A HOT fighter pilot and a steamy Vegas one night stand that leads to more? YES PLEASE!!!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Noah and Jordan made their own kind of magic together in this fast moving romance that heats up right from the start. The rest of the books follow Noah’s fellow pilots in the Wild Aces series. Lots of swoon-worthiness to love 🙂
Not Cleeton’s best work! She has much better stories out there with more relatable characters, less cursing (and sex), and overall a better plot. It was a nice plot in theory just needed to be executed differently. The characters didn’t even have chemistry. All they did when they saw each other was have sex and called that being in love. No, that is being in lust. They had terrible, conceited personalities. I couldn’t stand either of them. I forgot their names already.
You’ll have better luck reading Chanel Cleeten’s historical romance.
Such a great read! I don’t read a lot of military romances, but Fly With Me definitely goes down as one of my favorites.
It’s so great when as soon as you open a book and end up devouring it, you can’t help but just love it. Fly With Me packs in the steam, the excitement over the unknown, and a bit of reality to be in a military relationship. It’s not an easy journey at all, but when you found your person, you wouldn’t have it any other way. I get that completely.
Jordan and Noah were explosive together, they fell in love quick, but it felt so right to me. And I’m pretty sure that’s due to the magic ways of Chanel’s writing.
Loved this one so much and I can’t wait for Thor’s story!
A woman, confident and uninhibited, has a weekend to remember at her sister’s Vegas bachelorette weekend when she encounters a fighter pilot hot shot. Their encounter sizzles and they do indeed fly high only to wonder afterwards if the little spark inside stands a chance when one lives in Florida and the other in Oklahoma. And what of the life of a military pilot that takes him away suddenly at times and the danger is always there. Is that attraction growing between them enough to sustain them against the distance and the danger?
I took one look at this book and had to have it. But even then, I had no suspicion of just how fabulous this book would be. The heat and passion, humor, and oh, the heartbreak were all so worth it.
I grew up as an Air Force brat and I have to tell you that the author got so much right about what it is like for not just the personnel, but the families, too. Well done with the military setting, nicely scripted plot that built naturally and culminated so well. The conflict from the beginning was how do two people carry on a relationship long-distance particularly when neither want the other to have to give up their dreams- and in Noah’s case, he can’t since he’s in the military.
The characters, Noah and Jordan, were fantastic. Noah is cocky and confident like one would imagine, but he has a strong sense of duty and a deep camaraderie with the brothers in his squadron. There is also so much more with his loving, patient, and accepting nature of a woman like Jordan. She is not an easy person and can be rather a ball-buster so she needs a strong guy like Noah who isn’t intimidated or over-shadowed by her. She is strong-willed, demanding, uninhibited, intelligent, and perceptive, but she is also tender and uncertain beneath it all. They were perfect for each other.
I love the idea of a series that will spotlight a different pilot with each new book. I already like the ones I met and look forward to their stories.
All in all, this series is off to a great start. This book had it all and I look forward to more of the same. I would recommend this to those who like heat, passion, heartache, humor, and deep romance set against the world of the Air Force Fighter Pilot.

Fly With Me is the first novel in Chanel Cleeton’s newest series about a group of fighter pilots, Wild Aces. Noah, call sign Burn, is ruggedly handsome, cocky, an amazing fighter pilot, and not much of a relationship guy. It’s not by choice, just not many can get on board with his love of his F-16 or his constant moving and deployments, for example, he’s in Vegas for a week watching his buddies bag randoms on the strip. Jordan is single, a businesswoman, full of attitude, and far too old for the penis crown she is wearing for her sister’s bachelorette. She’s had one night stands, nothing against them, but she’s been thinking about what her future could start to look like if she doesn’t find a partner soon. When the two meet on the dance floor the sexual chemistry between them is hot and maybe a weekend fling is all they need, until they find they can’t leave the chemistry behind in Vegas. Long distance isn’t easy though and the worries that come with dating a fighter pilot just might be too much for Jordan.
Fortysomething million dollars of alloy, fuel, and lube that could fuck you over at any given time and felt so good when you were inside her that she always kept you coming back for more.
Holy hot book! I was super excited when I found out about Chanel Cleeton’s new series and I was not a bit disappointed, in fact I stayed up until midnight finishing it after starting it one afternoon. Noah and Jordan are my favorite type of characters, they’re independent and successful on their own, but together they’re even better. Just in their short fling in Vegas we saw them play a hilarious game of cat and mouse, it was more than get some and done. I loved Jordan as the heroine, she couldn’t have been written any better. She was self-reliant and was immediately likable, her attitude on par with mine. Noah, though cocky, is totally in my book-boyfriend list. The amount of growth he had through out the book was really astounding, especially as he began to really look at his career and what he wanted for himself outside of it. Both had so much depth to them, I could easily read an entire series just about them, and as their relationship heated up I loved reading about them overcoming various issues in order to succeed. They weren’t all about the sex, though those parts were certainly yummy, but their relationship also had communication and was an excellent example of how a relationship can progress quickly when distance is involved.
