Another fresh storyline by Rich. I wonder who you will picture as Vlad? The story said he is a cross between Brad Pitt and Christopher Walken. I couldn’t wrap my head around that because I pictured Jeremy Plemons from the movie Game Night. This book made me crave three things: garlic, sushi and more books. Luckily, all 3 are readily available. …
Review Snapshot : When searching for laugh out loud romcoms books from this author kept popping up so I decided to give this one a try. WOW! This book is HILARIOUS! I laughed so much while reading it!
Laugh out loud romantic comedies have always been my favorite genre to read. Lately though it seems like all the romance books I pick up …
Funny with witty dialogue. There’s an ex-boyfriend who’s annoying. Despite him, engaging characters and happily ever after.
Rich Amooi’s stories are solidly entertaining. It’s fun to read rom-com written from the perspective of a male author–and in this book, Cedric and Ellie are particularly well-suited for each other. He’s habitually 5 minutes late and she can’t stand tardiness … and that’s just one of the many obstacles they have to overcome before they get their …
Sweet romantic comedy. The author brings quirky characters to a sweet love story with a happy ever after.
The characters were interesting and I enjoyed seeing how they develop through the course of the book.
I enjoyed the story and the writing style. The story was unpredictable which kept me interested.
A very easy and enjoyable read!
Cute
Loved this book. Laughed more than I cried. Chance meeting of a lifetime if you waited just 5 minutes more. Loved Ellie and Cedric with the constant chance meetings and let’s not forgot Ellis date number 4. Lol funny
Great book.
A sweet, fun romance. Rich’s books are always a sure bet for enjoyment!
I didn’t really care for this book. Too much smutty talk between the guy friends. I didn’t finish it and I almost never leave a book unfinished. I read a lot and this one was not for me.
Not the worst. Writing wasn’t bad, it was just an odd combination of funny and super-serious that didn’t quite mesh.
This book was about five minutes late for me. It did not draw me in so I would keep reading. At the beginning I kept having to go back to figure out who was who, which made me keep losing the flow. Is that no character development? I felt like I was wasting my time rather than enjoying my time so I gave up – did not finish.
