“Hot, sweet, funny, a little bit angsty but most of all, it’s just a great story that will keep you enthralled.” It started out as a joke. I needed a wedding date. Jocko Brewer at my office was the perfect candidate. Handsome. Rich. Slightly cocky. Great in bed.And now… my fiancé. The ring was his idea to get his mother off his back about ‘getting serious with someone.’Flashing the enormous … serious with someone.’
Flashing the enormous rock front of my ex in Cancún was a nice bonus.
Jocko has his reasons for wanting this fake engagement, and I have mine.
But I never imagined our time in the sun would be the best five days of my life.
I definitely never thought I would fall for a man like Jocko, a player who has broken more hearts than I have pairs of shoes.
But a deal’s a deal, and five days in paradise is all we get. Now how do I stop myself from falling in love? Because this is only temporary.
Turns out five days can change your whole world.

This latest book by Mickey Miller was amazing. The premise of the story and the location drew me in from the beginning. The fact that Jocko and Allie had been coworkers for several years and were able start out as friends who become more as time goes by. Jocko has been keeping his feelings to himself all this time. As when Allie first started working for the same company she had a boyfriend. Jocko was a patient man. The setting of the wedding of Allie’s friend Payton was great. It definitely brought back memories of my recent visit to Cancun. The chemistry between Jocko and Allie is so steamy and passionate. With every new Brewer brother Micky writes I find it hard to choose which one I like more. I love them all and can not wait to see which one we get to meet next. Each one is so unique in his own way. I will say I see a lot of Micky in this newest story. I absolutely loved the HEA!
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
Absolutely addictive! Mickey Miller has given us another unputdownable read with Jocko and Allie’s story. I’d give them ten stars if I could! I can not gush enough about these two. Scorching hot chemistry with a side of hilarious, I just couldn’t get enough.
I’m such a sucker for a fake fiance story, and Five Day Fiance did not disappoint. Both coworkers in the same Tech company, Jocko and Allie work together to pull off a relationship for five days at a destination wedding. Jocko is a commitmentphobe and Allie can’t seem to move on from her ex. Who by the way, will also be at the wedding with his new fiance.
I loved watching these two as the sexual tension rose and how natural everything became between them. I loved all their little movie references and inside jokes between them. These characters couldn’t be more perfect together.
This is my first book in this series and cant wait to go back and read the other two Brewer Brothers. Amazingly written in dual POV, Five Day Fiance is book 3 in the Brewer Brothers series, but a complete standalone with it’s own HEA. Equally amazing dually narrated by Joe Arden and Savannah Peachwood, this duo could not be more perfect to bring Jocko and Allie’s voice to life. Loved the audiobook and totally recommend to pick this book up in any form. You definitely don’t want to miss out.
I enjoyed the premise of this book and I loved the first 2 books in this series so I knew I’d like this one.
I felt like some of the scenes were a little awkward in the writing but overall, I was rooting for Allie and Jocko. And I hoped for a happily ever after.
Mark was a character I loved to hate. I wished he wasn’t so secure in his new relationship, but he seemed happy in his new situation. Mark and his fiancé created the most awkward scenes. Like they wanted to all be besties. Weird.
I felt the story needed a little something more…that’s why I gave it 4 stars.
This is the first book of author Mickey Miller that I’ve read and I have to say, what the heck took me so long to grab one of his reads?! I was hooked… I absolutely loved Five Day Fiance: the banter, humor, and characters completely sucked me in!
If Mickey Miller is a new author to you, I suggest you grab any of his reads and get ready to claim another book boyfriend! I started with this one and will be working my way to read all of his books.
Five Day Fiancé is a deliciously fun and an entertainingly fantastic read!! Allison needs a plus one to a destination wedding where her ex will be present, so she asks Jocko, her co-worker, to go with her as her date. Jocko accepts her invitation and asks for a favor in return. The chemistry between these two is explosive, and I loved their witty banter. From the opening page to the final word this is a book I couldn’t put down. The exceptional writing, witty dialogue, fantastic character development and clever storyline makes Five Day Fiancé a book you must read!!
