I only wanted a cup of coffee. Alone.
It was a simple request, right? Just stroll into the coffee shop on the corner, grab my usual cup of liquid nitrogen, and walk back out.
All while minding my own business.
But I had to walk in at that exact moment. Not ten minutes earlier. Not ten minutes later. Precisely when Savannah Fields needed someone to help her. When no one except me had the courage to stand up for her.
After the incident, she looked at me like I was her hero.
But I’m no hero.
I don’t even know who or what I am anymore.
Who is Nick Tucker? A DEA agent? A criminal? Both? Neither?
The lines I crossed while undercover blurred my staunch sense of morality.
Then the auburn-haired beauty showed up at my apartment, begging for my help. I couldn’t turn her away.
The more I lost myself in her, the more I found myself again.
Or so I thought.
Even a broken clock gets to be right twice a day.
There’s a fine line between right and wrong, love and hate, heaven and hell.

Not a bad book but I like some spice with my romance. The few sex scenes were rated PG at most. Not my style of author
Very flat characters. Thin storyline. Unbelievable.
I thought this book had good bones but needed tighter editing. A few grammatical errors but not too bad. Very interesting beginning. It got better as it went along but definitely not of the quality of Hard Line, another book in this series that I loved.
Fine Line is the first book in the Crossing Lines Series. This author knows how to draw us readers in, and you won’t stop reading till the end. It’s full of suspense, that keeps you guessing to see what’s gonna happen. I liked Nick and his alpha, protective ways, and he would do anything to keep Savannah safe. It also has some past characters from The Steele Security Series. (Which is a good series if you haven’t read it yet.) I thought this was a great start to the series, and I’m looking forward to reading the next one.
There is a fine line between right and wrong. Other lines between love and hate. Within A.D Justice’s story Fine Line these lines get criss crossed jumped over blurred and destroyed. Inside a coffee shop Nick Turner becomes a hero. He is rediscovering his life after beginning undercover for 2 years. He was involved with bikers and drugs etc…..crossing some evil lines. Nick jumps in to save Savanah from her abusive ex also one of the drug dealing biker. He is still trying to control her. Knight in shining armor saves damsel in danger. They both bring a troubled past into their future . If they can learn to trust an accept the baggage. Their future is bright and hot. This story is about trust and friendship finding a way to something new and good. The story is full of action, danger, love, revenage and surprises to the end. Cross this line and read this amazing book.
Intense, suspenseful and exciting read with great characters, including some very hot alpha males with strong protective instincts. This story actually picks up just after the Steele Security series finishes but some of the content relates to the last in series, some of the characters also continue into this but moving from Steele to DEA. There is some violence. This is gripping with a great fast flow and a few twists and some sad, some sweet moments. I loved it and am diving into the next book.
Fine Line is book one in Crossing Lines series and it certainly was one hell of a start to the series. I loved it, it wasn’t exactly a dark romance, but it held a lot of the elements, and it was dark and intriguing enough to keep my attention all the way through the book. Nick and Savannah were an insta-love, which in my opinion can go two ways… Very good, or very bad… Well A.D made this insta-love work perfectly. I often struggle to connect with the story when it comes to an instant love, but I had no issue with this one. Nick and Savannah didn’t exactly have the best relationship. Savannah had gone through her fair share of hell from an abusive boyfriend, an is wanting to get away from it all, she needs to get away from it all, and Nick is a DEA agent but has been working undercover for the last few years in an MC Club, he’s had to do some questionable things, and he finds struggled with himself…After a fated meeting in a coffee shop, everything they knew about their lives suddenly start to change.. and it is an instant connection. They didn’t seem like a good idea to be a couple, I was actually against the idea at first, but as the book did progress, the more I saw the way these two worked together and the sucker that I am did start to swoon a little, and I started cheering these two on. The author surprised me and won me over completely. But will Nick be able to keep Savannah safe? Will he be able to take down this guy who that hurt her? Will they both get a happily ever after??
This book has it all… Suspense, romance, thrill, angst, and a little darkness, but not too much. It wasn’t overbearing. It was perfect and I was on the edge of my seat, flipping pages most of the way through the book because I wanted and needed to know what would happen with these two. I found myself tearing up a little throughout the book. What Savannah has been through is something no woman should… And my heart ached and broke for this woman, being able to relate to a lot of it myself… It was a bittersweet feeling as I got deeper into the plot. But as it progressed, she became stronger, and that was with help from Nick. It really was a beautiful yet tragic and intense romance and for me, it’s certainly earned those 5 stars!
I believe this was my first book by this author, and it was the start of a new series. I will certainly be reading more of this authors work. I found this book to be very well written, it was intense at times, and other times there was so much tenderness it just drew me into the web of the storyline. I would recommend this book to others.
This was a good read, although the love between Nick and Savannah come on real quick in such a delicate situation. Nick has just come back from an undercover investigation that saw him bring down members of a MC cartel, while Savannah is a woman on the run from an ex who has reach into the same MC that Nick brought down. But with a court case coming and they finding each other, there is more at stake especially after her Ex turns up and leave her in a bloody condition.
Will Nick and his friends manage to stop the ex and will their relationship get deeper as the t v reports turn this undercover lover into an undercover monster.

