I’m about to be claimed in front of the whole city, but not until they’ve made me beg for it.Naked, bound, and helplessly on display, my arousal drips down my bare thighs and pools at my feet as the entire city watches, waiting for the inevitable. I’m going into heat, and they know it.When the feral beasts who live outside the walls find me, they will show my virgin body no mercy. With my need … no mercy. With my need growing more desperate by the second, I’m not sure I’ll want them to…
By the time the brutes arrive to claim and ravage me, I’m going to be absolutely frantic.
Publisher’s Note: Frantic is the second book of The Omegaborn Trilogy. It includes spankings and rough, intense sexual scenes. If such material offends you, please don’t buy this book.

Sizzling Excitement!
A head reeling double take on a fantastic sizzle popping exciting read that kept me intrigued turning the pages. Captivating storyline with enjoyable dialogue filled with gripping twists, passion, angst, fear and nail-biting suspense. A very enjoyable read I would gladly recommend.
I had a feeling there were more stories to be told in this lushly imagined post-apocalyptic future. After the previous book, I was not a fan of Triss. And the pride she displays in her betrayal and the apparent refusal to be even a little bit repentant about her treatment of Raven, had me doubting if I’d made the right choice to read this follow-up book. It takes a while to get her beyond that attitude, but once she does the plot turns to a dystopian political thriller with the flavors of Divergent and The Hunger Games – though aimed at a very different audience. I’m very curious to see what’s going to happen next.

Sara Fields is really killing the Omegaverse genre. I’m really enjoying reading her series, and the fact that you get not 1 but 3 hot Alphas? Oh he!!z yes. Sign me right up, please and thank you.
Triss has to be punished for what she has done, and in her case, the city is going to make the punishment fit the crime. They are going to stake her outside the walls, let the suppressant wear off, and let her estrous take her. Which yeah, sounds like so much fun for Triss, right? Poor lady. Luckily, she attracts 3 Alphas who are more than happy to help her out. Which does and doesn’t make the city happy, I think.
I think the powers that be would rather she had suffered through her estrous all by herself so that they could keep watching her humiliation. OTOH, Alphas coming to her rescue could give the city something else to talk about, and something much more exciting to watch.
I like Triss, and her guys, Ravick, Lothar, and Garret. Two of them are from the wild and one is from the city, but they are all a lot the same. I think that they are going to be important in the next books, and I can’t wait to see.
Whoa! My greatest curiosity was how to turn an opponent, a nasty person in another book into a story bearing heroine in this book. And the author managed this very well, not exaggerated but credible and fitting. Awesome! Super performance! Thank you Sara.
The entry was rapid, starting right where Triss was to land in Frenzy, for appropriate punishment at the stake.
The suppressive drug weakened and Triss experienced what she had previously only observed in experiments, on her own body. The subsequent personality-changing development can be traced. Her self-knowledge, insight and remorse help to follow Triss’s transformation from the disfavorable egoistic beast (Frenzy) to the committed, compassionate and strong Omega (Frantic) and to accept and like her as the heroine of the story.
Now to love her as a wonderful delightful character, I am too vindictive for that. And greedy, because I need at least one more book in this universe, enough fire and thick skulls are left in Triss, so that she can still get into enough trouble and we got to know great new Omega’s, which surely can tell an interesting, entertaining hot story.
Maybe it is not insignificant that this book starts with punishment, because that is also the starting point for finding Triss Alpha’s, in this case 3. And these 3 guys are interesting and seductive according to their first description, have potential for depth and further development. But now comes my BUT – that’s exactly what I miss in this book. The story as a whole is progressed and developed very well, new insights into the social order of the city arise, reprehensible abysses open up and necessities for action are obvious.
BUT the exciting dynamic of the little Triss-Pack remains on the level of biological-genetic instincts, even if with great, outrageously hot scenes. Once followed nature’s call, found and bound would have been some more pair/team building, understanding and background with character development already nice, especially regarding the 3 hot Alpha’s. I would like to have more emotional connection to them, just more tingling.
As I said, it doesn’t harm the book, but of course I want more as an insatiable reader.
The result is a good book, an excellent sequel to the story with a captivating world, very well written, balanced, composed tension, fun and progress.
A clear recommendation with the desire for more …
Just desserts or just dessert for three alphas’s…….
Triss is up for punishment, very public puishment!!! As her suppression wanes her heat takes over and everyone waits for the show.
Lothgar, Ravick and Garret come to claim her, this “relationship” it won’t be a smooth transition for any of them. There is incredible heat, chemistry, three dominating, forceful alpha’s, sex scenes that will raise a blush, a great story line and a hope for more to come from this world.
I’ll probably regret this later, 3 am reviews go weird but anyway……Garret, Lothgar and Ravick who I probably spelled wrong btw, were definite Alphas, my main problem is I just don’t like Triss very much, lol. I have to say she grew on me though. I was eventually hoping she would get her HEA after all.
The side characters took over this one for me and I really want the other Omegas to have their stories, very much enjoying this dark version, to me anyway, of the Omegaverse. I still think the purring is what gets my heart going, plus the whole Alpha thing, yowza, just so hot!!!
But I digress…….Triss grew on me, her growth and connecting to the Alphas was what kept me interested, and the uber hot sexy scenes didn’t hurt!!
I’ll be watching for more, think this is now a one click series, I hope we get more anyway!!
This is Omegaverse, if you don’t know what it is, please take the time to look it up before you judge this book. It may not be everyone’s cup of tea but it’s DEFINITELY Mine.

