I write songs about fairy tales, but I never thought four gorgeous princes would sweep me off my feet. Homeless and rejected by the school of my dreams, I somehow find myself at LUV Academy, crashing in a dorm room with an a cappella group of gorgeous, rich, talented men. They each bring their own brand of sexy and I want them all:
The relentless flirt
The sophisticated mountain-man
The sweet … flirt
But with the college a cappella auditions fast approaching, can I write a song that’s good enough to secure these talented guys a place in the competition? And will I be able to secure a place in their hearts and get my own happily ever after?
Author’s note: This is a slow/medium burn light bully reverse harem romance intended for audiences 18 years and older. #whychoose

Great mashup of contemporary and fairy tales. very much, Looking forward to the next book in the series. Great job!!
Fractured Heart begins Roonie’s tale to self preservation, through her love of music.
Mia Harlan starts her LUV Academy series with this wonderful RH book, that shares Roonie’s sad and dangerous home-life, and her attempt to break away from it. This leaves her with an opportunity to meet some important people who will help her overcome her self-esteem struggle and nurture, love, and take care of her.
Roonie’s musical personality provides joy and we are fortunate to watch her grow!
A different take on the classic cinderella story. Roonie (the MFC) has a hard life basically being a slave for her Abusive and Violent father. On one particularly bad night shes had enough and runs away. Straight into the path (literally) of her Prince Charming Tate. Who takes her under his wing and with the help of his roommates (Charlie and JJ) they take care of her. Its a gentle paced RH book. Yes theres kissing but its not overtly sexual which i liked. I guess you’d class this book as a slow burn one but not to me its just a slow build up of the characters. The getting to know each other. An enjoyable read
What a fun and exciting first book. I really enjoyed this and I found it an easy read. It flowed beautifully and just kept you engaged right from the start. I loved the characters, even the ditzy heroine. Fantastic start and am definitely looking forward to book 2!
So when you see that the book is listed as a fairytale, you would not think that it was going to have more than one fairy tale in it. I loved how this book is written. Another thing that I love about it, is that it is a singing group. Yeah it reminds me of an adult disney musical. Roonie has dealt with some hardships. She has been abused physically, mentally and emotionally. So you should understand that she will have issues. Can these guys help her overcome her issues? That ending has me on the hook and I need more.
I haven’t been able to put this book down. I have absolutely adored it in every way and am in love with all the characters even Silas – although I am not pleased with his behaviour I understand he’s reasoning and view point. Honestly, one of the best reads I’ve read in a while. Cannot wait for the next instalment to find out how everything will go regarding the situation and the relationships between the characters. Amazing work
This is such a great book, I loved it so much I couldn’t put it down until I was at the end. It has an amazingly unique storyline and fantastic characters. I loved the song lyrics and their fairytale aspect. I cannot wait for the next book in this amazing series!
If you are interested in self depreciating women who believe in fairy tales this one is for you. After an abused girl runs away from home she is taken in by a trio of men who show her that life is about more than just surviving. Will all her dreams come true?
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
The chemistry, sweetness, and twists in plot kept things interesting.
Add in a wee bit of drama and you have a good read.

This story was super cute. I really enjoyed the whimsical quality of it. I can’t wait for book 2!
Roonie leaves home and falls. Is found by Tate and he helps her on her feet. She finds herself on luv campus but she isn’t a student. She helps the guys with their singing. Will she be able to get them through?
This book had me thinking that college is a crazy place for young adults. Seeing as though I have twins that just graduated from college. I don’t want to know their stories. Rooney has been dealt with so much heartache, at such a young age. Charles, Tate, and JJ are just what she needs.
This is not your typical fairy tale! It’s indeed whimsical, and Ronnie does find her Prince Charming, however it’s just that there are, well, several of them. This was my 1st reverse harem and I can say that I’ve never wanted to be a princess more than now! Fun to read with scenes that have you thinking yowsa! Can’t wait for Book 2!
Why haven’t you picked this up?
This book is absolutely like reading a musical. You can almost see the notes in the air as Ronnie hums along to her life as it changes dramatically from Cinderella’s worst nightmare to something far sweeter than just finding her Prince Charming.
While the book starts out a little slow, the lag is quickly caught up as the story sweeps Ronnie off her feet and into the lives of three roommates, who take her in with nearly no questions asked. Sound strange, well suspend your disbelief, because it’s worth it.
Go ahead and pick up your own copy, and dive into the musical world of Ronnie, Rate, Charles, and JJ. And don’t worry, book 2 is coming soon!
A must-read for anyone who loves RH academy . . . so good!
Amazing book, loved Roonie and the guys and can’t wait for book to. Such a good story and plot
