Clara
My ex-husband kept a secret from me, when we were married. It was the worst betrayal. Now, after three years, of picking up my life, I’ve found a new man, one who had claimed my heart. He held the same secret, but in his honesty, I can move on with him, the only problem, I’ve never stopped loving my ex-husband.
Bodhi
I lied to my wife for years, never being true to myself. I still loved … still loved her, but without her trust, we couldn’t build a future together. It’s why she was my ex-wife, and my heart was broken when she began to fall for another man. A man I, too, find myself falling for, as I continued to love her from afar.
Jack
My life was a wreck until I pieced it back together little by little. When the captivating Clara entered my life, I fell and fell hard. A secret had damaged her. I won’t hurt her, but is that possible—when I was as attracted to her ex-husband as I was to her?

Received ARC for Honest Review.
I Give this book a 4-4.5/5 Star Rating, Listing as 4.
I Will Not Spoil the Actual Story, Which is Very Good!
HEA(?): Yes!
Relationship Type: MMF
Heat: 3-3.5/5, Fairly Minimally Described, almost felt like they were fillers. The Heated scenes felt almost Foggy.
I did get burnt out on the word ‘Sir’.
Romance: 5/5
Suspense: 4.5/5
Drama: 3.5/5
M/M(?): Yes. Kinda. Rating: 1-1.5/5, it’s Extremely Minimal. Pretty Much Kissing & a Handjob(s).
No Actual Sex Scenes Between Them, Who is Primary Top & Bottom or Switch is a Mystery. That was a downer.
I’ll make a new category because of this: M/M Lite (while its not a bad thing, I did go in expecting to read at least some steamy scenes, and did not get was I anticipating)
I Can’t Put this in My M/M Deliciousness, cause well there wasn’t honestly enough.
Just Letting you know this is a Book mainly focused on Love rather than Heated Scenes.
I really enjoyed this book, it was very well written though the book does feel rushed near the last half of the book.
It did feel near the end that Bo, Clara & Jack were written by someone else, which made the end result have a muddled feeling that made the HEA and Epilogue(s) to follow feel less important.
I honest believe this book Should’ve been a Duet.
“We were always stronger as three.”
Forgiven is book four in The Power of Three Love series by Leigh Lennon. This is the story of three people, two of which share a past that includes heartbreak and betrayal. This is a story of forgiveness, healing, and finding the person that is the piece of your life you never knew you was missing.
Clara Ashley is a successful historical romance author and the single mother of a very special three and a half year old little boy. Clara thought she had everything, a man she loved, their precious son. But her husband was keeping a secret from her. One that destroyed their marriage. It’s been three years since the divorce. She still loves him as much as she ever did. She may have even forgiven him. But she will never trust him.
Bodhi Chambers is little Declan’s father, Clara’s ex-husband. He and Clara are co-parenting Declan and making everything as easy as they can for their little boy. But seeing Clara regularly is always painful. Because he never stopped loving her or regretting the huge mistake he made. He needs to accept that he has lost her forever but he just can’t seem to.
Jack Calypso is a lawyer. Jack is ex-military and suffered a devastating accident which ended his military career. He still suffers from PTSD.
Jack and Clara meet at a birthday party for Clara’s friend and hit it off instantly. Their chemistry is off the charts. He knew right then and there that he had to see her again.
Jack and Clara’s feelings escalate quickly and Jack also falls for Clara’s little boy. But when he meets Clara’s ex, and their hands clasp, lightening strikes again. Not only is he head over heels for Clara, he’s also attracted to her ex-husband. And it seems the feelings are mutual.
Jack and Bodhi agree that they won’t hurt Clara. So they try to ignore their feelings. But Clara can clearly see what is happening. She has fallen love with Jack and never stopped loving Bodhi. Could she ever trust Bo enough to let him back into her life, their life? Could she even allow herself to dream that she could share a life with both of the men she loves?
“I don’t have to see to believe. I just choose to believe, and the rest is up to you.”
I enjoyed this so much. The author tackled several difficult subjects in this book and handled them all so well. I don’t want to tell you what they are and spoil the book other than that I already mentioned Jack’s PTSD. These three were all struggling on their own but together, they were so strong. Jack was the glue that held them together. But when Jack needed support, Clara and Bo were right there for him as well. And don’t get me started at how adorable little Declan was.