Received this ARC for Honest Review
I Give This Book a 3 out of 5 Star Rating.
Heat Level: 3.5/5 (there is a few scenes but it just felt like filler or it was a requirement.)
Romance: 2.5/5 ((To Me) The fast pacing of this book didn’t have me entirely convinced)
Drama: 3.5/5
HEA(?): It’s there, But sadly cause it was very fast paced it felt Stamped for me.
Can’t wait for the next book, I hope it’s about Gemma. She caught my eye and I would love to have her get a book but I think it’s Nikki that might be next.
This was really fast paced. It was more squashed with information and the smexy scenes with Triss, but no actual relationship building for the foursome.
The romance aspect wasn’t truly believable, it was more here’s a bond and here’s emotional ties and call it a day and let’s continue with the story.
You really didn’t get to see Garret or Lothgar that much and they didn’t seem important to me as much as Ravick was. They only were truly significant in the smexy area.
No character depth at all, that was a let down.
And what Triss did in the previous book, it wasn’t truly brought up. She was punished but since you didn’t really get to know her… it kinda felt like she got forced redemption meaning like she got a book so like her.
This book was an ok read, but it’s not as good as the first.
Hopefully the next book or books won’t be as rushed.

Frantic [fran-tik] adjective; desperate or wild with excitement, passion, fear, pain, etc.
Professionally written and extremely fast-paced, “Frantic” is the standalone, reverse harem, dark romance, follow-up to the first novel in this Omegaverse series, “Frenzy”. From the onset, readers are catapulted directly into the intensely erotic story-line with the heroine captured, bound, displayed nude and completely humiliated before the entire city, awaiting her punishment. As the miscreant from the initial novel, “Frenzy”, the author effectively transforms Triss’s role from a reprobate character to a justifiably virtuous protagonist. Triss, the virginal omega, is in heat and soon discovered by three feral, savage alpha’s who demonstrate little leniency toward her plight. “Frantic” is an exciting, intensely erotic, dark romance with engaging characterizations, based on an unequal power exchange dynamic.

I enjoyed this book immensely. Triss is a defiant omega. She is claimed ne Garrett, Lothgar, and Ravick. The war to free the omegaborn begins. Great book, well written!

Do on to others as they will do on to you.
I found there was something missing in the story, I think it was the lack of angst. Don’t get me wrong it’s still a hot omegaverse reverse harem. The story moves at a fast pace. There is lots of sex, more sex and did I say sex? These characters are strong minded and they work well together. Everyone is equal in the dome over Tharia. You better be careful about doing bad things to others because it will back to you threefold. Unfortunately Triss didn’t think. There are no dynamics under the dome and you are just plain old human. I hope there is another book!
I’m a big fan of Sara Fields so when she decided to venture into the Omegaverse, I immediately bought her first book (Frenzy). Frantic is the second book in the series and it continues the story with the omega, Triss, the villain in Frenzy. But in this book, who Triss really is and her motivations are revealed, unveiling a rather different omega than first thought.
Because of her actions, Triss is forced to undergo a punishment that draws her three alphas to her (Ravick, Lothgar and Garrett). I won’t go further into the plot (read the blurb), but I will talk about the excellent storytelling, the wonderful story itself and the engaging characters that people it.
This is a fun read; I thoroughly enjoyed it and I look forward to the next book in this stand-alone series. Highly recommended.
