Well written with fully developed, realistic characters. Enjoyable read
I appreciate that i didn’t have bedroom scenes and foul language.
This was a good read but I’ll tell you one thing. If I had to buy them singly and wait for the next one to come out, I would have passed. I don’t like books that leave you in suspense and then months later you can continue the read…. Most of the time I never buy the second installment…. I really liked the story line but would have rather had them as a complete book and then the same family or people have another adventure…. kinda like the way J A Jance writes…. I did love stoopid the chicken and great family dynamic going on…. just next time please, just write the whole story in one book…:-)
Enjoyed reading all of the set. Some parts were funny, some absolutely unexpected, but I really figured out about Maggie before it ended. I would recommend them.
Great writting. Hard to put down. Want to read more.
good mystery novel.. ok characters
Very well written. Characters are believable. Entire series is great. I have left these on my “bookshelf” and have reread some of the.
I love to read and read often. The worst thing I can say about this series is I am going to hate for it to end. It is always so hard when you find a series you enjoy to find another one that lives up to the one you just finished. I read these 4 books in the course of 4 days (a sick child at home). I thought there were just the four and was so excited when I realized there are 3 more. I bought them right away and can hardly wait to start reading them. I need a few rainy days.
