One night with her was amazing, but it could never be enough.
This time, they’re playing for keeps.
Fourkeeps is the conclusion of the Ever After Duet, and should be read following Fourplay.

Kari, Ford, Brady, and Josh certainly found their sexiness in this book, now the emotional side, that took at bit more! But then again, having 4 people in a relationship definitely makes the odds of misunderstandings and emotional outbursts exponentially higher
“He was so gentle. So kind and forgiving. It was everything she needed right then” perfectly defines Brady and his connection with Kari. He sees her, gets her, and understands her even when she doesn’t realize, or can’t express things herself. Ford takes charge and shows a possessiveness she could easily get used to, and fully appreciates. Josh gives her sweet, a playmate, and softness when needed.
“Not only did they anticipate what she craved, they gave her that and some. Their intrinsic awareness turned her on more than their expert physical prowess”
The connection these four have, in and out of the bedroom, is strong. Kari can’t believe she found all that she needed, and never knew it could be. It is more than bedroom compatibility and heat, but figuring out the emotional side of things seems to be a little messed up. Everytime they make a bit of progress, pride gets in the way. Everytime they think they know their places, something throws things off again. Luckily, at least one or more is stubborn enough in these instances to push to keep things on track
The bad guy is still out there in this book, and he is a thorn in their sides while they try and figure out their relationship. Icky and gross, he is the slime running under their feet. And just when you think he is gone, up he pops again.
It all comes together in the end, and after what they have been through, they more than deserve their happy ending!
“In Brady’s refind touches, in Ford’s fierce possessiveness, and in Josh’s sweet words. They cared for her. Not only as a playmate, but also as a life partner”
When everything seems to turn to shit you have to have some trust and hope for the better. Exactly what the four of them are about to do. Excellent.
I received an ARC copy of this book from Bookfunnel and I chose to review it. First of all if you haven’t read Fourplay you need to read it first so go get it now. This is ending to the Fourplay story. It is well written and I loved the characters. This duet of books are fantastic. If your not into multiple in relationships you won’t like this one. This one is worth your time and effort.
This is the conclusion to the Ever After duet. With the way the first book ended I knew we were in for a wild ride. Jayne Rylon did a great job of creating a vile character that you hate right off the bat. He’s definitely scum and all I wanted was karma to be served to him. Now Josh, Brady, Ford, and Kari were fantastic. I so wanted them to get their HEA. This is a menage story so be prepared for that when venturing into this duet. They have so much chemistry and each guy brings something different to the relationship. It was beautiful to watch the way they treat Kari. They show her how precious she truly is to them. This one definitely delivers on a roller coaster of emotions. The ending is so beautiful and so perfect.
After reading the first book in this duet, Fourplay, I was so into Kari, Brady, Ford, and Josh, that I could hardly wait for thus book to come out, and Jayne Rylon did not disappoint. This book has the suspense and fear of a psychopath who has not only followed Kari, but has injured her in the past, and it also has the love and steamy heat that has developed between Kari and her three sexy men, as their relationship is developing. It is just the best story. I loved it, as well as all four of the main characters. I highly recommend this duet.
I thoroughly enjoyed the conclusion to this duet! When book one ending we were left wondering how Kari would be and where her, Josh, Brady and Ford would wind up. Me. Rylon does a fantastic job of giving us not only the steamy scenes we have come to expect but an emotional roller coaster that takes into account the inner workings of 4 different people and their interpretations of a relationship. There was of course a good amount of suspense thrown in thanks to the dangerous man from her past. This duet was well worth the wait and you need to pick it up today!
This is the final book in a duet. Fourplay was the first part of the story, and that ended on a huge cliffhanger for Ford, Josh, Brady, and Kari. Jayne Rylon is one of my favorite authors, and this story kept me engrossed and entertained.
There are some heavy moments, and I couldn’t believe how the hits kept coming for Kari. I really like how caring, protective, and loving Ford, Josh and Brady are with Kari. The guys were a bit thick-headed at times, but Kari’s best interests were always on their minds. I also like that she is strong and fearless at heart.
Ford, Josh, Brady, and Kari are extremely likable. There is love, laughter, happiness, hot sex, angst, pain, and a villain. The three men do their best to keep Kari safe, while also showing her their love and desire for her.
This was a satisfying HEA to this steamy story!!
This is book 2 in the duet and it’s highly recommended you read Fourplay first. You won’t have a clue what’s going on in this book if you haven’t read book 1.
It picks up where book 1 stopped and Kari is in the hospital after being struck by a cab. This is a manage involving Kari, Ford, Brady and Josh so don’t say you haven’t been warned. There’s a lot happening in this book and it will keep you on your toes. We also get to revisit with Andi, Cooper, Simon and Reed from For-Ever Mine so that was fun. And you definitely have the hot sex in play with these guys. There’s a good story here and it’s not just sex so I would recommend you reading the 2 books. They aren’t real long but they don’t feel rushed and just thrown together. You will enjoy them.
Pardon my swooning over the perfect HEA for Ford, Brady, Josh and Kari. Fourkeeps picked up right where Fourplay ended and kept me entranced until the very last word.
The romance between these four was smart, sexy, fun and swoony. I loved how each man cared for and treated Kari and how Kari cared for and treated her men. Their love was not easy, and I truly enjoyed how honest it felt.
I could swoon and gush for many more paragraphs, but I won’t because you need to experience this Ever After Duet on your own.

