Everything happens for a reason. So they say, anyway. But, after ruining the best relationship I ever had, I’m struggling to see a reason behind it. Instead, I loathe the man I’ve become. I’m a coward. Somewhere along the way, I stopped living my own life in favour of living for my father instead. What he wants for me, and what I want for myself are two different things. And if I don’t do … things. And if I don’t do something drastic, I’ll lose my balls forever.
I need a new direction.
Boarding a plane to London, I have only one thing on my mind: change. I need to get away from my life, my family and my past to figure out what kind of man I want to be. I’m not looking for a relationship, but when I meet fellow Aussie, Paige, something inside tells me to grab on with both hands.
Paige doesn’t make things easy with her high walls and closed off heart. I find that the closer I get, the more she pushes back and clams up. But it see the struggle there too, she wants me just as much as I want her. I’m f only she’d let me in…
The last time I fell for a girl, I made a terrible decision and ruined it. This time, I’m my own man. I won’t be walking away.
He’ll need to fight harder than ever to win Paige’s heart in this gripping romantic drama featuring new and extended scenes from books A Beautiful Forever and Phoenix, republished as Forever: Beautiful Series, Two.more
Elliot and Paige are perfect for each other! She is leery of getting involved with anyone but he is persistent. They both have things that could hold them back but through it all they come together. There is great character development and the story itself is written magnificently so that you can easily follow along and actually makes the reader feel as if they are part of the story. I love this book and even though it is a 2nd book it fits perfectly within this series.

Elliot makes my heart swoon. I devoured this story
This can easily be read as a standalone book. Elliot Roberts allowed his controlling father to ruin what he believed was the love of his life. Sitting on the flight from Sydney to London to try and find himself after packing up his life and getting a 3 month working Visa in London in his new chosen field as a personal trainer. While on the flight across sitting in the same row separated by a chatterbox lady asking way too many questions is a beautifully however sad looking woman. Elliot reminds himself that he has to change his ways to move forward.
Paige Larsen who is also sitting beside this chatterbox deflects her chatter by putting in her earplugs.
As fate would have it their paths cross again, firstly over the chatting passenger on the flight, then at the baggage collection area before parting ways. That is until Elliot thinks he spots Paige outfront of a hair salon at his local station.
Paige who is working at the salon gets a pleasant surprise to see Elliot walk in for a hair cut. Elliot struggles against the walls Paige continues to put up but Elliot believes that this beautiful sad woman may prove to be his forever love if she would only let him in. His problem is he only in London for 3 months and he wants forever.
A beautifully written emotional read filled with fragility through heartbreak and strength through love. Highly recommended reading.
This book is wellwritten, fastpaced and filled with lots of emotions. The storyline is intriguing. I love the characters. I love Elliot to bits. Love the chemistry between him and Paige. Would love to read more about them.

This is now my second Lilliana book, and I can’t wait to continue this series (It’s fun getting to read them for the first time as a re-release and experience everything in the new format, even if the stories have been out for a while. I just hadn’t had a chance to get to them). We all remember Elliot from Struggle, and I was so excited to get to know him better in Forever, and to hopefully see him get his own HEA.
I like how this book changes between both Elliot’s and Paige’s POV’s, and whilst I was quite frustrated with the lack of communication on Paige’s part, I did understand why she acted the way she did and was very wary to trust. Especially as more details of her past were revealed in the story.
I loved the other flatmates in the story, they made for some fun secondary characters, although not a fan of how they constantly only seemed to care about going out drinking. Maybe that’s a personal thing though, because I’m not a huge drinker myself. Lots of other Aussies are, so its still relatable.
I also really liked that this was set in London. Its still all very Aussie which I love, but its really nice to be able to picture this story going down in a place thats as cool as London.
I loved how Elliot was caring and compassionate and really wanted to be a better person, and how he truly cared for Paige. She still makes some questionable decisions by the end, but again, I guess you can understand due to her past, in a way.
After you finish the main story, you can again go ahead and read the novella. This one is Paige’s backstory, and boy oh boy is it way more than I expected. We know what she went through from the main book, but this step by step what she dealt with, and even though its horrible, its relatable because you hear about these things on the news or see them on TV all the time. It helps you appreciate the ending of the main story even more.
I enjoyed this one and can’t wait for more. Definitely recommend.