Each of the books in this series can be read as a stand alone. But the characters do recur in each other’s books. This was steamy and sweet and so enjoyable. If you like this genre, I hope you’ll grab it for yourself and enjoy it as much as I did.
Forgiven
By Leigh Lennon
Main Characters: Clara, Bodhi, and Jack
I voluntarily and honestly reviewed this book without bias or persuasion from the author.
5 out of 5 stars
My favorite character was Jack. We meet Clara who is a romance writer after she is divorced from Bodhi. She loved him wholeheartedly but could not get past his betrayal. I loved the way Leigh handled PTSD and the wounded warrior and his prosthetic and his infertility. She also handled Declan’s spectrum with grace. I thought that Jack and Clara got it on a little too soon but it was like an insta-love for Jack. This is an m/m/f and handled very well. It is a contemporary romance with a HEA ending. I loved it.
So I’m not sure what I loved more about this book.. Jack getting his second chance at love, Bodhi and Clara getting theirs and the closure they desperately needed, or little Declan. I know it’s probably weird loving a little boy in the story but this boy holds a special place in my heart, my son is on the spectrum and is high functioning just like him. The only difference is he was a lot more talkative then my son was at 4. Anyway back to the story, the author blew me away with how this story was written. You can tell a lot of care went into. The author did her research on autism, PTSD, diabetes, and how to get a stubborn man to talk about his feelings. There were so many sweet moments and I loved how much each character took into consideration of the other feelings. They talked every thing thru like adults, sure there was some humor in it as well but it brought them together as a triad. Bodhi and Clara were new to the whole triad but with Jack’s help, they realized how much they were missing in their relationship and how much Jack completed them. These three have their issues but they work together to make it work.. This book is by far my favorite and I can’t wait to read more from this author!! This book is phenomenally written with hard issues that most books don’t have but the author was able to tie it all together and make a beautiful love story with a happy ending!
Clara and Bodhi are divorced because Bodhi kept secrets from her. Now she’s met Jack and they are happy together but Clara is still in love with Bodhi, her ex husband. Jack loves Clara but he is keeping his attraction to Bodhi secret as well. The trio come together and steamy fun times are ahead for them. They all love each other they just have to figure out how their relationship will work.
Leigh has written another MMF book that is perfect for anyone who loves this genre. All of the books in this series have been good but I fell this one has the most emotion with Jack, Bohdi and Clara. These 3 have all been hurt and have faced and uncertain future of ever finding the real love that they all deserve.
This story was great a flowed along and you could fell the emotions that each person was feeling in love and loss. Trying to make a family work is challenging but throw in a 3rd and if you find your way then all the better. This is not a typical unit but they make it work for their sake and the sake of their children. Love is Love for these 3 and making it for them is what they all want.
This can be read as standalone but you get a bit of Jack in another story but this one you get all of him and how Clara and Bohdi lost and then found each other.

Book 4 The Power of Three Love Series

5 stars
“I know you have forgiven me, foxy, but I don’t know if I can forgive myself.”
An amazing addition to a terrific series!! Very beautifully written. Love the characters. Gripped my interest from the first page. Love that the author gave us a bonus epilogue!! So good!! Loved everything about this!!
Recommended this.
Such a brilliant read …
What a wonderful read couldn’t put this book down at all ..
I haven’t read many triad’s but this makes me what to read more.
Clara, Bodhi and Jack’s journey together is extremely intense not holding back on the angst , passion , heartbreak and forgiveness..
Such passion between these three humans which made this book a beautiful journey , one that I had fallen into I didn’t want the book to finish.
First time author for me , now that I have found Leigh Lennon I need to read more of her books.
This was a beautiful read , I loved the story line , all the characters have substance… and so much heat that they radiate between themselves..
Forgiven is the 4th book in The Power of Three Love Series. I have read book #3 Famous and I have not read the first 2 books. There is a note at the beginning that explains that each of these stories can be read as standalone books. And I want you to know that this book was easily read as a standalone.
Jack was in book Book #3 and he could have been introduced in an earlier book, I don’t know. All I do know is this story is over the top hot! I loved reading their story. I felt caught up in their story.
Clara and Bo were married and are now divorced. Bo was not truthful about his sexuality and needs. Neither Clara nor Bo ever fell out of love. It’s just that Clara can’t forgive Bo for an act that Bo did.
