Last Stand (The Black Mage Book 4) It is an awesome book.
Such an emotional ending…
I loved it…
Enjoyed it so much I bought the rest of the set !
Every time I read this story, I’m reminded of just who incredibly awesome it is. It has an awesome world, an interesting, magic system, a school for future mages, and a girl who has to try very, very hard to get to the top. 🙂
Ryiah always wanted to be a mage and train in Combat, the most prestigious and the most intense faction of magic.
…
Nothing have ever touch my heart and moved me and ruined me like this series.
It’s the best thing I have ever read and I don’t understand why the whole world isn’t screaming about it. It’s just that perfect.
It got it al:, strong ambitious female lead, a dark do we like him or do we hate him love interest. Evil King. Rebellion. Magic. Loyalty. …
I very much enjoyed this book! It had just the right balance of action, friendship, and intrigue.
Falling into this book felt almost like reading a Tamora Pierce book– Strong Alanna vibes with things to love that made it entirely its own thing. You can bet that I’ll be reading on to the rest of the series!
Great story, characters you can’t figure out without knowing them better, loved it!
The protagonist is so incredibly annoying. Tired of the cliched “oh she’s the strongest witch we’ve ever seen in our entire existence” but yet she screws everything up and is constantly in trouble for not being any good.
took to long to get into it and it reminded me of harry potter
Great story, looking forward to reading more of this series.
VERY GOOD SERIES WISH THERE HAD BEEN A FEW MORE BOOKS.
I enjoyed this series. Looking for more to read by this author
Great young adult series. Enough magic and adventure to keep you entertained.
I fell in love instantly.I cried when I found out I didn’t have a way to read the rest of the series
I still do.
If you enjoyed the magical world of Harry Potter and the Bella – Twilight series you will love this book by Rachel Carter. Twins with magical abilities go to academy where there are three different apprenticeship’s. Ryiah meets the second born prince and begins a love hate relationship.
I highly recommend but prepare for descriptive violence …
Read all 4 books…all were good. my experience has been with most series the quality falls off…
this book hooked me and i enjoyed the next book. that book is one of two I have not read for free in months and months. it was well worth the expense.
Thoroughly enjoyed this book. Love the relationship between the twins.
This book was very enjoyable and kept me wanting more. I ended buying the entire series because I wanted to know the ending of the story. Beautifully written with strong characters. Highly recommend!
It was really boring and hard to get through. I thought I was branding a bad knock off of Harry Potter.