It felt as though we were playing sexual chess, each of us making a move that took us closer to getting naked.
My Chupacabra dating theory when out the window. Everything went out the window. Hopefully, my clothes would follow. I was going to make this happen or die trying.
There’s another aspect to this novel that made it that much better for me, the amount of detail given to the other Wild Aces made the entire book come to life. This wasn’t just two characters and their meeting, the readers see their interactions with friends and family, their jobs, and can feel the emotions they are going through. I expected the humor and the sizzling chemistry, I didn’t expect the tears in my eyes, the ache in my chest, or the amount of fear I would experience alongside Jordan. Chanel Cleeton didn’t just write a story about a woman and a fighter pilot, she wrote from the eyes of those two characters, as they faced relationship unknowns, high tension situations, good times with friends, and the dangerous reality that comes with dating someone in the U.S. Air Force. Everything felt realistic and the conflicts made the book all the more addictive for me.
He didn’t fit into any box I’d come up with, and now I was coloring outside the lines, imagining all the possibilities of where this could go if I threw caution to the wind.
Fly With Me is an incredibly well-written and emotional book and I am already counting down to the next in the series. I was so engaged in the hilarious push and pull between Jordan and Noah and though I cried a bit, I loved the emotions Chanel Cleeton was able to make me feel. If you’re looking for a read with dialogue that’ll have you laughing, scorching hot romance, and some hot men in uniforms, this is for you. I cannot wait to know more about the men of Wild Aces, especially Easy!
Fly with me was so good. My first book from this author and I’m definitely reading the other books in this series.
Noah is a fighter pilot and Jordan owns and works in a clothing shop with her close friend.
Noah and Jordan meet in Vegas and share an instant connection. They live in different cities and with him being a fighter pilot it takes a toll on their relationship but they both want to see where it can go.
I really enjoyed this book. Jordan and Noah has amazing chemistry and are both great characters. So are Noah’s colleagues, Easy, Thor and Joker who are also fighter pilots.
It was an interesting and fascinating look into Air Force world. Forget Top Gun. The Wild Aces series is so much better.

To it 9 my.
Jordan Callahan never thought she’d find herself in this position… in her thirties, unmarried, and no real prospects of a relationship on the horizon. And nothing seems to drive home the fact that your love life is in miserable shape quite like being a bridesmaid in your younger sister’s wedding, to your very own ex-boyfriend. But instead of throwing herself a pity party, Jordan is determined to make the best of the situation, and embrace all the possibilities of their impending trip to Vegas to celebrate her sister’s last few days of freedom…especially if it means she might have the chance to indulge in a strings free night of fun with a sexy stranger. The girls decide a night on the town is in order, so they do a little barhopping and indulge in some libations, and do a little shaking on the dance floor, and Jordan soon finds herself in a tall and sexy strangers embrace. The minute his body touches hers, she knows she is in for some serious trouble… the sparks are flying and she is quite certain she’s just stumbled in to the path of the elusive chupacabra of men… and man does ever feel good! Now she just has to figure out a way to hold onto him…
U.S. Air Force fighter pilot Noah Miller wasn’t really on the prowl for a bed mate for the night, but his buddy Easy needs a wing man, and he just so happens to owe him big, so he finds himself wandering towards a group of beautiful woman celebrating the impending nuptials of their friend. The minute his eyes land of the beautiful blond gyrating on the dance floor with a penis crown on top of her head he can’t help but be pulled in her direction, and the minute his body aligns with hers and they start dancing he knows there’s no way in hell he’s going home alone tonight! The sparks that are surging between them are unlike anything he’s ever felt, and he knows he needs to find a way to convince her to spend a little time with him!!! But the more they dance, the sexier things get, and the more he realizes one night with her might not be enough…
The second my eyes landed on the page, I felt everything in my world shift, and that’s when I knew I was about to embark on something truly special, something that was going to leave an indelible mark… and boy did it ever!! The minute Noah waltzed onto to the page I knew I was in trouble, the man radiated undeniable sex appeal and that coupled with his domineering, yet sometimes gentle, personality, had me completely at his mercy. And the deeper I got into the story the more he stirred my emotions, and made my investment into his story grow… and the farther I fell for the sexy pilot! This is by far one of the most impressive first reads I have had the pleasure of settling down with this year, Ms. Cleeton completely won me over with this one, and turned me into a lifelong fan!! The minute the last page was turned I was left aching for more, and was no where near ready to walk away from her sexy fighter pilots… they struck a cord with me, and I have a feeling they’ll be lingering with me for a long, long, while!! Highly recommend this one, it’s sure to reach in and grab your heart and not let go, and leave you with a renewed sense of appreciation for our military men and woman!