Clara met Jack and was immediately attracted to him as he was to her. What unfolds in Forgiven is sexy as sin. This was my first series to read by this author and I will be reading more of her books.
“ I was a fool. I’m not letting you go. And this *** over here is a bonus.”
I absolutely devoured Leigh’s latest book. I have been a one click fan of Leigh’s ever since i read my very first book of hers. I adore her books. There is never a dull moment in her stories. She walks us through a very slow, and emotionally painful book to get us to the Happily Ever Afters. This book is no exception to her writing style.
In this book we first meet Clara after she divorces Bodhi. Bodhi had a secret that felt he couldn’t share with Clara despite the deep love he has for her, and in a moment of weakness he betrays her in the worst of ways. Three years later she is still trying to come to terms with his betrayal.
When Clara attends a birthday party for her best friend she meets Jack and the sparks start flying. Their attraction to each other is electrifying. Jack knows beyond a shadow of doubt that he wants to be with this woman and when he meets her ex-husband…things get very interesting very quickly. Jack sees a future with Bodhi and Clara if he can convince Clara to forgive Bodhi and learn to trust him again. Unknown to the three of them Clara and Bodhi’s relationship won’t be the triad’s biggest challenge. That will come in the form of Jack’s PTSD…when Jack’s demons surface and he leaves will they be able to go on without him and will Jack be able to find his way back to the family he desperately wants to hold on to?
Forgiven is the latest book in the Power of Three Love series by Leigh Lennon and may have become my favorite of the four books. Clara, the divorced romance writer, Bodhi, Clara’s ex-husband, and Jake, the smooth talking lawyer that falls for Clara are three people that actually want the same thing but could be going about it all very differently. This book sucked me right from the first page until the very last page with their tale of love, hurt, learning, acceptance, and forgiveness. All three are not perfect and have their own issues that have to be worked out but when they communicate and come together it is scorching hot. I also loved seeing our favorites from the previous books pop in throughout the story. And finally, let’s not forget Declan, the young boy that is so very lovable. I can’t wait for more books set in this world.
What a beautifully written story about Jack, Clara, and Bodhi. I’ve read every book in this series and Leigh Lennon just keeps making me fall more in love with these characters. I absolutely loved the chemistry between Jack and Clara, but then Jack and Bodhi meet and their chemistry is unbelievable too. I loved how much Bodhi still loves his ex-wife and realizes how his secret made her lose her trust in him. Yes, Clara still loves Bodhi, but can she ever learn to forgive him for his betrayal? Bodhi and Clara have the most amazing little boy, Declan, you can’t help but love him. This isn’t an easy road to a happily ever after, but I highly recommend this amazing story. You will get to catch up with the previous characters and if you haven’t read about them before, I bet you’ll want to remedy that. I can’t wait to see what this author has for us next.
This series still is and probably always will remain one of my all time favorites. Leigh Lennon creates such a unique beauty in each one of these books with every new triad. Unlike many books with a similar theme every book in this series, particularly Forgiven, is so much more than just a whole lot of extra hot steam. Don’t get me wrong, this book will one hundred percent melt your kindle, but Jack, Clara and Bohdi have a story that is so much bigger than the heat between them.
This is a story of pain, healing, growing and love…especially love. Each one of them have something from their last that they work to overcome and grow from with the strength of the love that grows between them building their confidence to do so. Leigh has created such a special word with these books.
This is the first book that I’ve read by this author and I didn’t know what to expect but it was fabulous. This book is full to the brim with emotional heartbreak, drama, love, hope and forgiveness.
This is book four in the series. The Power Of Three Love #4
I knew I was going to like this book straight from the prologue.
Clara was married to a man she truly loved that is until she found out that he cheated on her. Now years later it’s been hard but she’s moved on and started a new relationship. The problem is that she has never really stopped loving her ex husband, Clara had thought that she had forgiven him but I’m not so sure.
Bodhi was married to Clara they have they were loving and devoted parents to the son they has together, Declan. But he has a secret and hurts Clara deeply. Bodhi was heart broken when she fell for another man, even though he lied to his ex wife when they were married, the man she is with now Bodhi also finds himself falling for.
Then there is Jack when he met Clara he fell in love with her so fast
but he also has a huge, massive dilemma he’s also attracted to her ex husband.
