One of three sisters, a mother, and a wife, Sheena Morelli re-discovers the woman she really is… the hotel to receive guests within that year. Sheena, eager to escape her role of unappreciated wife and mother, can’t wait for the opportunity to find herself. Dreams of sitting on the beach sipping margaritas are shattered when they see the property is in need of renovation. But they begin their work of meeting the challenge. If they succeed, the bulk of Gavin’s estate will be theirs. Facing the unexpected, working together, the three sisters learn a lot about each other and the gift of family love.
A beach read with heart… Be sure to read the other books in the series: Finding My Way, Finding Love, and Finding Family.
And check out Judith Keim’s other series – the Hartwell Women, The Beach House Hotel series, the Fat Fridays series, the Salty Key Inn series, the Chandler Hill Inn series, the Desert Sage Inn series, and the Seashell Cottage Books that readers are loving.

it didn’t so much end as just stop. So what happens with the hotel… the uncle’s fortune… to each sister? We have to read the rest of the series. ugh.
Good story
I really can’t recommend this book. I thought it was unrealistic — an unlikely scenario with unsympathetic characters who were rescued again and again by strangers or casual acquaintances. It had just enough manufactured “suspense” to keep me plodding through the pages to see how it ended. Then it didn’t really end! THAT annoyed me! I’m certainly not going to slog through two sequels to find out if the hotel project will be successful and allow the sisters to inherit Uncle Gavin’s estate. (Of course it will be successful!) And WHAT ABOUT THE MYSTERIOUS GOLD COIN? Come on! You don’t end even a cliffhanger without MENTIONING it!!
Love the series!
I loved this book – and have already read the sequel. Can’t wait for #3 to come out next summer.
Enjoyed it because I am from the west coast of Florida and my parents owned a small hotel in St Petersburg. Also like the characters, we are three sisters. I would have liked to have felt a little more attachment to the characters. Really portrayed the feeling of the area
loved it! can’t wait for the third one to come out!
Relateable characters and good storyline.
Enjoyed this book immensely
This was an interesting idea and I would like to know the ending, but they drug out what could have been one good book into a three-book series. Third hasn’t come out yet. Too many side characters; hard to keep them straight.
Nice summer read
What a great book. I enjoyed the story and read it all in one day. Can’t wait till the next one comes out!