FOURKEEPS picks right up where FOURPLAY left off. This is a duet so it is extremely important to read these books in order. You will be doing yourself a disservice if you read out of order.
This duet is “classic” Jayne Rylon. It features characters that I became invested in, situations that allow relationships to develop and characters to work out their roles, and classic Rylon written sexy times. The story is well plotted and it has a very clear direction through the entire story line.
I absolutely recommend this author and this duet.
This is an emotionally charged story for these characters. It starts right where FourKeeps ends, so for this reason I highly suggest reading FourKeeps first. The story keeps a brisk pace through the end. The characters emotions and connection are explored much more in depth. There is suspense, friendship, and love. An enjoyable story.
***4 Stars***
Ahhhhh…there it is!
That “thing” I needed more of in the first book! (And no it wasn’t more smexy times with them all ~ though that did happen as well *wink*) It was seeing them connect and finally do something about the attraction/chemistry/connection they have going on between them. *does an internal happy dance*
So, this one starts off right where Fourplay ended and things go from 0 to 100 in no time flat in every way possible. We finally get Kari, Ford, Josh and Brady together, working through their wants, desires and hang ups and I loved seeing them deal with the good, bad and ugly that comes with being in a poly relationship. They all had their moments where I wanted to reach out and smack some sense into them, but I really like where they were at in the in end.
As for the issues going on with Kari, things definitely got heavier and crazier, and there were some moments that had me going “Whoa!” but they were situations that could/can happen IRL and I have to give props to the author with how she presented it all and had Kari, and the guys, work through it all.
This one was definitely a wild ride, but an enjoyable one. The multiple POV’s were done well and I really enjoyed the extra one that was added into the mix as it gave me a better understanding of all that was going one. And, as with the first book in the duet, Andi definitely stole the show and I loved seeing all of them get their HEA’s.

If you haven’t read Fourplay… STOP… go read it first, this book is part 2 of the duet and it does not have a recap of the first book so please do yourself a favour go back and read the original story or you will be lost on what is what.
This book picks up directly where Fourplay left off, and it doesn’t keep you guessing. the character development in this story has happened in such an organic way that you feel that these characters are finally complete at the end of this story and you are so routing for them to achieve all their goals in life. Jayne also brought the sexy back in this story, while I didn’t miss the sexy in the first part I’m definitely glad that the sexy came back for book 2.
A hot conclusion for a bunch of beautiful characters.
This is the hot and sexy conclusion to the story of one woman and the three men who adore her, which began in Fourplay and ended on a bit of a cliffhanger. Kari and her guys, Ford, Josh, and Brady are finally making their steamy fantasies a reality but they still have a few insecurities to overcome. Also, the man who attacked Kari is still on the loose and a very real threat, not only to her, but to the happy future they building towards. The characters are likable and the writing is great. I enjoyed this story very much.
I am reviewing an advance reader copy of this book.
Happily “Ever After”….finally! Okay, I will admit it, I binged read “Fourplay”(again!) before starting this one. I needed my HEA for Kari and her men in one sitting. All I will say is once again Ms. Rylon has given us a story with truly likable characters, plausible situations and HOT sexy times. In other words…..another hit!
*I received an Advance Reader’s Copy of this book which I am voluntarily reviewing*
A great conclusion to the duet.
Fourkeeps is the second book in a duet that began with Fourplay. You do need to read Fourplay first before reading Fourkeeps. Fourplay ended on a major cliffhanger; I won’t say what to avoid spoilers for anyone who hasn’t yet read it.
Fourkeeps picks up where book one left off, there isn’t any recap of what happened in Fourplay. It’s really kind of hard for me to review Fourkeeps without giving spoilers for Fourplay but this is a romance duet so it is normal to expect an HEA and Jaye Rylon gives us a great one for Kari and her guys.
On the way to their HEA they have to deal with the creep from book one and just how that was going to happen kept the suspense going just enough to keep things interesting. When things finally came to a head it was almost anticlimactic but not enough that it changed how I felt about the book.
We get lots more hot, sexy time for Kari, Ford, Josh and Brady and boy do I mean HOT! These three men are a dream come true (or at least a fantasy come true – lol) and they take such good care of Kari!
If you were waiting for this book to get published before buying/reading Fourplay the wait is over and you won’t have to wait between books now. This duet would make a perfect after Christmas present to yourself.
An advanced copy of this book was provided to me but my review was voluntary and not influenced by the author.
I didn’t realize that this was the second book of a two book series, so that’s the reason for the three stars. I didn’t have an immediate connection to the characters and the chemistry didn’t fall into place for me. That’s not to say that I didn’t like what I had read. The writing wasn’t choppy and long winded as some seem to be. I will need to read the first book to be able to give an honest evaluation to this one. If I thought it was three stars without reading the first book, I would guess that I would rate it higher when I am invested in Kari, Ford, Brady, and Josh.
