One step closer to paradise…Deva Rainsong never expected to find a soul mate. Now she has two and is on the run from Fate, the divine entity terrorizing the bloodline Deva has sworn to protect. Yet the young chimera and her five lovers still have no idea what Fate wants, or why she is so important to it.The only thing that’s certain is she needs a complete soul in order to have a chance at … order to have a chance at standing up to Fate, but for that to happen, she needs her human lover on board.
Bodhi Dylan is still adjusting to the unusual, yet intriguing customs of the higher races. He’s fallen head over heels for the beautiful, dark-skinned chimera, but doubts he can measure up to the prowess of his higher races counterparts. Besides, he can’t quite wrap his head around how the whole “harem” thing works, because if he agrees to Deva’s proposition, that’s exactly what he’ll be a part of.
But when he learns his participation is the key to her happiness, he’ll have to make a choice: Agree and risk losing his very will, or deny her and always wonder what could have been.

I love the Fate’s Fools series, and this installment draws us ever closer to getting answers. The twists and turns keep pulling me into the games at hand. Deva has not one, but two soul mates, and she and her lovers bond in more sizzling moments while they try to stay a step ahead of Fate. And the mysterious Mr. Chase enters the game, but what is his agenda? With more intrigue and adventurous times ahead, I’m anxiously awaiting the next book!
This series seriously just keeps getting better and more intense as you keep wondering whatll happen next. I am so addicted to the story and love Deva and all her men. I can not wait for the next book.
This is the third book in the series and it keeps getting better. All I want to do is read. Who needs to go to work or sleep? We get some answers but more questions pop up. There’s angst, love , action, strength and lots of twists and turns. This definitely a must read.
I received an ARC of this book and voluntarily reviewed it.
Fool’s Paradise by Ophelia Bell is a wonderful story that I got to read. I loves reading this story cause it has shifters in this story and I highly recommend everyone anyone that loves reading about shifters read this story you will love it.

Deva vs Fate round 3 (a truce?)
Holy drama Batman was this book intense! I wasn’t expecting so much action and plenty of filth to go around. (Seriously I need a shower now)
Character breakdown;
Bodhi: I loved how much more I got to read about him and how he got more than even here thought when he mated Deva. I like him even more now.
Deva: well besides the fact that she is at goddess level apparently she sure does go through a lot of crap. But I love seeing her grow with every book and gain new power.
Llyr: I’m seriously dying to know how his mating to Deva will go because the man fascinates me and his devotion to Deva is so charmingly sweet. I want too see his happiness come.
Ozzie: I’ll admit I wasn’t a fan of Ozzie since this series started but now I like to see Ophelia give the man a break.
Rohan & Keagan: still love them both so darn cute and much more filthy than originally thought.
Fate: I understand it more, don’t like it, but I understand
Chaos: YES PLEASE!!
Favorite quote: When you were lost And the world was dark No care for the cost I dared to embark To find you, to find you . . .
I seeing more of the pattern where the author might be taking this and I have a suspicious feeling that Ozzie is going to suffer more and more. But despite that I look forward to reading what comes next. I am extremely curious about Chase and the bloodline with more power than normal. I would love to jump right into the author’s mind to know!
Deva and company are in more hot water than ever. Fate has decided that she has 2 weeks to find a mate for Sandor. If she can do that, Fate will leave the bloodline alone. Of course, it doesn’t help that he’s in Vegas and that Chaos wants to make a deal with Deva.
Plenty of action and steam as only Ophelia Bell can write it.

I truly love this series. It has everything a lover of the paranormal romance reader could want. There is action, adventure, drama, danger, suspense, twist/turns, bad people, intrigue, surprises, love, lust and hot sexy times. The characters in this book (and the entire series) are strong but with vulnerabilities. I really love how each book answers some of the questions from the previous books and at the same time, sets up the next book so seamlessly. I can’t wait for the next book! I voluntarily received this ARC and this is my honest review.
I enjoyed this, but I’m not really into the demons, chimeras, Fate, etc., but the storyline was good and the characters were great. The ending was good.

