After a lifetime of loss, Logan Wade has no faith in things such as justice. He screws and discards women with ease, and deep down, he doesn’t even know who he is anymore. He’s an agent who’s defecting to the Chicagoan mafia, the Syndicate. However, Logan’s tightly scheduled plans derail when he meets Rosalia Calderone, the mafia counselor’s daughter who’s ten years younger, reckless, and doesn’t … reckless, and doesn’t know when to keep quiet.
Shrouded under the secrets of her parents, Rosalia has been kept out of mafia business her entire life until unforeseen circumstances thrust her into Logan’s path. As she grows closer to him, Rosalia sees that there’s much more to Logan than what he shows the world. Even though she realizes it’s dangerous to fall for a closed-off man like him, she’s a girl who always follows her heart.
What starts as a forced acquaintance turns into an illicit affair where risks are taken and bonds are broken, and Logan and Rosalia learn that love can be disastrous.
Every action has a consequence, and matters of the heart are no exception.
A Standalone Mafia Romance. Although part of the Chicago Syndicate world, For Logan is a standalone and can be enjoyed either with or without reading the rest of the series.

Mind blowing series!!
Please see book 9 fir my full review
This really is your typical mafia romance, but I loved the leading lady. She was naïve, but she knew what she wanted and stick with it. As someone who faced fertility issues, I loved how it was represented in this book. It was horrible, but not earth-shattering. And, if you stick to it, you may just wind up with what you want even though it may be in a way you hadn’t expected. I enjoyed it very much.
In this next book of the Chicago Syndicate we follow Logan Richard Wade and Rosalia Calderone’s story. In this story it a hard one with danger, heartbreak, betrayal and love. Logan is a CSI operative but he really wants in the Syndicate where he can get what he wants money to secure the life for him and his Nana. He has loved and lost too many times to succumb to falling again. That is until he lays eyes on Rosalia and then he is shaken to his core. He wants her but how far is he willing to go? Will he sacrifice everything just to be with her or will the cost of walking away be too much? Wow, this series cannot get any better. This book can be read as a standalone but there are other characters such as Adriano, Cam, Luca and Fallon who had their own stories told in previous books. This story broke my heart over and over, but I loved every word. Rosa and Logan are perfect together, they balance each other out so much. The heat coming off the pages was an inferno, great chemistry. This is definitely a must read story and I highly recommend this entire series. I can’t wait to dive into Henry and Mary’s story next.
3.5 STARS!!!
I enjoyed Rosalia and Logan’s story. There was definitely a twist in this story I didn’t see coming. I can’t believe James did what he did but he got what he deserved. I hate what happened with Mykhail but when it comes to mafia life there are no guarantees. I was truly happy that Adam was able to have some happiness in his life because he deserved it. I loved how Mykhail did everything he could to protect his brother. I hated that Logan lost more but as he said, “he lost a lot and gained more in return” but the one thing that bothered me in this story was when Rosa told him she was a virgin. It seemed as if that was all Logan could thing about. I was really tired of the topic. I couldn’t believe they actually argued over it so that bothered me a little. However, it was a good read with a great ending and I look forward to reading the next book in this series.
Soraya Naomi did it again , I was lucky enough to win a copy of For Logan, full of raw, gritty passion, and includes lies, pain and enough twist and turns, Didn’t want put it down, Maybe with get there wedding in the next book some were along the line, Bring on Henry & Mary
