This is a book that has amazing characters. Hailing from USA is Kat. She is in England and studying. This girl has a plan and goals.
These get thrown off course on the night that she meets the mysterious and sexy Brit, Tristan.
What starts as a kiss becomes so much more. Unfortunately Tristan has a lot on his plate as he is an Earle to be. His family is controlling and have his life planned for him.
One kiss is not enough. These two are admitted but there are forces
And circumstances that are about to cause Drama with that capital D.
I really loved the main characters. This does end on a cliffhanger and can’t wait for the next one!
I really enjoyed this book. I’m looking forward to the rest in the series.
Forbidden was oh my GOD a great read. I read the entire book in one sitting, couldn’t put it down. Wonderful characters with a unexpected twist. Two thumbs up, must read.
Kat made a list of things that she wants to do in college. Who knew that list was going to throw her in the path of a future earl? They start to get to know each other and sparks fly. Little do they know what going home
For Christmas will be like. Left us in a cliff hanger. But worth it!
Hot hot hot! I couldn’t put this book down. Kat and Tristan set these pages on fire. Tristan is tired of dating all the same women over and over and when he meets Kat he is ready for a change. Their story is not an easy one because his father is against their relationship. I can’t wait to read the next book in this series. Definitely recommended.
Um wow kat meets tristen first she’s like nope I’m not sleeping with him then something changes in her but the big twist and what we didn’t seee coming!
This was the first book in a series and it was good! Well written, sexy, amazing chemistry and a big old twist at the end that you will not see coming. My only complaint (which is my problem, not the books) is that it ends in a cliffhanger. I will definitely read the next one because I need to know what happens with this couple!
Forbidden is the first book in the Libe in London series. I really enjoyed the storyline of this read. I absolutely loved that it was based in London.
Kat and Tristan have this amazing chemistry from the start. Kat is an American who recently moved to London with her father and is attending college. Kat is what some would call a goodie two shoes girl…because she is very precautious with her life. Tristan is from royalty and is considered a playboy, when there is so much more to him. Their journey together through this book is amazing and I can’t wait to see where it leads in the second book Seduction.
I received a free copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review.
Love, Love, Loved it!!!
Katherine ‘Kat’ Roberts is an undergraduate student at Magdalene College. She is young, just nineteen and she has never been able to have real friends because of her father’s work obligation. But finally, she feels like she can take a breath and just finally live. Especially when she meets the enigmatic and seductive Tristan Kingsley.
Tristan Kingsley is the future Earl of Pembroke, and known playboy around Cambridge. He doesn’t stay with one woman because he doesn’t need to or even want too. All of it is a game to him and it only goes as far as one night. Never more. But when he meets Kat she changes all of that. What he once thought of women that they didn’t get deeper or care about the world he finds to be wrong. She is changing his outlook on life, but could it be for the better?
This book was amazing to read. I couldn’t put it down. I’m sad about the cliffhanger but I can’t wait to read the next one too see where things go. This is an amazing romance novel about first experiences and love.

This is the first part of a series that’s best read in order & after reading this I can’t wait to read the next instalment. Tristan is used to having women throwing themselves at him but from the start Kat is different & he’s willing to woo her. Kat hasn’t had a serious relationship before & is frightened of being hurt, however the chemistry between the pair is SO hot. Most of this story takes place in Cambridge where they are both studying & I loved it that actual places were part & parcel of the story. Contemporary romances aren’t my favourite genre, I love historical romances but when one of my must read authors writes a different genre then I’ll read it & Ms Smith never disappoints in fact Tristan is a descendant of a character in one of her historical romances. The characterisation is very strong & you really feel that you know the characters. I was drawn in from their first kiss & still enthralled at the end
My honest review is for a special copy I voluntarily read
