunt Rose are again pulled into a murder mystery. The story flows smoothly and the characters pull us into their lives.

A Presidential dog show and murder.
Fern Grove is having a dog show and In Season is supplying the flowers. But will Tracy get paid? The organizer of the show ends up stiffing several of the businesses in town. But is that enough for someone to resort to murder? After Tracy is heard speaking her mind about Eli, she ends up being a guest of the Fern Grove police. Can she find the murderer and save her Aunt’s shop or will the creditors come after her? Plenty of twists to keep the story interesting. Love this series!
I received an ARC. This is my honest review.
I was definitely disappointed in this new addition to the series.
fun and cute
Tracy agrees to do the flowers for the American Dog Show despite the reservations of her aunt. The owner of the flow shop! When Eli is murdered and no payment is coming she is frantic. This was a quick read. I love the relationship between aunt and niece! I didn’t figure out who dunnit until the end which signals a good mystery/cozy book to me. I recommend this book!
This was yet another great addition to the Fern Grove cozy mystery series. I loved being able to visit Tracy, Aunt Rose and all their friends again. This book added another mystery to be solved by Detective Warren Copeland with Tracy’s help of course. I loved the twists presented and never guessed the guilty one until the end. I highly recommend this book and series to anyone that wants some good clean fun reading.
This was another great read by Abby Reede. Tracy was hoping that agreeing to offer her services at the Presidential Dog Show would increase and add a new higher-end clientele to the In Season Florist Shop. After preparing outstanding floral arrangements and getting mentioned on the show for the world to see, she is left holding the bag. Unfortunately, the organizer refuses to pay her and the other business owners for their services. To make matters worse, he ends up dead. With most of the business community upset over what happened and with Aunt Rose getting sick, Tracy decides to investigate the murder and help Warren. I was completely clueless on who committed the murder. There were so many twists and turns between all the characters that I didn’t want to put the book down. I like the direction Tracy and the detective are heading and hope the relationship continues to blossoms between the two of them. I was very surprised to learn the identity of the killer as the person was not one of my suspects. T I look forward to reading the next book.
