This is a KU series, and I won an advanced copy of the 3rd book. I miss the library when I win out of order books in a series, but Kindle Unlimited saved the day on this one! I very much enjoyed this story. Carla is an excellent writer!
Oh, this was beautiful. Loved the main characters and their banter from the first page, their romance, their journeys and the incredible descriptions of the Isle of Skye. Better than a tourist brochure. I want to go there! Beautiful story set amongst a stunning vista with a family who’ll totally embrace you on sight – what more could you want?

This book is for you if you are mostly a romance readers. The hero is great! What I really enjoyed about it, though, was the descriptions of Scotland! I’m really wanting to go there now!
A wonderful read
Loved this story and consider it one of my favorite romances.
Scotland!! Carla Laureano captured the magic of Scotland really well and how Scottish men act when you say you don’t like Scotland. 🙂 I wish this book had been longer. I wanted more of their relationship and how they made it all work. But I loved the characters, the romance, the food, and Scotland!
Best five days you’ll ever experience. Great story, great writing. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