Allison is desperate to not look alone when she has to see her ex and his fiancee. Jocko is more than willing to help her out. This is only the beginning. Allison and Jocko are in for the trip of a lifetime. I love how real Jocko likes to make things as the pages heat up! The chemistry between them is so intense, it is fun to watch them fight it. When couples fake romances and think they will never be more than that, I find myself laughing harder and just waiting for the couple to catch up to my predictions. Mickey Miller has a way to twist things up and keep you guessing, but make you laugh along the way.
Joe Arden and Savannah Peachwood bring this story to life. I felt as if I were a fly on the wall as I listened to this book. Joe and Savannah have complimentary voices that are easy to listen to. Joe Arden narrated Jocko as I imagined him. I really enjoy Savannah Peachwood’s narration. She has a way of narrating that brings out the best of any character. Overall, this was an amazing listen.
Hilarious romantic comedy/friends to lovers/coworker romance. Jocko and Allie are only supposed to be pretending to be a couple at Peyton and Maddy’s (from The Substitute) destination wedding, but it doesn’t take long before their charade becomes all too real thanks to their undeniable attraction to each other. Loved the crazy situations they got themselves into and the fun peripheral characters like Rhonda and Paco. I’m looking forward to the next Brewer Brothers book!
Five Day Fiance is a fantastic office romance/friends to lovers story. Jocko and Allie have been working together for years, and there was a connection there from the beginning. Respecting each other lives, not crossing any lines, but working in sync like few do.
Their story has some laughs, and sweet moments, where you see their connection, and how it blooms, all the while as you root for them. Their chemistry is intense and oh so hot, brought in Mickey Miller fashion.
I have loved all of Mickey’s stories so far, and this has certainly joined that list. Jocko may be one of my favorites, even though I love all the others. I also love how he integrates characters from other books, whether they make a full appearance, or just a shout out. I can’t wait to see what Micky comes up with next.
Five Day Fiance is the third book in the Brewer Brother’s Series, and this story follows Jocko, the bachelor for life! That is untill his co-worker Alli asks him to go to a destination wedding with her.
In true Jocko style, he has to “up the anty” and decides to make everyone think they’re engaged.
Does what happens in Cancun stay in Cancun?
This book will have you laughing your ass off one minute, then steal your heart the next.
Jocko is my FAVORITE of the brothers! I fell hard for him, and Allieface,,,,, she FINALLY gets her HEA!!!
Five Day Fiancé
Brewer Brothers, Book 3
By: Mickey Miller
Narrated by: Joe Arden, Savannah Peachwood
This book is just what I needed!! Mickey Miller has the perfect blend of humor, push and pull and hot passion all rolled up in this episode of the Brewer Brothers series! Jocko and Ally’s story is office to romance, Ally needing a date to a wedding her ex would be at, and Jay giving his mom that happiness of him being ready to settle down. Little did these two know where it would lead. Talk about combustible chemistry, these two are off the charts. Miller has a winning combination, had me laughing out loud, smiling with the romance and really enjoying this building relationship. With a cast of supporting characters to drive you crazy and add to to the fun, this is a listen you should not miss!
Joe Arden and Savannah Peachwood add to the fun with their fantastic narration. Their comedic timing and intuitive voices make this listen all the more enjoyable. It’s the perfect team making me laugh and swoon!

4*
Ali has been invited to her best friend Payton’s wedding to Maddie, unfortunately so had her ex Mark & his new fiancée Barbara.
Jocko works with Ali & has managed to keep his feelings for her hidden but when she suggests he accompany her to the wedding his protective nature comes out in force.
The story really had the feels for me it expressed how a break it would feel to Ali. I liked the character of Jocko and how he was confused about his feelings.
Another great audio book with wonderful narrators.
What happens in Cancun, is unforgettable…
These Brewer brothers, *le sigh*…totally dreamy. And Jocko, right now? Dreamiest!
