Fire to Dragon by Tonya Cannariato is the third book in her Red Slaves series and what a fantastic series this has turned out to be. Following in the paranormal fantasy genre with dragons, magic and enough romance to drawn in any reader. Getting more background story on Anne Crosby, you get to see what her new normal is going to be as a dragon. The more that she learns about her powers and the more she realizes that it is more about trial and error than it is about really getting true guidance with this new normal for her. Anne is the queen of Russian dragons, and with that comes allot of power that she is having to learn to handle. Her determination and attitude towards this new phase in her life is something that will make the readers love her even more. Meeting her mate, Ivan, you get to see how he supports her and lifts her up during this hard time in her life. The love and support that both of these two have in their relationship is a total #relationshipgoals for anyone looking for true love. Danger has become old hat for Anne and Ivan, as they know that with each new development they will have to support each other in order to make sure that they make it through that challenge alive. Cannariato is a newer to me author, only having found her with this series but I am so glad that I found her. Her writing style is one that will draw you in from page one, while her characters and storyline will keep you hooked until the very last page. If you are looking for a new fantasy or paranormal series that will be sure to take you away than this is the one for you!

Fire to Dragon is book three in the series and my favourite so far. Tonya keeps getting better and better with the writing of this series.
Anne has just found out the news that she is the queen of the dragons and friends and allies have betrayed her!! The FSK are still on the hunt and if Anne doesnt find what she needs then once again the dragons will become slaves.
Anne has a much more dramatic character this time and have enjoyed it more and more with each book.
Fire to Dragon by Tonya Cannariato is book three in the Red Slaves series. I definitely recommend reading books 1 and 2 for backstory. This story continues after Anne has accepted she’s a dragon-shifter. I found this to be a pretty good book and enjoyed the continuation. Again I like the authors writing style and enjoyed this book. I think the writing is good and I enjoy the characters. I would read others by this author. 4 star rating
Red Slaves book three: Fire to Dragon written by Tonya Cannariato. This series just gets better and better and book 3 is the best so far. As Tonya Cannariato writes this story you can feel the love she put into it. As Anne and Ivan continue to learn about the old ways you are also learning about their three kids and the differences between them all. With danger always present after everything that happened in the previous two books she is even more on high alert with every situation. I am excited to read the novella which is also book four Dragons Pursuit.
Fire to Dragon Red Slaves book 3 by Tonya Cannariato
Four Stars
This book was a big improvement. I enjoyed it from beginning to end. The author gave us a story full of betrayal, imagination, courage and even faith. It really takes a great writer to weave a magical tale of dragons and the years of knowledge hidden in ancient places. I love babies so imagine my excitement at baby dragons. Anne has grown as this story progressed. I am glad that she didn’t let fear and insecurities stop her from experiencing what life awaited for her.
Fire to Dragon by Tonya Cannariato
5 stars!!!!!
I am in dragon heaven with this book. This is the third book in this series and the books just keep getting better and better. The world that this author has created is just getting better.
The way that Anna is adjusting to being a dragon and her mate bond with Ivan is getting more better as the series goes on. In this book Anna does well to help her mates brother and protect her children There is a twist in this book I didn’t see coming and was very impressed with the outcome. I really enjoy this authors twist on the dragon legend. I really enjoy this series and I cannot wait to read more of it and also more by this author.
Fire to Dragon (Red Slaves) by Tonya Cannariato
5 out of 5 stars
Fire to Dragon is book three is the Red Slaves series written by Tonya Cannariato and it’s the third book that I have read by this author. The characters are amazing and the story line was great. We get to see my favorite researcher and her mate. While watching her adjust to being a dragon and she is not any ordinary fire-breathing beast, but the next queen of the Russian dragons. A queen without her court.
Magic transformed Anne into a dragon and gave her the right to rule, but Magic forgot to give her a guide book for the new world she’s living in. So she is learning as she goes.
Anne made dangerous enemies when she stole the power of the dragons from the Russian government. The FSK is hunting her. Allies have been turned into traitors. And her tenuous grip on power depends on her finding the missing people who complete her court. If she can find them in time, there is a promise of immortal joy. If she can’t, then the dragons will once again become slaves.
Will Anne find the missing people in-time to complete her court or will she fail? Will the FSK catch her and the other dragons? Which ally turned traitor and what will happen to this traitor?
I highly recommend this book/series and I advise you to read these books in-order so you can follow along and not be like me and be lost. If you want the answers to my questions than I advise you to read this book/series.

Fire to Dragon (Red Slaves #3)
By Tonya Cannariato
Rated 4 stars
This is the third book in the Red Slaves series. The characters were growing and maturing. The writing was stilted at times but overall enjoyable to read. This story picks up with seeing Ivan and Anne and their three children. Learning how to parent dragons is difficult when Anne struggles with her own dragon powers. Will she fail or prevail?
Throughout the story we get to see Olga again. Though ten years have gone by and many changes to Olga and Andrei’s family the friendship is still there. Much of this book is spent on finding Fyodors mate along with Anne learning her powers. There are also the three offspring of Ivan and Anne. They create many enjoyable moments. The first chapter in this book was a bit difficult for me to follow. I kept thinking I had missed a book or something. Then with the second chapter I was back on track and enjoying all of the fun being a dragon comes with. While this was a good story it is not my favorite of the series so far. It does seem to further along some things and gives a few answers to other.

