A new book from my friend Carrie Ann Ryan, that ends one of her most beloved series!
Hot shifters and a stunning storyline make this PNR the perfect escape read!
Where are my paranormal romance lovers at?! You don’t want to miss this book from Carrie Anne Ryan! She’s an instant one-click for me!
What a fabulous ending for this epic series!!! When blade leaves Cheyenne for dead using her life’s blood to power a artifact that will help him to become the supreme alpha little does he know that max was able to save her. But the moon goddess has a set path for her children that once started will bring big change! The evil of blade will cause more pain, sorrow and even great loss, but their will also be great healing and a victory and rebirth to all of the talon pack and their brother tribes!!! Cheyenne and max have crossed paths many time but neither felt the mate bond, but when the goddess opens the door these two go up in flames and it’s beautiful !!! I Love both these characters and Carrie’s storytelling is so friggin good. The ending is truly eye opening and a new beginning for all.I cried so many times because of her writing ,their are many beautiful moments and a deep bonding between these two lovers. Their is also love making that will melt your kindle screen! I don’t want to say too much more ,but I will end by saying this…. Very few writers have touched my soul like this writer and reading one of her books is the whole package, she’s a very talented lady!
OMG Wolf Shifters are so my thing. I can’t get over them. And Carrie knows how to deliver! GET IT!
Love this newest addition to Carrie Ann’s series. It’s just what I wanted to finish out the Talon Pack novels. Jump in and meet Cheyenne and Max!
Great finish to this series. I have loved the Talon pack from the beginning. It is sad to see it come to an end but I think this is a great way for it to happen. I have loved Max since he first came along. He has had some hard things happen to him that have shaped his character into someone a bit different then at the start. Cheyenne is a great character that has been watching her friends find their mates and feeling more on the outside. Just when she plans to step away fate and the moon goddess have another plan. Loved these two together and getting to see one last glimpse (for now hopefully) of all the Talons. Can be read as a stand-alone but I recommend ready the whole series.
Love Carrie Ann! No matter what genre she tackles, you can always bet on her thoughtful touches, captivating writing and original romances. And with these series, you can’t forget the howling steam!
New paranormal release from the amazing Carrie Ann Ryan…and this COMPLETES the series! YAY.
Wow!! What a fabulous ending to an epic series! Cheyenne and Max’s story will at times leave you teary eyed, anxious, breathless, and elated. The two people who thought they didn’t fit in completely are the two that are destined to save them all. This has all the drama, action and passion of the rest of the series but gives you the story behind the Moon Goddess and pack history. I don’t want to to spoil anything, but I loved how deep down they always knew they were meant for each other and that new love and mate bond enables them to face the evil that is Alpha of the Aspen pack…it’s just soooo good!
If you love PNR, don’t miss this series by the amazing Carrie Ann Ryan!
This book was awesome to read, but listening to it made it even better. I was interested for Cheyenne’s character to get her Brentwood and when I realized it was Max I was excited, she is the perfect mate for him. Cheyenne is kind, loyal, and strong, everything that Max needs in a mate, her ability to know when to push and when to let it go made her an even better match for Max.
Max has always been one of my favorite Brentwoods and I have been impatiently waiting for his story. This was beyond what I hoped for. All the characters, give you this sense that they are real and truly exist and the way Max deals with his demons and is coping with loosing a piece of himself is something that everyone should read.
This was book was amazing. The perfect conclusion for the Talon pack. <3 <3
Veterinarian Cheyenne Liles is about as involved in the Talon Pack as any human can be. All of her closest friends are mates to members. But just as she’s decided to step back from that life and the ongoing hostilities, the Aspen Pack Alpha alters everything. Max Brentwood doesn’t see himself as a regular contributing member of the Talons. A desperate call for help from Cheyenne changes everything.
There’s so much in Forever Broken as Ryan wraps up this fantastic series and a few great surprises that I’d rather not give away! It’s the perfect end to this series and touches on the couples from previous books. Not a stand-alone. A must-read for Ryan’s shifter fans! 4 stars
3.5
I have enjoyed this series and these characters and I hate to see it end.
This was Max and Cheyenne’s story. This one didn’t have the same feel as the rest of the series for me. It was hard for me to get into the story and feel a connection and some parts felt rushed. Overall I liked the story and the twist. It was good to see these characters get some peace and their HEAs.
Love Carrie Ann books and I hope to read more about the Talon’s pack. !
What a way to end it, I mean I never thought the Redwood Pack series would end and when it did I have to admit it stung but to find out that the Redwood Pack children were all grown up and that they would be getting a spin-off series and we would get to see our old favorites and some new faces I was pleased and happy. Now to see this spin-off series come to an end it’s bitter sweet I’m actually happy to see it end with Max he’s been one of my favorites since the first book and I was happy to read his story. Max and Cheyenne what can you say this story was truly an epic finale I felt like I was in a movie the entire time and I loved every minute of it. I don’t know what’s coming next but I cannot wait to find out.
5 STARS FOR FOREVER BROKEN!! Wow, the series went out with a bang. This was my favorite book in the series. Max and Cheyenne story had all the feels, with lots of action and romance. This is one series and book you will want to read.
I love the way this author writes books. It’s one you dont want to put down.
FOREVER BROKEN is book 9, the last, in the Talon Pack series. I suppose it could stand alone but really it’s better if all the books are read in order since each story is a part of the overall series arc.
Cheyenne is a vet and the last human from her group of four friends, who have all found their happiness within the pack. But there’s a war brewing between the Talon Pack and the Aspen Pack. Blade, the alpha of the Aspen Pack, changes the course of Cheyenne’s life and the Moon Goddess steps in to create a mating bond between her and Max Brentwood, a wolf in the Talon Pack. Together, they must fight to defeat Blade and the Aspen Pack.
There’s some other major subplots going on but I don’t want to give away any spoilers! I’ll say though that Ms Ryan does a fabulous job of world building, she’ll bring you into this fantastical world of shapeshifters and witches and goddesses and keep you entranced until the very end. This will sound cheesy but this series is like a scrumptious cake…each layer, or story, is precisely placed for maximum enjoyment. And I truly loved getting to know this Pack of extraordinary, charismatic heroes and their courageous, loyal partners. I’m so glad that we got to see many of the previous characters in this last book! The series was all wrapped up in a delicious layer of yummy goodness and I was sad to say goodbye.
Cheyenne was a fabulous character: smart, loyal, loving. Her circumstances weren’t ideal but she persevered through it all, with no whining or complaining. Then there was Max. We’ve seen him throughout the series and I’ve been eagerly awaiting his happy ending. He was probably the most troubled wolf in the pack but again, he stayed devoted to his family and himself. I adored watching these two strong, truehearted characters come together! And I’ll admit to being pleasantly surprised by a certain twist that tied everything together.
If you enjoy suspenseful, paranormal romance with great characters, twisty plots and terrific world building, then I highly recommend this series! Told mostly from dual POVs with a happy ever after. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book.
This was a great way to end the series. I was crying, laughing, and yelling at it not to end. But it was a bittersweet ending and if it had to end than I couldn’t have asked for a better ending. I’m so glad we got to end on Max. He deserved his own book and mate. Can’t wait to read what Carrie Ann Ryan comes up with next
