Clara
My ex-husband kept a secret from me, when we were married. It was the worst betrayal. Now, after three years, of picking up my life, I’ve found a new man, one who had claimed my heart. He held the same secret, but in his honesty, I can move on with him, the only problem, I’ve never stopped loving my ex-husband.
Bodhi
I lied to my wife for years, never being true to myself. I still loved … still loved her, but without her trust, we couldn’t build a future together. It’s why she was my ex-wife, and my heart was broken when she began to fall for another man. A man I, too, find myself falling for, as I continued to love her from afar.
Jack
My life was a wreck until I pieced it back together little by little. When the captivating Clara entered my life, I fell and fell hard. A secret had damaged her. I won’t hurt her, but is that possible—when I was as attracted to her ex-husband as I was to her?

This author has always connected with me in so many ways. I have always had a secret love for menage romance, but this author continues to blow me away with her words and couples. She never ceases to have suspense and twists and turns with the couples. It is definitely an emotional read with so many real life situations that will resonate deep with you.
This series, which is a series of standalones, interconnects and lets you catch up with past couples. They are couples you have come to love that feel like part of you and your family. I think romance readers will love these books because they truly are an example of what a family should look like, blood or not.
Clara, Jack and Bodhi are put together in a very unusual way. Their lives have interconnected, but they don’t have a complete life yet. They must figure out how to live together, with a child, and get along. Their story is full of many cases of struggle and becoming a better person. It has many life lessons in it that will stick with you long after you’ve finished this book.
Can you forgive thing that had power to destroy your happiness and believing in people? Or maybe there is always a second chance?
I felt in love in Leigh Lennon’s writing long time ago and I am in love still. “Forgiven” is forth book in The Power of Three series and I was intrigued from the beginning and definitely felt in love in this story until the end.
Main characters in this book are Clara and Brodhi who have the most adorable son together Declan and Jack that you may now from the previous book, if you read them as well. We met Clara and Brodhi after they hard divorce which main reason was secret kept by Brodhi that he felt he couldn’t share with his wife despite all love he had for her and that one moment that he betrays her in the worst possible way seems to destroy his marriage. After three years since divorce he still tries to come to terms with his doings at the same time he is still deeply in love in his ex-wife. At one of her friend’s birthday party Clara meets Jack and chemistry and attraction between them in instant. Jack knows without a doubt that Clara is perfect for him but when he meets her ex-husband things start to look even more interesting for all three of them because Jack sees himself with both Bodhi and Clara but first she needs to forgive her husband which definitely won’t be easy cause Clara will have to trust Bodhi again which seems to me and impossible mission. Or is it not? And that’s not even the hardest part because Jack himself suffers from PTSD and when it hits him once again and he leaves will they be able to live without him or maybe will get his second chance and will be able to find his way back to the family that he wanted so hard? If you want to find out you need to read this book.
This story has anything I love in Leigh’s writing: emotional heartbreak, drama , love, hope and forgiveness. Add to this mix amazing characters and you will get amazing story you won’t be able to put down aka “Forgiven” which is definitely a must read for fans of MMF stories.
Wow what a very intense read that will have you reading in one setting and could feel the emotional edge of feeling through the words.
This is the first book I have read by the author and it is an emotional whirlwind. It is the fourth book in the series and can be read as a standalone but I would recommend reading the other books to get to know the other characters and their backstories. Clara thought she had it all, a husband who adored her and a son that she doted on. However, her happy life came to an end when her husband Bodhi betrays her trust in the worst possible way which ends in a divorce. Fast forward a few years, and Clara winds up at a party for her best friend where she meets Jack and the chemistry is off the charts. The more time Clara spends with Jack, the more he is becoming a permanent fixture in her life which will bring some tough conversations for everyone involved. Can Clara learn to trust Bodhi again? Can the three of them work towards forging a relationship? This is one beautiful storyline where the author brings out the real feelings that people who undergo this situation deal with. It is a story of forgiveness and healing that will not be put down until the end. I cannot wait to read more from this author. I volunteered to read an advance copy of this book.
I can’t get enough of this series!
I love Jacks story! It is fantastic. The immediate spark between Jack and Clara is intense and incredible!
When Jack met Bodhi a spark was there too, that grew more intense time after time.
I loved how these three grew in love and trust. Sometimes second chances are worth the risk.
Leigh is one of my favorite authors and I devour everything she writes. Each book is better than the next.
Jack, Clara and Bodhi have an incredible story to be told in this read and what an adventure it is. Bodhi hid part of himself from Clara (his ex-wife) yet he is still madly in love with her. Because of this betrayal Clara divorces Bodhi and meets Jack. The chemistry between these three is off the charts and I love their dynamics. I adore how they all fall unknowingly into a pattern of being there for each other. This author definitely throws in her twists and had me on the edge of my seat the whole time
Leigh’s stories are always so good! I seriously don’t know how she does it! I loved the dynamic Bodhi & Clara had and their love that never went away from each other. I loved that they found what they had been missing in Jack and that we get to see Jack evolve from his past trauma.