I really enjoyed this book. Some parts were hard to read, as I am sure they were hard to write. There is so much abuse and recovery in here. Savannah goes through hell for someone she isn’t even dating but he has his claws in her. Savannah is a fighter and a survivor. I loved how strong she was! I can’t wait to start Silas’s book!
Fine Line by AD Justice is a start of another great spin off series. There are some characters in this book we have met before which is awesome!!! There are also some new characters.
Nick Turner just came off a long undercover operation and. Ow he’s taking a few weeks off to get back into the right mind set. One morning he’s online at his favorite coffee shop when he hears a man screaming at a woman. He tries to mind his own business but in the end, he has to step in. By stepping in, Savannah and Nicks lives changed drastically.
Savannah has been abused by Butch for years and she’s trying to get away but he finds her. Now he will stop at nothing to get what he wants. What he wants is t savannah. There’s a much bigger picture that takes some thinking to figure out. Nick vows to protect Savannah and handle Butch. Even though it is later brought to attention that by doing that, it can be considered a conflict of interest.
This book in typical Angel fashion is loaded with action and some other good stuff. Trust me, you don’t want to miss out on this. Plus you get to see some of the pierce guys again…Win Win!!!
Love can happen in an instant.
We all have done things we are ashamed of or feel like we are less for doing them. For Nick it was the deplorable things he had to do or witness while he was undercover to bring down a crooked MC gang. For Savannah it was being a punching bag for the dickwad Butch.
The instant that Savannah needed Nick to save her, their spark took flame and brought them together when neither of them felt worthy of the other. Together they learned to value thier worth and they realized that they can overcome anything together because love make you stronger.
As they evolved, I was subjected to all the feels, from shock and anger to chuckles and awww moments. I am looking forward to more in this series.
I am a fan of AD Justice and love her Steele Security series so I was excited when I heard that she was doing a spin off series. For me, unfortunately, this book didn’t live up to my expectations. For this reader I have to give this book a 3.5 star rating. I see so much more potential that could of happened or been developed more with Nick and Savannah. At times the story was difficult to follow and other times the story felt choppy. I struggled as well with the timeline in events. With some revisions this can be a 5 star book as there is a great amount of suspense in the story keeping you wondering what is going to happen next and on the edge of your seat. I am planning on reading the next book in the series in hopes that there is also going to be more of Nick and Savannah.

Another amazing book by A.D that I didn’t want too put down. Nick & Savannah’s story was interesting, sweet and sexy and definitely a page turner. I’m already excited for Sila’s story next.
This is a fast paced, action packed, love at first sight story. It was a little hard to keep up with at times, but DEA Agent Nick makes it all worth it in the end. The way that he comes to Savannah’s defense from her asshole ex-boyfriend just melted me from the start. Their paths crossed for a reason and their journey will take you on one hell of a ride.
Happy Reading Everyone!!
Ok first off can I just say that cover is HOT, HOT, HOT!!! This author is the very first author that I think of recommending to any and all because honestly there is not one book that isn’t fantastic. I will be the first to tell you that I have been begging Ms. Justice to write me Nick Tucker’s book since he was first introduced years, yes you read that right, years ago. This is a spinoff series of the Steele Security series, but you do not need to read those to follow along with this one. However, I will say that if you haven’t read them they are honestly one of the best series out there so you are missing out. Nick, oh Nick, he truly is one of a kind. I can not express enough how thoroughly satisfying this book was from the very first page up right to the very end and will leave you just wanting more and more. I will also be the first to tell you that not only have I read this book once, not even twice, but three times already and I’ve only had it for a very short amount of time. Each time I read it I discover something new and it always leaves me completely blown away with how this author writes. She writes to make you feel and I mean really feel every single thing these characters do. She writes to hold your emotions captive to the point you just don’t know how to feel. I highly, highly recommend this book. Really every single book she has written I would recommend, but this one I just have a special place in my heart for. I promise you will not be disappointed. I can not wait for the next book in this series! Bring on Silas!!!