Allie is still feeling a bit emotionally bruised after her long time relationship ended, and he has moved on, getting engaged soon after. Now she has to spend a week in paradise with all her happily coupled college friends for Peyton & Maddie’s wedding. Oh, and her ex is one of those that group.
She’s been working with Jocko for three years. They’ve got a great work relationship. And he’s hot, single, and the perfect footloose and fancy-free companion to survive that destination wedding with.
Jocko has been attracted to Allie from the start, but he’s a bachelor for life…or at least until 40. He agrees to go with her but he has a request. Pretend to be his fiancee to get his mother off his back.
Little does either expect this trip to end up changing their lives! It’s fun, HOT, and surprisingly full of feels.
Sweet, witty, steamy (sooo, steamy!), and, did I say steamy already? Allie and Jocko start this trip not expecting it to be more than fun. They finish it with so much more.
Obviously we get to see Peyton & Maddie and enjoy their HEA.
And, omg, I did say steamy already, right? Hot, Hot, HOT!!
I received a review copy. I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
A fun and heart lifting love story. I always love to read Mickey Miller cause I know I will always have a smile on my face, and heat in my veins. His characters always remind me of actual people I know in my life. His books are my favorite to read with my coffee.
I loved this book! Mickey outdid himself with this book! It’s my favorite so far. Allie and Jocko were friends pretending to be engaged, but soon the sparks flew between them. They make an amazing couple with incredible chemistry! This story was funny with witty banter, drama and hot, steamy sexiness!
Five Day Fiancé was a fun and sexy read! One-click it and you’ll love it too!
I loved the blurb for Five Day Fiancé by Mickey Miller and could not wait to read it. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed! I loved Jocko and Allison’s story so much. A cocky arrogant man, Jocko loves his life as it is. He is charming and sexy and he knows it. Allison is in a bind. She needs to attend a destination wedding where her ex is bringing his new fiancé. Someone he has only known for months, when they dated for years. She cannot show up alone. Enter her co-worker Jocko.
Their relationship may have started as pretend, but there is nothing pretend about the chemistry between Allison and Jocko. The more time they spend together, the more things begin to feel real. Another great read from Mickey Miller and one I highly recommend. It was fun and charming.
4.5-stars. Read and reviewed for Sultry Sirens Book Blog.
“Because damned if I’m not starting to fall for the man. And this feels like a dangerous fall, one I fear might be all by myself.”
One thing I love most about this Author’s books is that they are always uber hot. This one was no exception, Jocko and Allie had tension and attraction abound even though it was a farce to begin with. You are pushed/pulled in different directions wondering….will they? won’t they? No matter what, you will be entertained the entire time because I’m not telling, you’ll have to work for it like I did. Another sinfully hot, twisty, incredibly sexy tale in The Brewer Brothers Series!!!

Just……WOW! Jocko is SO swoon worthy! Jocko and Allies chemistry is super HOT! This book will have you swooning and so hot and bothered in a good way. The storyline is great and I guarantee you won’t be able to put it down so be ready to read it in one sitting!
So what do you do when both you and your ex are invited to the same wedding that he’ll be bringing his fiancee to? Well, you invite your sexy as sin co-worker to go with you of course. What could possibly go wrong? Omg. This book was so cute and the chemistry between the characters was amazing.
I love the heck out of this book! I think it helped things along with the fact that they were friends already before anything happened. This book was sexy and fun and dramatic. Jocko is definitely my favorite Brewer brother so far. I’m ready to read this book again and again.
When two friends decide they can pretend to be more at a destination wedding, apparently both performances are Oscar worthy because Jocko and Allie are believing their roles are real. Engaged, in love, waiting to begin their HEA!
Jocko has harbored a secret affinity for Allie from day one but she was spoken for. Now…she’s unattached and in need of his companionship. Their pretend romance also helps get Jocko’s mom to ease up on his dating life. It’s a win win. But when the couple cross the line of friendship and get called out by her ex, their jobs, and friends, well things get complicated. Both send mixed signals, both run, both lose the battle.
Can they pretend or will they finally give in to reality?