This was a wonderful story and I would recommend it!
Forgiven is Book 4 in The Power of Three Love series by Leigh Lennon. This is Clara, Bodhi and Jack’s story. Two of those people share a past together that is full of betrayal, guilt, pain, heartbreak, anger and desire.
This is a very emotional rollercoaster story with a menage touch that has the Feels!! This book deals with real life situations and from the beginning, the book starts with a bang. Bodhi’s failure to be honest with his wife and share his secret(s) ended his marriage and broke them apart with them sharing custody of their baby son. A couple of years later, Clara is moving forward finally when she meets hunky Jack. But Bodhi wants back with Clara. Thing is, Jack likes women and…men. Will Clara let this great new love go or will she open her heart and let both men in?
This is a touching, realistic, unconventional, angsty, steamy, intense, forbidden, taboo romance that will hit you in the heart and soul. It will take you thru the rollercoaster ride of emotions and prove love is the answer.
My Rating: 4.5 stars *********
I feel like each story in this series gets better and each one adds another emotion. This story is not only of three people admitting their feelings and working towards a relationship that works for all three, but it’s also a story of betrayal and forgiving. undying love, and so much passion and devotion for the people you love. Sometimes you can’t choose who you love but you can choose how you move forward.
This book is a triad and honestly are great one at that.
Clara is divorced from her husband Bodhi because of his actions. However, has she every really stopped loving him? Even though they are divorced Bodhi will do anything to protect Clara and their son Declan. So, what happens when Clara starts moving on? Will Bodhi be able to do the same?
Jack, what can I say but d**n is one fine alpha male. Jack has a past that has taken a lot to get past, however, he is not fully past everything. When he meets Clara he knows he has found a good thing and maybe even his future. What happens when he meet her ex-husband Bodhi? What will they do when sparks/chemistry flies between them?
Can Clara and Bodhi get past their past and move on to a future with Jack?
Overall, the things that these characters have to get past to have a future really sucked me into the story. This story was so well written with three points of views flowing seamlessly. I can’t wait to read more of Leigh Lennon’s work.
The first thing that comes to mind when I think of this story is honest. There is a lot of honesty in this book. It deals with very real issues and doesn’t make light of them. Meanwhile it keeps the steam and heat that makes it a MMF story. It shows that everyone, no matter who makes the same mistakes, has the same situations, if not more so because of the matter of trying to maneuver a threesome in a world engineered for singles and couples. This book takes on more serious subject matter. I won’t delve into it because I don’t do spoilers. It’s not fair to the author. Read the blurb and get the gist of the story then read the book. You deserve to get the full enjoyment for which you paid.
In this book we get to meet Bodhi, Clara and Jack. If you’ve read any of this author’s previous trios you’ve met Jack before. In this story we get to explore more throughly into Jack’s history. If this is your first book of this author’s into trios don’t worry. You won’t be lost. If I had one issue that bothered me it’s the cutsie nicknames but that’s just me. It’s not my thing. Otherwise this is a book that delves into several prevalent issues that really matter.
So if this a genre you’re interested in or might be interested in trying out I’d say give this book a try.
So much love for these 3! This book starts off with a bang! And I mean a BANG! Jack MADE this story possible in my opinion! His patience and wisdom are what get everyone on the same page eventually. Clara and Bodhi have serious issues…. love was never a problem with these 2… but regaining her trust is going to be a tough sell. With good reason. But the way that Jack just brings them all together is so smooth…he made it look easy! If you enjoy MMF, second chance single parent story this is one you need to check out! It really does tick off all those boxes and then some!
OMG! I’ve volunteered to review this book for United Indie Book Blog. I love to read books from Leigh Lennon. This is the fourth book from The Power of Three Love series. This is Clara, Bodhi, and Jack’s story. This book was a real roller coaster ride of emotions. Clara was married to Bodhi at onetime. But now Clara is trying to move one with her life with Jack. Jack has been up front with her about his past. But Bodhi and Clara never stopped loving each other. Can Clara, Bodhi and Jack become a triad relationship? There is drama, angst, heartbreak, pain, mistakes, anger, desire, love and yes, forgiveness. I can’t wait to read more from this author. Keep up the awesome work!