This series yanks you in time after time and will not let you go. You will be on the edge of your seat throughout with the action. I cannot wait to see where this is going to go. You will also cry and laugh during this story within the emotions of all of the characters.

The 3rd in the series this one continues to deliver the thrills of a ride. what does Fate really want? will Deva,Bohdi come to terms. this one is action packed, scary, and just plain awesomeness.
Deva and her lovers are awesome characters. She needed a whole harem of men. This book is intriguing and I love all the characters.

I voluntarily received and gladly review an Advanced Reader Copy of Fool’s Paradise. An awesome continuation of the previous books. That being said, however, without reading the previous 2 books, you will be utterly and completely lost. You will not get the full impact of this story or the storyline. I did go back and gloss over the previous book so it was fresh, before jumping into this book. I loved this book. I really enjoy the unique storytelling ability of this author.

There are so many emotions in this book it’s unreal. Deva is till trying to protect the bloodline and fix her soul and the twists keep coming. It’s a great read and keeps getting better. There’s plenty of heat and the story never disappoints. I volunteered to read this book on Booksprout.
I loved the direct interaction with Fate in this story. Deva and the guys are on a mission as Deva learns more about her abilities. Ozzie, Ozzie, Ozzie! Anxious for Fool’s Errand.

Oh My! I love this series!! This is another spellbinding book in the Fate’s Fools Series that I absolutely couldn’t put down. I read it almost non-stop!!! There are a lot of twists and turns that I totally did not see coming. And the ending (a cliff hanger) left me anxiously awaiting the next book to see what happens next. I’m hoping for major forgiveness given to the remaining two of Deva’s (now) future mates. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Why is it that I find myself skimming through most of these books until I almost reach the end, that’s when the book gets really exciting but the book abruptly ends on a cliffhanger and I’m left wanting!
With that mini rant over, I will say this third installment was more of the same stuff. It’s crazy how I can practically predict what’s going to happen, at least between Deva and her mates, because while Deva is a Chimera, she is ridiculously predictable which makes her character a bit boring at times. When she takes on a leadership role, her character totally flourishes and I love that aspect of her. Those mini tantrums regarding Llyr…yeah not so much.
My favorite part of this installment was the concert! That shit sounded awesome! I would love to see something like that, fictional band or not Fate’s Fools fucking rock! Oh and Maddie’s unique situation was also very interesting! I was very happy for her…for all of them!
I can’t say that I’m giving up on these installments due to the cliffhangers, though I hate those things, truth is I’m so invested in Deva and these characters that I just need to see where this all eventually ends. Now I just want to know or rather am curious to know what Deva plans on doing about Llyr and Ozzie, I just hope she goes about her decisions in a smart and mature way…

Wow just wow. I could not put this book down. I hate giving spoilers so you just have to read the book. Anyways this series gets better every book. A must read.
This truly amazing book is a fitting addition to the series. The characters are believable, likable and so filled with courage that they practically jump off the page. I was hooked right from when I first started reading this book until the last page. I had trouble putting it down just to get some sleep in order to go to work in the mornings. There is danger, intrigue, and drama as well as irresistible fated mate connections between Deva and the five men in her life. I highly recommend this book, although to get the full picture as well as a richer experience, you should read the entire series right from the first book, since this is Book 3 in the series. You won’t regret it.
OMG! This series is getting extremely hot and intense. Fate is definitely not liking that Deva doesn’t fall into his rules and definitely doesn’t follow them. This one centers around finding and saving one of their friends and finding his fated mate. This relationship and scenes are very extreme with no limits. Expect m/m, m/f and m/f/m/m. So like I said no limits. I can’t wait for book four.
‘‘This is the third book in this series.
It starts more or less were the last book finished.
We get to meet Deva parents in this one.
There’s plenty of twists and turns and revelations in this one that
makes it nearly impossible to put down until you get to the end
of the book which leaves you wanting more. Definitely looking forward
to the next book to see what comes next.