I was really looking forward to reading this next book in the series and it didn’t disappoint. I have loved watching Anne grow over the stories and begin to fully accept that she is who she is. Her character has been consistent over the stories which I have really liked. I think the author has done an amazing job creating a wonderful setting for these stories to take place in as well as great characters. Her writing is really engaging and my interest has definitely been kept over the 3 books. There some great twists and turns and the book is full of action.
I have really enjoyed this series and the journey that the author has taken me on. I have loved reading about Anne, her struggles and what she will do to protect the ones she loves.
I will definitely be reading more from this author in the future.
Fire to Dragon (Red Slaves Book 3) by Tonya Cannariato was a thrilling story that outs shined its predecessors, and made this already amazingly unique series, a force to be reckoned with.
The third book in the Red Slaves series, we are toss back into this freaking outstanding magical world. This is a continuous story line, with a interconnecting plot, so if you’re new, I highly suggest going back are reading the first two books. A lot happens within the others books, like major plot things, so to understand this complex story you’re going to have to read the other books to get the full effect.
This book, is a wow, a big wow. The problems I had with the others were almost non existence in this one, you can tell the author really found their stride. The flow was perfect, the timing was on point, the plot, the interactions, the characters.. everything was damn near perfection. This book/series is a must read for any fantasy/dragon lover. The authors unique take and use of different lore, added that extra spice that kicked this story into high gear. Man, I can go on, and on, about everything that is good about this book. But, because this is a third book, I’m going to leave the review here. I don’t want to spoil anything especially if you are just stumbling upon this series now.
I will leave you with my wicket high recommendation that you need to experience with rare read, once you have you will not be able to look at dragon lore the same way again.
Happy Reading

Fire to Dragon by Tonya Cannariato is the next book in the Red Slaves Series.
I have loved diving into this series and following Anne and Ivan’s journey. I have followed them from the moment that Anne left Chicago up until now. I love being able to get lost in the story and forget myself once I’m enjoying it. There is most definitely a good amount of paranormal within this book, as obviously it follows Dragons and what their outcome will be.
I like that there was suspense – in not knowing what the outcome would be. But am so looking forward to following the journey and what more is to come. This was definitely a 4 Star Book for me.
a great read about searching. annes story arc continues as she comes to terms with being a dragon queen. but she cannot rule alone, and her court is missing. setting off on a journey to find them, she risks life and limb to do so as enemies draw nearer to finding them all. will she be able to find her followers before it is too late?
a great read. well developed plot with twists and turns
well developed characters like Anne going after what she wants while making mistakes it or Ivan being supportive towards his lover no matter what. I loved the visual detail throughout the novel which was beautifully written in a sense of magic and wonder
or the nature in the mountain scenery of Russia which was perfectly written as if you were really there. the mix of fantasy with queens, courts, dragons and magic combined brillaintly with the real world of Russia and the authorities to make a captivating read. overall, a great read and I would give it four stars
Fire to Dragon by Tonya Cannariato is the 3rd book in the Red Slaves series and is an awesome 5-star read.
In the third book find Anne dealing with the reality that she is a queen. On top of the pressure of being in charge, she also has her family to keep in mind. Her family now includes not only her mate but also children. On top of all that is thrown on her plate people she thought were her friends betray her and the FSK is still hunting her. It is rough trying to keep her family safe. Anne is still searching to find out who she really is and is learning and accepting more added onto her plate every day.
This book is a great addition to an already addicting series. The characters as always with this author are loveable and the story is engaging and easy to follow. There are some twists and turns along the way as well as some surprises, but I can promise you will not be disappointed. I would highly recommend reading this series in order.