Forgiven (The Power of Three Love Series Book 4)
Leigh Lennon
This book takes you on an emotional journey as you read it. It not only deals with the creation of a triad, but many things that people deal with on a daily basis – diabetes, autism, PTSD, betrayal among others. You do not need to have read the prior books to read this one. It will help some with characters that were in prior books. I have read Book 3 and now this one, I want to read books 1 and 2. Having said that, Jack is one of the characters in this one, and you learn so much more about him and his life. He was in book 3 a little bit. Clara, Bodhi and their son Declan are the other main characters. Clara and Bodhi are divorced because Bodhi did not share an important part of himself with Clara, but they both still love the other one immensely. Clara and Jack meet and they have an instant attraction and chemistry. Then Jack and Bodhi meet and you feel the chemistry and attraction with them. Honestly Declan is so cute, and I just loved reading him and what he would say. Some of his comments were so on it and cute, that I just fell in love with him more and more, and so did Jack. Jack is the epitome of an Alpha Male!! Bodhi gives him a good run for the money on it as well. I loved the characters in this one, and the story. Life is all about forgiveness, love, honesty and dealing with events you don’t anticipate, and this one has all of that and more. I am a big fan of Leigh’s, and this one did not disappoint. I highly suggest picking up this book and giving it a shot, I think you will enjoy it and probably won’t be able to put it down.
WOW!!! THIS BOOK!!! FORGIVEN by Leigh Lennon is Unlike Any Book I’ve Read!! She gives you Love in Mysterious Ways with Threesomes and an EMOTIONAL Rollercoaster Ride of Epic Proportions!!
The Power of Three Series will Blow you away from the Very Beginning and you get to meet previous characters throughout the Series since FORGIVEN is #4.
Clara, Bodhi and Jack Storytelling was Such an Adventure that had me laughing hard, my breathe taken away and crying my heart out! I DEVOURED this Beautifully Written Book with its SWOON Worthy Love of Affection with One Another but it had its dark moments.
You haven’t Read any of her Books in this Series….You are DEFINITELY Missing Out!!
This book is so sweet and hot at the same time. As Clara learns to forgive Bohdi the process is showing everyone what they need to do. And I love Jack trying to be the voice of reason. This is my favorite of the Power of Three books. I recommend all of the Power of Three books but this one is the best.
Where do I even begin? I have to mention that this is the first book in the series I’ve read and it can totally be read as a standalone I did not feel lost at all, but, it made me want to know more about the previous relationships in the series so I added them to all my TBR shelf.
Clara and Bodhi had been married for years and during that time he kept a secret from her, a secret that wound up destroying their marriage. Now they are raising their son, Declan, together but separately, which isn’t easy on either of them because they still love one another but realize they can never be together.
Jack and Clara meet at a birthday party and lets just say there was an instant attraction, it was definitely LUST AT FIRST SIGHT but as they perused their relationship Clara knew that Bodhi and Jack needed to meet and that is where things got interesting.
I always enjoy a good triad relationship as long as all parties are getting what they need from the relationship and this one did that in spades for me. Leigh Lennon gave me characters that had me rooting for them right from the beginning even when things weren’t looking good, she gave me a story to loose my self in and it drew several emotions out of me which is always a plus.
If you enjoy Poly/Triad Romances, Erotic Romances, or Second Chance Romances I would recommend this book to you.
Happy Reading!!!
This story deserves way more then 5 stars!! Leigh Lennon did an amazing job telling Jack, Clara and Bodhi’s story and I didn’t want it to end.
This is one of my favorite series to date. I found something in each book that I could relate too and when you find a book/series like that you know the author is amazing!!
I was intrigued by the blurb of Forgiven by Leigh Lennon and I am so happy I decided to read it. A story about heartbreak, very emotional and maybe, just maybe surprising second chances. Clara and Bodhi were married until Clara found out a secret that devasted her. When she meets Jack, she is drawn to him, but she has not stopped loving her ex-husband. But he also wants her ex-husband. Can they find forgiveness and new beginnings together?
Forgiven by Leigh Lennon is the fourth book in The Power of Three Love series, but the first I read. I am, however, definitely going back to read the previous books. It was a book about love, trust and forgiveness.
Read and reviewed for Review From the Heart.
Happy reading!
What an inspiring second chance story. Forgiven has a well thought out story line that had me turning page after page. It was angsty and emotionally raw, I smiled, laughed and cried with these beautifully flawed characters. Ms Lennon wrote this book in a manner that flowed easily and it felt real and genuine and never forced. Warning you are going to fall in love with Declan, the adorable four year old.
Bodhi and Clara have been together since they were only 19, got married, have a four year old son and are divorced. Love is still blatantly apparent, but any of the trust they had has been blown to smithereens. However they remain civil and co-parent Declan. Clara has never moved on and isn’t sure if she ever will. On the anniversary of her divorce she meets Jack and the magnetic force is undeniable. Declan will always come first in her life but she’s enjoying being wanted by a man. When Bodhi finds out about Jack, he is furious with envy. However, Jack has the uncanny ability to control and guide Bodhi and Clara into being more open and to talk about the subjects they’ve avoided. As the rules change and barriers are taken down in the game we call life, connections are made and sharing becomes second nature.
