This is a well written book with strong likable characters in Cherry and Damon. The author brings an entertaining story filled with tons of action and emotions. It’s a fast paced story with great dialogue and descriptive scenes. The author pulled me in with all the twists and turns and kept me reading to the end. I loved and would recommend this book.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. All opinions in this review are my own and freely given.
What a great read! This book was action packed, fast paced, entertaining, and a great way to spend a lazy afternoon.
Damon and Cherry are great characters that were easy to become attached to. They are the perfect match….the cop and the doughnut maker. Match made in heaven. Damon comes to the rescue and saves Cherry from her ex boyfriend. Cherry tries to close off her heart after what Michael did to her, but can not seem to forget Damon. Damon can not forget Cherry. He stays away, because he knows that Cherry would not be ready for a new relationship so soon after the heck she was put through with her ex. Damon can not stay away any longer and finally decides to see Cherry again.
Storms brew, feelings escalate, revenge is sot, and HEAs are finally obtained…but it sure wasn’t easy.
Strong story line, awesome characters, great description to detail, and engaging dialogue. Written as a 1st person, multi pov with a HEA.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I am voluntarily writing this review for this book I received through Booksprouts arc. Officer Damon Langley and his partner were called out on a disturbance and when they got there they went to the apartment.
It was Cherry’s apartment the owner of Cherry’s Blossoms Bakery.
Her ex was harassing her. Months later Officer Langley comes into Cherry’s bakery she remembers that he like Boston Creme Donuts.
When he ordered she went into the back to make him a fresh one.
Cherry moves into her new apartment and Officer Langley runs into her at the grocery. Damon asks Cherry out and she didn’t say yes quick because she was a little gun shy. Damon was there when she had problem with her ex. A Storm was brewing plus tornado warnings Damon was out checking on people in the town . He sees Cherry’s lights on so he came to her bakery. Twists, turns and attempted murder makes this an exciting book.
This is a sweet, and sexy romance. Love the characters and the storyline. Cherry Maraschino runs a bakery left to her by her grandmother. Damon Langley is a cop that loves her donuts and wants to get to know her better. Between her ex stalking her and the storms hitting the town, they have to manage some rough times. Love the bonus epilogue!!
