Welcome back to Mackenzie Ridge! SSK has done it again. Another fabulously written story with just the right amount of every emotion. I laughed. I awwwed. I cried. I fumed. And I totally fanned myself. I know Stephanie St. Klaire is new to the publishing world, but you would never guess that when reading her words. Simply amazing!
In Forgotten, we focus on Morgan Jameson, police officerand ranch owner in the small town of Mackenzie Ridge. The whole gang is back and I adore this group of friends so much. They really are so much more than just friends…they are family. And when a mysterious man who doesn’t remember who he is or where he came from ends up unconscious on Morgan’s ranch, her friends have her back and are there to help. Right away Morgan feels an uncanny closeness to this mystery man she has aptly named Guy, and he quickly becomes a very important part of her life. Guy can’t remember a thing, but he doesn’t feel the urge to find out any time soon. Morgan has quickly become everything to him and he would do anything for her. Including trying to find out who is responsible for all the vandalism going on around the ranch.
I devoured every word and every page of this story. The way SSK weaves the humor, the snarkiness (thank you Jessie!), the suspense, and the romance always leaves me craving more. I absolutely CANNOT wait for the next book! I reallyyyyyy hope it’s Jessie. She is my snark spirit twin!

Wow! I mean wow! Forgotten is the best Installment of the McKenzie Ridge series! From the first page I was giggling and then on the edge of my seat with the instant mystery. Stephanie St. Klaire knocked it out of the park into another time zone with this one. These characters are so loveable both the old and the new that you can’t help but become entirely immersed in their world.
You will quickly feel like part of the family and consider these characters as though they are close friends. Forgotten is a beautiful love story with a side of humor and major helping of mystery. You will be guessing the whole way though only to be slapped in the face with the truth that you never saw coming.
I adore this series and I can not wait for what comes next in the series!

Forgotten – book 3 of the McKenzie Ridge series is a great read! It’s full of suspense and romance! When “Guy” wakes up after falling off of a horse, he doesn’t know who he is and neither does Morgan, the beautiful rancher/cop who’s property he is found on! Morgan takes “Guy” in after he is released from the hospital since he has know where to go and sadly no one has reported him missing. As things heat up between them over time and they admit their love for one another, “Guy’s” past and memory suddenly returns…will he return to his past life or will he continue with his new one! Great read to find out which life is really for “Guys”.
Time and time again the author has pulled you in starting from page 1 🙂 When you think you have it all figured out… You don’t!!
Forgotten is another great addition to the McKenzie Ridge Series.
From the first chapter, I was hooked. Who was Guy? How did he end up on the ranch? Who was after him?
I thought I knew all of the answers until the truth came out.
Morgan and Guy have an indescribable chemistry and it played out so naturally in the story. It wasn’t rushed or awkward. It was just perfect.
Highly recommend!
Forgotten is the second book by Stephanie I have read, and like the first book I loved it! I enjoyed following Morgan and the mysterious Guy’s story, along with all the other colorful characters in Mackenzie Ridge.
This 3rd book in the McKenzie Ridge series was a wonderful combination of romance, sabotage, jumor, and mystery!
When a handsome (Tasty) mystery man turns up on Morgan’s ranch, she takes him in under her wing, attempts to help him discover who he is…no matter how long it takes him to figure it out.
During this time, the mystery man (whom they name Guy) is shot at, and the McKenzie Ridge group of friends tries to figure out who it could be…but in the meantime other strange things happen around the ranch, and all fingers point to the ranch hand, as a possible sabotage attempt at what could be an attempt to get Morgan’s attention and love.
Who could this mystery man be and where did he come from? The twist at the end of the book was AWESOME!
This book was fun and entertaining to read!!! I have LOVED all the McKenzie Ridge books! I love all the supporting characters and Ms. St. Klaire is so descriptive in her books that you can easily imagine the scenery!
I love the way Stephanie St. Klaire begins the stories in this series. Each one is so unique! You really need to read them.
The series continues with Morgan’s story. Morgan Jameson, McKenzie Ridge deputy and owner of Pinecrest, a working ranch and tourist Dude Ranch, is enjoying being with friends when word comes that a body has been found on the ranch. Morgan is irresistibly drawn to the injured stranger even though he has no known past. She offers him a place to recuperate, but is Pinecrest a safe place for them to be? Are the mishaps that have plagued the ranch really just harmless or is there something sinister behind them?
Beckman McCain, AKA Guy, feels as if he’s where he is meant to be. While he is recuperating, his feelings for Morgan grow deeper every day, but are the troubles Pinecrest is having because of him and who is trying to kill him? What is in his past that he is afraid to remember?
Once Beck’s real world intrudes on the reality he has created in McKenzie Ridge, will this be end to the idyllic life he has found, will he now be safe or will the threats against him continue, and will he and Morgan get their chance at an HEA? This is not only a story of love but mystery and intrigue.
Ms. St. Klaire writes an intense, intriguing, suspenseful romance. Her stories are real page turners, easy flow, full of action and emotions, with strong characters. The males are solid alphas with a deep-seated sense of protection for those close to them. The females are strong and independent with intense loyalty to those they care about.