(NO SPOILERS).
This book is a very powerful emotional journey and will have the readers emotions all over the place. This book has twists and shockers that you also won’t see coming. This author has written this story so good and I really couldn’t put this book down, it will have you hooked from the very first page.
These three characters are so strongly connected that it’s blinding.
Clara thought she still had alot of feelings going on that she hasn’t dealt with between her and Bodhi, but she also has some very strong chemistry between herself and Jack.
I always love books that epilogues too as I always feel like it always adds that something extra special to the story. This book was told from different points of view which I always like and prefer.
Thank You to the authors and the publishers for allowing me o read an early copy of this book.
ARC provided in exchange for an honest review.
Clara divorced her husband Bodhi when she found him sleeping with someone else. They share a little boy and remain close to raise him together, she still loves him but cannot get over the betrayal. She decides to move on with her life and one night at a friends party she meets Jack.
After a heated night with Clara Jack finds himself head over heals for her. As their relationship evolves Jack is upfront with Clara about his sexuality and admits his attraction to Bodhi as well.
Can Clara, Jack and Bohdi become a triad relationship? This book will take you on a ride of emotions, lots of drama, heartbreak, mistakes, desire and love.
This was overall a great read and I highly recommend it.
*** Advanced copy provided in exchange for an honest review.***
I absolutely love everything Leigh writes and Forgiven is no different. This story took me through a rollercoaster of emotions, it was intense and heartfelt. I have read all the other books in this series, you can enjoy this book without having read the others in this series… but why would you lol it’s so much more enjoyable when you have met so many of the other characters. When I first met Jack in Famous I hoped we would see more of him.. I have not been disappointed.
Jack, Clara and Bodhi were great, so much chemistry. The writing is brilliant, easy to read and just flows off the pages.
This is definitely a book I would recommend reading.
Adding to an already amazing group of characters, we get Jack, Clara, and Bo. Three years ago Bo and Clara were married and the love of each other’s lives. All that ended when Clara found out that Bo was hiding his true self from her, lying about who he really is and causing everything they had to crumble down like a house of cards. Now, Bo is still very much in love with Clara, but Clara can never forgive Bo for what he has done. They are connected for life by their three year old son, Deacon, so for Bo, the trade off times are moments where he can get a glimpse of Clara, a word or two, those moments besides the ones he has with his son are the moments he lives for. When Clara meets Jack, and they start dating, Bo knows that he has truly lost Clara for good, that there is no chance for them to ever get back together. When Bo learns a bit more about Jack’s past, and the two end up having a spark as well, things take a turn for the interesting. Can Clara learn to trust again? Or is the damage already done?
Another good story for Leigh Lennon, not quite my absolute fav but still a very entertaining read that pulls you in and keeps you on your toes. Loads of drama, some scary moments, spicy times, and loads of a super cute little boy that has us giggling. I give this 4 stars.
Forgiven is book 4 in the series and you meet new characters as well as revisit those from previous books. Clara divorced her husband Bodhi when she found him in bed with someone else. She has finally found Jack and is trying to move on with her life. Jack has been up front with her about his past. Will having Bodhi in his life destroy what he is building with Clara or make them stronger?
Love this series and all the committed triads that form. These characters find love in a nontraditional relationship. I love that some of the characters have to step out of their comfort zone in order to find true love. Jack totally had my heart in Forgiven. Leigh Lennon writes books that are emotional and often tough subjects. Can’t wait for whatever comes next.
WOW!!! This story, I absolutely loved Clara, Jack & Bohdi’s story. This one really tugged at my heartstrings for so many reasons. And let’s not forget about the little boy who won my heart Declan, we was an incredible character and written so well all things considered(don’t want to give any spoilers) This story was about love lost, new loves found, forgiveness and understanding. I laughed and yelled and the characters and cried at both the happy and sad times. And can we talk about Chapter 21 and how HOT that was, probably two of the hottest things I have ever read. I love how even though this is a standalone book, you see other characters from previous book in the story. I did not want to put this book down once I started reading it. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book for an honest review.
I absolutely love The Power of Three series and am always super excited when another one releases. Forgiven is Bodhi, Clara and Jack’s story. And let me tell you…. it has ALL of the feels. It is a very emotional, realistic, intense, and sexy hot story. I loved it.
