Love is so overratedMaya never expected to get kissed when she walked out in her ratty old hoodie (and nothing else) to get the mail. But when a shirtless god jogs down your street, grabs your face, and kisses you… you kiss that man back! Cooper is on a mission to find the love of his life, and he’s gotten desperate. Over thirty years old with more money than he could spend in his lifetime, he’s … money than he could spend in his lifetime, he’s ready to spoil and love his soul mate. After hiring the beautiful woman he kissed on the street as his realtor, he’s convinced that fate has led him to her.
Maya doesn’t buy into fate and definitely doesn’t want something serious. She’s not ready to become one of her baggy-eyed friends who all have two or more kids and one or less husband. But when Cooper challenges her to a week of living the married life, Maya dives in headfirst thinking she’s sure to prove that singlehood is really the way to go, even if she does end up falling head over heels.

While it was a smidge spicier than what I normally read, I know I can count on Cassie to deliver the most heart felt characters. Wonderful story with a wonderful transition that gives you a preview of the next book.
I loved the banter between Maya and Cooper.
Billionaire Romance with Much Comedy
This is not a sweet or clean romance. Worse, it is difficult to skip over the graphic sex because important conversation is occurring at the same time. This is a very good story about real love and finding out what one really wants out of life. It seems to be the first of a series. In spite of the graphic nature of this book, I want to read the next. I received this book for free and this is my honest review.
Loved it!! It’s a Cassie Mae book so that was to be expected. Cooper was amazing, I loved how blunt and straight forward he was with Maya. It was also refreshing to have a male character be so confident with wanting a wife and children. Again Cassie Mae touches on a sensitive topic which she handles beautifully and makes the character more relatable. As usual I can’t wait to read the next Cassie Mae book!
You seriously cannot go wrong with a Cassie Mae book. Loved this!
Short review. This is the first book by Cassie Mae that I have read but certainly not my last. The book hooked me from the first page to the last, I don’t want to give anything away so I’ll say this there are parts that will make you laugh, smile and even cry and then smile again. I am looking forward to the next Nerdy Thirties book.