Each of Ms. St. Klaire’s books takes you on an amazing ride. You will truly become involved in each of her stories, finding them hard to put down. She makes you feel as if you are invested in the lives of her characters. The outcomes of each of her tales are well worth the ride! I highly recommend this and all of Ms. St. Klaire’s books!
I volunteered to leave an unbiased review for a complimentary copy of this book.
Talk about a Who Done It!! Strange things are happening at Pinecrest. Fences are down. Cattle are escaping. Pigs are running wild. If that isn’t strange enough, a man is found injured in a field. No one, including himself knows anything about him. Things really start heating up in McKenzie Ridge.
Morgan takes the stranger they refer to as “guy” into her home. After all, he was found on her land. Still clueless of who he is he goes to work helping repair damages that are getting worse. Soon they are ducking bullets and putting out fires. Is it linked to “guy”? Are there to separate situations? Most importantly, who done it and why??
What made Forgotten such a thriller was the author’s ability to change my mind. I was dead set on it being this one person and then I would change my mind. A little while later I am screaming that the original person is guilty. My “suspect” is putting all of his cards on the table doing some really whacked things. And then I wasn’t sure again. I was done for. I wasn’t going to bed until I knew all the facts. Holy Magical Mystery–total shocker!!
Forgotten is the third book in the McKenzie Ridge Series. I definitely recommend you read all three in order to get the full McKenzie Ridge experience. I am completely in awe of Stephane St. Klaire’s writing. This is a well written book and the story line was great. I love the characters in this book and Granny Lou I absolutely loved her and her humorous banter. I want to live in McKenzie Ridge too. Guy lost his memory when he fell off his horse and hit his head and Morgan found him unconscious on her property. When he’s released from the hospital Morgan lets him stay until he recovered from his injuries. I loved how the whole town named him Guy and were helping him figure out who he really was. I like how Guy and Morgan’s relationship started out slowly and built up over time. Their chance encounter ignited a love story that took me through many emotions. There were so many twists and turns and completely shocking moments in this story that kept me turning the page to find out what would happen next. This is a great romantic story full of suspense, mystery, humor and the cliffhanger…WOW!! I can’t wait to read the next book in this series.
No one had a clue how he got there or where he came from, neither did he. When Morgan took him home to her ranch she had no idea what was in store for her. Changes were coming. The problems and crazy things going on bleeding her ranch dry continued to happen with no end in sight. Is more going on than meets the eye? It can’t all be due to one jealous ranch hand. Those questions and more mount up as the pages turn.
It has been so much fun getting to know the gang and I really love that it is not automatically a wedding a baby and off into the sunset. These characters feel real and so do their stories. Even if there was instant love it wasn’t instant happiness, nope they have to work for it and this author makes it fun, suspenseful and exciting. Great series.
Welcome back to McKenzie Ridge and family.
There is a guy found on Morgan’s ranch, he has no clue who he is , no idea where he came from and no one missing him Morgan takes repsonability for the guy.
The gang is back and ready to help. Along with some new faces.
Their is a wedding to plan, a spring fling to get ready for and a mystery to solve.
Who is trying to sabotage Morgan’s ranch, who is guy and who wants him eliminated.
McKenzie Ridge finest at their best.
This book has laugh out loud moments, hot action and a great storyline
The characters are well developed and interesting. The close-knit group of friends each have unique personalities and complement each other. The mystery of the anonymous stranger found on Morgan’s ranch leads to the suspenseful mystery. The connection of the two lead characters is believable and their romance and journey is well paced. Forgotten has humor, mystery, and smoking hot romance. Another great read from Stephanie St. Klaire.
Forgotten is Unforgettable!
Stephanie St. Klaire couldn’t paint a better, more picturesque scene as what Pinecrest provides. Welcome back to McKenzie Ridge, with its riveting storyline wherein every breathless intimate moment I experienced both intense heat & extreme anxiety, because within each moment I expected some heart-stopping tragedy to occur. Stephanie kept the suspense high & the heat so tangible you could feel the pages pulsate! I don’t think it’s possible for me to become any more invested in each & every character of this lovely town, and just when you think you’ve read every scenario imaginable in a hot suspenseful romance, Stephanie kicks it up a notch and throws in a cliffhanger of epic proportions! Be prepared for a wild ride when you saddle up with FORGOTTEN!
And can I say another phenomenal book by Stephanie St. Klaire. Morgan and the mystery guy. The guy they call Guy for lack of a better name. A mystery man found half dead on the far side of Morgan’s ranch. Guy is finally living the way he wants or thinks he wants with Morgan, not having any memory of his past life. Strange things are happening around the ranch, little things that become bigger. And again you’ll never guess the ending. Another edge of your seat, who’s doing what to whom and why. A great read.
Loved this third book in the series. They just seem to get better and better. I really liked the slow build for Morgan & ‘Guy’. I liked how they didn’t just jump into something with each other. They actually took time to get to know each other to the best that they could considering the circumstances. I liked the mystery of what was happening at the ranch and the mystery of who ‘Guy’ was. I like the combination of romance & mystery in this series.