This book. This book had me staying up until 2AM to finish it. I started it earlier in the day and I absolutely could not put it down. Sleep was not a high priority and neither was being mentally present the next day. AND I DIDN’T CARE.
I discovered Chanel Cleeton last fall and I fell head over heels in love with her and her writing. Lo and behold in the last book of the Capitol Confessions series, there was an excerpt for this book. PILOTS. F-16 PILOTS. Can you say catnip?
When I was thirteen, Top Gun came out and I was OBSESSED. We went to the Naval Museum in Pensacola, Florida that summer and I sat in an F-16 cockpit and I was convinced I was going to be a pilot. Time passed and I came to appreciate the volleyball scene more and frankly, I was always more of a fan Slider than Maverick. Which considering that Maverick (Tom Cruise) turned into a couch jumping, Zenu loving weirdo, I feel even better about my choice. (FYI- Top Gun pilots were Navy, Cleeton’s pilot’s are Air Force… there is a difference.)
So, the book. I read it again as I tried to gather my thoughts and it sucked me in all over again. Noah and Jordan have absolutely staggering chemistry from the very beginning. They even allude to it in their own thoughts. And its absolutely true! It’s one thing for the characters to say that have chemistry but it’s another when the author makes you FEEL and BELIEVE the chemistry. To the point where you’re totally ok with that fact that it’s basically love at first sight.
Upon their first meeting in a bar in Las Vegas, it was lust at first sight but as Noah and Jordan spend more time together, it obvious that their attraction is more than just physical. There is an incredible dance club scene that makes melt every single time I read it (Catnip!) and their connection is obvious and immediate and DELICIOUS.
Noah and Jordan have that “We just met and I can’t enough of you, when I can I see you again?” thing going on. Noah is a pilot, stationed in Oklahoma and Jordan lives in Florida. This is a long distance relationship with a complicated twist. They do the best they can to see each other and learn even more about each other. Throughout the love story runs the very real complication that is Noah’s job as a pilot. Many of us know military couples/ families and see the reality of their relationship, the moving and the time they have to spend apart. I have an immense amount of respect for the sacrifices those couples and families make.
While Cleeton writes an incredible love story but she does not short change the reality of the Noah and Jordan’s future. The danger of his job, where will they live and can Jordan give up everything she knows for him?
In the middle of Noah and Jordan’s sweet and RIDULOUSLY sexy love story… there’s pilot FLIGHT SUIT sex… we meet Thor (guh) and Easy. I need these books and I need them NOW. Ok, so I may have Thor’s book on my Kindle right now. (July 5th) Easy’s will book be here in January and I’m telling you…his book is going to be a DOOZY. Holy crap.
This review feels completely all over the place and it IS because this book completely rocked my world and I’m still discombobulated over. I swooned, laughed, cried and I even had a number of Noah induced hot flashes. Fly With Me is on my Best of 2016.
So I can with 100% certainty recommend this book. You need this book. You need this book. Go… buy it now. Thank me later.

This is the first book in the Wild Aces Series and the first book that I’ve read by this author and I was not disappointed. The cover grabbed my attention first, wasn’t a big fan of dual POV but that didn’t matter after the first couple of chapters. This is a emotional, sexy book that has great characters, one hell of a plot and is exceptionally written. I cannot wait for book 3! I loved the details of that was exposed about Air Force Life, and it was so accurate, I, myself am married to a AF veteran and the facts was nailed….
U.S. Air Force Fighter Pilot Noah Miller whose call sign is Burn and flying is his passion and it consumes his life, he is stationed in Oklahoma. While on a trip to Vegas he meets a curvy, beauty partying with her sisters bridal party. He thinks this is going to be a hit and quit it hook up…
Jordan Callahan is the owner of a clothing boutique in Florida. She meets hunky Noah and his sexy swagger. He asks her to dance and that dance may lead to her finally finding love.
One weekend in Vegas leads to her flying out for weekends in Oklahoma and long distance phone calls. The long distance relationship and the life of a military man isn’t easy and it can threaten the duration of their romance. But when a friend and co-pilot dies during a training mission the danger becomes all to real for Jordan. Jordan and Noah must decide if the love they share is worth the risk and giving it a shot at HEA.