The story Fire to Dragon (Red Slaves Book 3) by Tonya Cannariato is the next book in a wonderful series. It is a fantasy/paranormal book with dragons. I have grown to love stories about dragons with each book that I read and this story and series only makes me love them even more. I love the character of Anne Crosby. She has discovered that she herself is a dragon. As she has no guide to tell her what to expect or give her any clue as to the full extent of her powers a lot that she learns is by trial and error. Anne is the next queen of the Russian dragons. I love Anne’s determination in all that she does. She does have the loving support of her mate, Ivan. They are a wonderful couple and definitely have a passion for each other. Anne also is a dragon who is protective of those she loves and cares for. If any of them are threatened she will not hesitate to come to their aid. Danger is a constant from the FSB and she is wondering if there are other dangers that she is unaware of. This story has magic and there are unexpected surprises. I am enjoying the unique view of dragon lore that the book and series gives. I found myself lost in this story and didn’t want to put it down until I had finished the last page. I am looking forward to reading the next book in the series.
Fire to Dragon is the third novel in the Red Slaves series by Tonya Cannariato. This is my third novel by this author.
What was initially an assignment in Russia has turned into a much bigger change for Anna. Realizing she is now a dragon herself, Anna now must use her powers to become the leader for the dragon race and prove to herself she is capable. It’s a race against time to find her missing court before the enemies catch up with her.
With this being the last book novel, Anna has a lot at stake.
I recommend reading this series in order to get the full impact. It has such a great and original storyline, with interesting and relatable characters. I highly recommend this series to anyone who enjoys the paranormal genre.
Fire to Dragon is the third book in the Red Slaves series by Tonya Cannariato, and it is a paranormal- fantasy, shifter-suspense novel. The story is about Anne Crosby, who was born a human in the United States who traveled to Russia to do research for the Stone Institute. While working there she has discovered that she is a dragon-shifter, who is mated to Russian born, Ivan, and together they now have three adolescent children who were born nine months ago. Their children’s names are: Anastasia, Maxim, and Kirov. It is now April of 1996, and Ivan and Anne are attempting to find Ivan’s brothers: Vasily’s and Fyodor’s mates, because unless they are united with their mates they will die. According to Shr-Zen who is a ghilen, an ambassador from the Elder Gods, who helped them to find Vasily’s mate in China, and they still need to find Fyodor’s mate somewhere in a prison camp in North Korea. Shr-Zen has hidden Ivan’s brothers behind a silent rock fall to keep them safe, and Anne and Ivan haven’t seen them in two seasons, which makes Ivan very sad and dejected. Anne is intimidated and enraged by Shr- Zen, but she knows that Shr-Zen is important to the future of dragonkind and their survival.
I really enjoyed this third novel in the Red Slaves series by Tonya Cannariato. This story continues the adventures that Anne has found herself in the middle of after she finally accepts that she is a dragon-shifter. The characters are very interesting, and their adventures are fantastical. I don’t normally read these types of books, but I have really enjoyed this series. You definitely must read the first two books in this series to understand what is going on, but it is worth it, and I highly recommend this series!
Another amazing addition to the Red Slaves series! If you have time to delve into a captivating story then I would definitely recommend this series! Fire to Dragon is the third book and continues the story of Anne and the dragons. Anne is now a very familiar character after reading the first and second books which really helped me to enjoy this book more because I had a really good understanding of her and her background. This is my favourite book of the series so far in terms of Anne’s character as it was so wonderful to see her finally progress into the powerful queen she has been inside from the start, doing all she can to protect the dragons. I would therefore, again, recommend reading the first two instalments not only for the familiarity of the characters and to appreciate their development but also due to the complexity of the story. This complex narrative is seen throughout the series and it is what makes these books so special! I feel that this is especially seen in Fire to Dragon in terms of the immense amount of description in the book. Everything in the narrative is explained and is essential and important which suggests a huge amount of work has gone into this book and that makes me love it even more! This is not a quick and easy read! However, it is addictive, captivating and the use of language throughout is incredible at times!
Fire to Dragon (Red Slaves Book 3) By Tonya Cannariato. I once again really enjoyed this story. I do strongly recommend reading this series in order so you don’t become confused with the storyline. I’m not always in the mood for a paranormal/fantasy type book but this author does a great job of pulling me in rather I was in the mood or not. Anne has had to deal with tons of changes in her life and it was great to see how she overcomes things. This story has a bit of everything a reader could want from action to romance. Each story is a great addition to this amazing series and this one didn’t disappoint either. From page one I was hooked and found myself turning the pages as fast as I could to see what happens next. It’s well thought with great details and paced nicely. Characters are believable and complex. I’m giving this one a four star review and highly recommend it to my fellow readers.
The third book in the Red Slaves series is Fire to Dragon. I would advise to read the first two in the series as this book has characters that started out in book 1 and will give you a chance to grow with the main characters. Tonya Cannariato does an amazing job that makes you want to read more. She has taken a paranormal/fantasy story to live and you feel that you are living with the Anne in her world. Anne is the main character that has grown in every book. Anne now has Ivan and three children that she will be protecting in her world. The story of Anne and her family makes me wish I could be right there with them. I have enjoyed this story and the family members that I can call them my family. I for one wish that Anne’s story will be continuing in the near future wink wink.
I give Fire to Dragon (Red Slaves Book 3) by Tonya Cannariato, 4 stars.
**this review contains spoiler from previous books in series**
Anne is accepting her powers as a dragon more and more. As much as she still has trouble dealing with everything at times, she loves her family and would to anything to keep her mate and children happy. But when they are threatened, just how far will Anne go to keep them safe?
Each book in this series gets more interesting. You really see Anne grow, but there are times we still see her struggle. This makes her more believable. We see her get deeper into the Dragon world and way of things, and this makes things much more different than previous book. The story is interesting, and there is much going on, so you will not be bored. I cannot wait to see wait the next book has to offer.
I highly recommend reading this series in order, but if you like dragons, action, and paranormal romance, this story is for you.
