Forbidden fruit is the sweetest…***Raven***I should stay away from Gage “Reaper” Hunter. The Death Dealers MC president is everything I don’t want. That’s what I have to tell myself when he’s close. The more I try to distance myself from him, the stronger my attraction grows. He wants to protect me, but who’s going to protect me from him? Will I be able to resist The Reaper when he comes calling? him?
Will I be able to resist The Reaper when he comes calling?
***Gage***
I want Raven Alvarez in my bed. She’s smart, sexy, and sassy, infuriating and arousing me in equal measure. However, I can’t have her yet. The more time I spend with her, the more I want her… the more I want… more. I’m all wrong for her, but nothing has ever felt so right.
Forbidden fruit is the sweetest, and I’m dying for a taste.

Liked it so much, bought the next 2.
Gage and Raven makes for intriguing characters in this story Forbidden. She has a sister who is a club whore and she doesn’t want to be like her but when she comes to the club, she is drawn it to Gage the president. She tries to stay away but her feelings are all over the place and when she starts to date someone else, he is drawn into the chaos she is creating between her Gage and Chris. This story ends on a cliffhanger.
I have so many books as it is so I wasn’t sure I wanted to invest any time in reading Forbidden even if it was free. But then I read the blurb and decided to check out the inside of the book and realized I really gotten in when I reached the end of the sample so I really had no choice but to download the book.
I really liked Raven, she was a strong young lady, who kept getting stronger with everything her sister through at her. There is Gage the bad boy with a limited moral compass, that was surprising, given what you read and hear in the news. Makes you wonder how much wishful thinking and research went into Alana Sapphire’s characters. I can’t and won’t complain either way because I really liked Raven, Gage and Dr. E. I am relieved that Gage wasn’t so much older then Raven that one would think she had father-figure issues, that would have ruined the story.
The steam factor in Forbidden is there but not because of the actual act of sex. In fact, the participant in question aren’t even in the same building and yet they managed to create some seriously major steam.
I really enjoyed Forbidden because it was a well written and well thought out story that I was able to read through with out any speed bumps like edits. I really enjoyed the back and forth between Raven and Gage. All that being said, I was reluctant to write this review when I got to the end of the book and saw a message say please leave a “spoiler-free” review. I honestly thought that was the worst part of the whole book.
Quotes
I chose this quote because I really like how Raven was quick to step up and stand her ground against a pushy Gage.
“First of all, there’s nothing wrong with the way I’m dressed. Secondly, I may not like that Lonnie chooses to spread her legs for you and your stupid club, but she’s my sister. Third, I don’t even know Super Head or whatever you want to call her. She’s Lonnie’s friend.”—Raven

Not sure what to say about it. It seemed more like a preview of a book than an actual book. Not much character development and they weren’t really relatable characters. Not much plot. Story stopped abruptly and not in a logical place.
the book was ok but what I didn’t like was that it doesn’t end well . The author is forcing you to buy the next book to find out how it ends. It could have ended with the the next story started.
Cliffhanger.
Good characters, but ended wrong.
I’m not really into motorcycle gangs, but this was a quick, easy read with enough to keep me interested. Probably more enjoyable for a younger audience since the main character is only 17 (I’m over 40) but I liked it enough to buy the next in the series.
The writing itself isn’t bad if the writer would just get a clue that a book shouldn’t be just one continuous sex scene! Too much violence, not much plot, it just got so old…
I loved the whole series! I just wish I was able to buy them as a bundle. If you want to read a book that has you wanting more, then this is it! Wonderful Author.
The book was okay. I didn’t care for the fact that the book involved such a young girl and such an older man it bordered on an inappropriate relationship I couldn’t finish the book.
This wasnthe first MC book I read where i cheered for the good/bad guy. Gage was
great, Reaper was better. He was tender and loving and possessive and Savage!
Not the best but good enough that I bought the whole series.
Loved it and now looking for part two.
Can’t get enough of these characters. Definitely reading on…
Good read
This short story is 154 pages of high school push and pull. I knew it was going to end in a cliffhanger as it is part one of three, but I didn’t know I was not going to get any romance. I will not be reading the rest of this series. The female lead, Raven, was too childish; not wanting to break up with her boyfriend until she had full commitment from Gage. Gage read like he was stuck being an adult but really wanted to be a high schooler. Didn’t connect, didn’t care, don’t want to know more. The book was decent, there were a few editing errors and incorrect word choices. I did not even care about the secondary characters so there is noithing to keep me reading. I do think others might like this book.
This is a pretty good book. About a 32 yr old biker waiting for a 17 yr old to turn 18 in 3 months for he can have sex with her. This is definitely a cliff hanger. I am not into cliff hanger
